2	Where to meet women when I am under 21 (College break)? Google for local events. For example look for new exhibit at the museum, live music, or perhaps a free dance class. This is good for 2 reasons, if you don't manage to meet women you can still learn a new skill or experience something new. The second reason is if you do meet women, finding someway to break the ice is easy. Just talk about the venue. This may even work after break.
