2	Going on a date on Sunday need help on how to keep a strong/sexual Frame and stay bold/daring. I think kino is one of the biggest factors in building a good sexual frame. Its sort of like when you are out with a girl and she is constantly touching you or finding reasons to get close to you. what she is doing is escalating kino and building sexual tension. In doing this, the frame of the situation turns very sexual. If you show her that you're not afraid to touch and get close she with most likely view you as more of a sexual person.
