In Switzerland even men with handicaps who can't serve will get taxed (military tax, for men only) It's wild how this is not seen as obvious discrimination. It confuses me why in countries where the topic of reintroducing conscription comes up the idea of making it gender neutral is still treated as completely unrealistic. Not just in Croatia, but also in richer countries that think very highly of themselves in terms of gender equality.
