Just start out slowly and it gets easier and easier. Your body adapts. Intermittent fasting helps me keep my energy levels up and even. Ive got a little extra fat on me still so it works for me.

Calories burnt > calories in. No tricks Just eat healthy man. Cut out sugars. Cut out unhealthy foods to start. You get extra hungry eat some veggies Don't think of it as a diet, it is just the way you eat from now on

Hes turning 60 in a couple weeks. He was 50 when it all went down. He had no idea anything was happening. Nobody did. If you asked me before I would of said my parents had the perfect marriage and relationship. It was always the one shining example I had in my life and when it went down, it really changed my outlook on women and relationships and especially marriage. I really feel for you and your dad.

Same thing happened with my folks. My dad was a wreck for about a year and then sacked the fuck up like a champ and is doing amazing. Makes more money, got fit as hell, spun plates and found a pretty awesome gal
