In Cali, sure, taco trucks are great and ubiquitous. In the Midwest, where I recently moved, Applebee's is gourmet and is savored on special days (unfortunately).

Agreed. We had two females-on-student sex scandals in my school when I was there, and we had a tiny town (population 700). It was just no one cared as much back then unless it was a male teacher abusing female students.

What they should have said is that she's the first woman since then to be put to death by the federal government. Those other executions were by the states. This chick was convicted by the US due to the kidnapping of the baby she cut out of the mother she killed (jesus fucking christ).

In some parts of the US they treat "drag" as an irregular verb; thus "drug". It's a regional colloquialism and generally acceptable.

The person who owns the property determines if someone is trespassing. I'm sure a transit employee called the cop to come over. The cop is the person who enforces the trespassing. It's like anti-maskers at Walmart who get arrested. There is no mask law, but Walmart has a rule. When that rule is broken they are asked to leave and if they don't they're trespassing. Now the police take over.

Trespassing. She was asked to leave for not following the transit rules (having her feet up).

There is no criminal fine the police could have issued for having her foot up. They can't just give "heftier fines" for the hell of it. She was asked to leave and refused. Now she's trespassing and the police can step in, but she still needs to leave the train. Since she didn't he physically removed her and she resisted. Now she's arrested. Or she could have just moved her foot and not be a jerk.

I think because most news outlets describe female rapists using other, nicer, words. "Female teacher has sex with student" compared to "Male teacher rapes student." Also she died, so the permanent pussy pass denied.

We have freedom of speech to tell the judge anything. The judge also has the freedom to charge you for contempt, which literally is for being disrespectful to the court. It's adult-time when in court. Having a freedom doesn't mean you don't have consequences if you use those freedoms poorly. Obstructing her freedom of speech would mean muzzling her; she executed her freedom, just stupidly.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
