Redpill isn't a button you only press once. It's something you feed on a daily basis.

If you have flexibility it will appear you have no life. Because if you had a life you wouldn't be flexible. I'm pretty sure even Elon Musk has flexibility in his schedule. Since we're talking about and alpha lifestyle, it isn't healthy to be constantly playing the game. You have things to take care of but everyone can be flexible, guns are always loaded but some guns are aesthetically pleasing and feel good to fire so if they're eager to play with us we make some time for them. You know... we a…

"The rule of Brad Pitt" Everytime you get rejected think to yourself, would she do that to Brad Pitt? If you call and she says she's busy or whatever justification she may bring up, she's just not into you. If Brad Pitt called her she would drop in the second whatever plan she may have had. An interested girl who's really busy will simply propose another date. Save yourself cringe material to leave you sleepless after 5 years.

Do people feel your presence? Are people easy at your jokes? Do men you've just met accept you as a leader quickly? Do women look at you in the streets? I do this, I go walking with someone else because women 'mire when you're not looking Do women respect you a lot? Is their new friend actively asking what else what else? And most importantly, do you have haters? Just like in video games, if you're facing enemies, you're walking in the right direction.

When approaching don't forget to breathe to 2-1-2 pattern, blink twice for good luck and make sure you are wearing your lucky pants otherwise girls wont like you. Girls are weaker, dumber and overall sit lower than us. Just straight up be yourself. I walk hunched and when approaching I just say random shit like "you see that car, did you that if you tune that it'll pack at least 350hp and an aftermarket exhaust will do wonders to the sound" they just look shocked and comment something dumb and t…

This is very unpleasant to read honestly. I would sympathize if you problem was having not enough social contact but you don't have an addiction problem. When I think addiction is think something your body craves so much that it gets uncomfortable, think of people without taking their shot how they shiver and sweat and lose touch to reality, that is serious, all you have is lack of self discipline.

We are a social creature and we've evolved to hang around and co-operate with other people and there's nothing wrong with having bad days with little social contact, in my country there is even a saying for that "I can't stay home for very long because I feel like it's gonna eat me". That tells you how common that is so no worries. I am like that too but I found gold in the comments "it's your fault if you're getting bored, that means that you aren't investing that time to improve yourself" and …

It's like going in a cinema to watch a movie and firstly they show how the movie is done, the CGI, the edits, mistakes during the movie, that Earth explosion is made in a computer and the cool fighting scenes? It took 1 month to get them right and are heavily edited then you're shown the movie. After the Red guy bitch slaps you, things aren't the same. You know shit. You wouldn't eat that plate knowing the chef didn't wash his hands after taking a shite.

A picture is worth a thousand words. We should have more videos and movie fragments. Especially movie fragments. I remember a part from "The Godfather" in which the old header of the family says : "women and children are allowed to be careless, men aren't". That stuck with me. Its much more powerful watching Brad Pitt covering more area than a cloud's shadow than explaining how to do it. Monkey see monkey do after all.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
