Eh it wasn't excessive at all she fell hard only cause she had no bodily control cause she was drunk. She went down. He cuffed her that was it. Meh if the city's owns the space (looks like a downtown are) it has public Access but it doesn't necessarily mean it's publicly owned the. Most citites will even allow people to be trespassed from a city if they have no property within it's limits . So your public space argument is weak. In his situation with a arrest happening at his back and crowd who's intentions he can't know he did it the quickest and most efficient way I saw doable. Are there safer ways to do it yes. But in the situation he was in I understand why he did it the way he did. Quick and effective was the results he was going for not painless but time consuming like most arrests are done

He didn't even have to give her that information once a officer is making a arrest and tells you to go. You fucking go you don't come back and interfere with the arrest that's a charge interfering with the duties of a peace officer. Or something along those lines us what she will be booked for.
