Being physically attractive for a guy is hard work. Lifting, grooming, etc. Not to mention there are other factors in regards to what makes a guy attractive. Social status, success, etc. all things that take work.

Most average guys I know get laid from time to time when they are single That's just it, isn't it. From time to time. It's as if the stars need to align for a woman to grace your loins with hers. That is, until TRP gives you the power to move celestial bodies.

Haha nice, combing through my history to come at me in a month old post. No dude, the comments are about how stupid the idea of an "incel" is. If you do work your ass off you should be pulling better chicks, but, to argue against the concept of incels entirely, even those nerds with some gym time and confidence boosters should be able to get laid, even with the presumably easier chicks, thus disproving the idea of incels. Obviously you don't work your ass of to become above average only to pull …

These are feminazi/gender studies students who get grant money to concern troll and pose as TRP posters to make TRP people look like assholes. Source? This is really disconcerting if it's true.

If they call you out on it, defend yourself. You set your fucking boundaries so stick to them. If they find all this, they will gang up on you, again, plan on it. Feel free to let them know that if you had gone through with the letter you wouldn't have been swamped by TRP. So, in all honesty, it is their actions that led you here.

Just read the thread and yeah, part of that 100% he's missing is the doing everything he can to make the most of what he's got. And if he's a 3 and expects that girl he linked, he's high (funny he didn't mention the pot smoke to accompany his video games and porn).

I am absolutely arguing semantics because I think the term is bull shit. from the TRP sidebar glossary: Incel - Involuntarily Celibate. A man who wants to get laid, but can't. I find this a bit vague, so please, could you expand on what makes an incel an incel? How are they different than a typical beta who can't get laid? So is the question then really "how many guys out there aren't getting any?" To say they can't get laid suggests they are powerless and not in control of themselves. I know fo…

You should go to a gaming convention or a weekly Collectible Card Game tournament. Going to a gaming convention or Collectible Card Tournament, my firend, is exactly the kind of thing that one can change to raise one's SMV. (That shit is fine, I'm not trying to hate, but if that's all you do then don't be cry out you're involuntarily celibate) And My point was that the guy would need to overwhelmingly exhibit most of those traits. Diet, exercise, wardrobe, grooming, a sense of confidence (which …

I was with a girl who was confident, assertive, she pursued me, sexually dominant etc. She screwed me up, actually the reason I was on TRP. Make sure he enjoys not wearing the pants, that it makes him feel good to be the beta to your Alpha. Otherwise, in my experience, it plays a kind of head trip on confidence that only some dose of TRP can fix. For me, I need to feel manly sometimes, and the sexiest women are the ones that do that.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/07/15 07:41 PM

I would estimate a tiny tiny fraction, because the idea of an involuntary celibate is absolutely stupid and actually contradictory with a lot of RP thought. Only the guys under 5 feet, butt ugly, over weight, etc. would actually never realistically get laid naturally. But how often times such a man exists is negligible IMO. If one is to believe that with discipline and dedication to SMV self improvement one will get themselves to a place of getting laid, then the notion of being involuntarily ce…

If they really have a life, it's fine. If they lie to make the other person jealous, it is manipulative bullshit. If he has to fake it, he's terrible. if it's genuine, real alpha guy, we excuse this. Guy who has a life is perfectly capable of not running "dread game" just the same.

I don't think it's wrong, and women are totally allowed to do so. Men shouldn't necessarily have wild free sex and women totally can too, but based on the aforementioned differences the same amounts of wild free sex reflects differently on men than women. Not to an such an extreme as to deem it wrong if women do it while praising men for doing so. It's a question of magnitude of judgment. Some I think makes sense, but definitely not such an extreme difference in judgement.

I said you must assume I think women are trash, not me. I'm just in a bad mood, hence the /endrant, I'm only human lol. Things? Neuro-transmitters, chromosomes and such. Do I really need to substantiate this? Insert etc. instead? This is pointless. You get it, we're biologically human. Accepting any of it to any point acknowledges at least some differences. Perhaps I just feel that to treat a cotton swab test as a medical procedure with possible risks is pretty pedantic, much more letter of the law and not spirit of the law. I thought informed consent was more about divulging the risks and consequences of medical procedures and treatments that could be considered medical intervention. But I guess the main concern is setting a bad precedent, which I can understand.

It's not that it is invasive, it is the very act of doing it without consent. I'm going to go ahead and quote myself here... And were not talking about forcing DNA tests. These people would know it's a part of the process for determining child support so it would be at that moment, the moment they decided to split up, which they gave consent Get it?
/r/PurplePillDebate04/07/15 11:17 PM

Because if we're determining responsibility for a child, by assuming the position to consent on the child's behalf sort of admits responsibility. More of a thought experiment than something that would actually play out legally.

I wasn't saying that women prefer higher partner count males, just that because women face greater risk, the same partner count for a woman indicates at least some greater level of risk taking, not an attractive LTR quality.

There are women out there that are disgusted by promiscuous men. Personally, I try and rack my number up for personal validation stemming from deep seeded insecurities, I'll be the first to slut shame myself, and I do benefit from the double standard. But it's not actually a double standard. Because we aren't holding two of the same thing to different standards. The fact of the matter is women don't have to work as hard to find willing sexual partners because men are less discrete in choosing se…

You need to have consent before doing tests like that. Who's consent? The kid's? Nope, they're a minor. Nope, she's got a natural bias in the matter. But wait! There's more... than enough non invasive ways to collect DNA. cotton swabs? And were not talking about forcing DNA tests. Do you know what TRP thinks about getting this kind of advice from women? One thing I actually agree with TRP on. This advice will inevitably be favorable for women, no matter the intentions. Doesn't mean it's bad advice, but doesn't mean it has the same goals as TRP advice on the matter. Can we get advice on how to increase our chances of being the ONS or short fling and not advice on how to become LTR material?

I don't think 15 is that high I guess, and having someone use it as a benchmark for a high partner count makes me feel much more sexually accomplished. I was drunk and high when I said that though. But I'd agree that the high smv man is in fact socially smart enough to lie in that situation.

How would you reconcile your proposition that child rearing requires logic and rationality with a woman's "motherly instinct" ? I would argue that men evolved to use logic more often because you can't be having the feels when a group of you are trying to hunt deer or some other prey. Where women, in a similar situation would have been gathering, which is a more social activity (which requires more emotional intelligence), because you can't afford to be talking about social things etc. when you'r…

Note that I am not claiming it is NOT AT ALL biologically ingrained (I'm not disputing the study you linked here), I'm merely arguing that this drive can be subverted by cultural programming. Wow, on point, never thought of it like that. Thanks OP.

Also I was coming from the "she won't be able to compare me" angle. I don't follow, could you elaborate? Just said the male ego was fragile. No, it was part of comparative statement: the male ego is more fragile than a newborn baby. Given the OP, and how it relates the male desire for a virgin as a way to mitigate the risk of paternity fraud, I found your comment to be dismissive of a man's desire to prevent this. The fragility of a person's ego and that of a newborn are not actually comparable.…

You didn't, this is not a direct comment to the OP. This comment is a reply to the above comment on the fragility of the male ego, and suggesting that be the reason men are concerned with paternity fraud. While living in a society with established property rights, like we've been doing for millennia, to say paternity doesn't matter, or is something so trivial as to be frivolously attributed to ego, undermines a person's right to decide what they do with their life and how they invest their time …

Women will never know maternity fraud, it's simply not possible (I suppose with modern technology it could happen in theory). So all due respect, you cannot, and will never, have as valid opinions on the matter as men because you cannot be negatively affected by it. On the flip side, I'll never know abortion and wouldn't dream of pretending to or belittling that shit. It's simply something I'll never understand like a woman does. I think the important thing here is to not let her think that you're being nice to her just to get laid. If she can see you being nice in general, but not a push over, I don't think she'll dump you into the Nice Guy super^TM box then. A lot of TRP guys seem to be coming from a place of conflating niceness with giving in or just giving her what she wants for no reason (pushover). If somebody were to exaggerate to you about a grand lake over the hill, and you went and saw nothing but a pond, there would still, in fact, be a body of water. People exaggerate, all the time. But, in order for something to be exaggerated, it needs to exist in the first place.

Things that are relative are valued compared to other things. Like contestants in a competition Things that are subject are value based on one's personal feelings. Like the beauty of a painting. Certain aspects of what is considered attractive may be subjective, yeah. But if something is relative, it is not subjective. They both describe ways of valuing things. The contestant in in first place is not subjectively in first place.

You're horribly misinformed and incredibly ignorant about AA. Alcoholics Anonymous is not a cult (I'd know, I was in it for a year, have worked all 12 steps, but realized it's not for me). It's rooted in the abundance mentality. You don't turn her into one, you can't control her. Only how you treat her. treat her like a girl way below your league, show her you aren't phased by what's happened. Brush off the any friend zone shit like it's nothing. And that's just it, you stop trying for her. You'll either rock this opportunity and get laid or you don't, in which case you're in the same position you are now. Can we get more potential openers for wall to post-wall pussy that platy into their declining SMV? I think its obvious that reminding them too much of this fact or even at all will cause immediate failure. I like OP's way of very subtly doing so. can we get more on this?

No ultimatum, just treat her like an orbiter... Like your orbiter. If you run into her, you don't care about the past. If you find a way to use your ever expanding TRP knowledge to plate her, go for it. Leave it ambiguous and open. Take the time to better yourself.

Good introspection skills. You don't need therapy, just people to talk to. I too have had my fair share of therapy (similar depression etc.) but these days I find that I already know what they'd tell me. If you don't want a friend don't enter the friendzone. You wouldn't be at taco bell asking for burgers, would you?

Lift, Learn, and apply what you've learned. Don't come to TRP for advice on one off situations and expect to get hella bitches. Learn to be what they want, that's what is here for you. Also, doesn't sound like friendship if it's one sided. If you don't treat yourself with respect, nobody else will.

No fucks given = no fucks lost. Last night at my local bar I saw this girl who tried to keep me in orbit, out with her guy (the same one she would shit talk about to me). I set my boundary with her months ago and forgot about it. Once she saw me squirmed and hid behind him trying not to be seen and I just laughed, visibly and audibly. Once you have a grip on reality, and channel your anger towards self improvement and away from blame, everything else becomes laughable because most people are idi…

Don't take hard drugs when depressed and go out. Especially if you don't have experience with the stuff, that's a quick way to pick up a public intoxication charge.
