In other words in a free country there are reasons why women might choose certain careers (not all, but in general) that differ from men. I mean, early on in the interview he speaks at length about the importance of equality of opportunity then is "challenged" for not "believing in" equality of opportunity. Absurd question really. Very good video though. Late to the party I'm sure, but I really liked this guy and didn't know much about him prior (though had heard his name).
