You know, I hear people say things like this but I can't help but feel that it was never like this. Leave It To Beaver was a TV show and nothing else. This whole idea that things were great in the past but now are shit iscommon throughout the history of humanity. AWALT has always been and it always will be. Talk to some guys from the Arabian peninsula. According to many on this sub, Arabia is some kind of bastion of red pill wisdom...BS. women there are, in many ways, worse than western women.

It all depends on what type of school he's at. If he teaches math and sciense at a real international school then yes, that is a relatively prestigious position. Anything else is not really different than teaching English.
