My post explained that the reason plaque accumulates is because its a reaction to inflammation. The tissue gets damaged, your body tries to fix the damage but in the process the plaque gets created on top of the damage. Thanks my guy. I wanted to write this post for some time but was waiting on some blood tests from my Dr. Specifically a hs-CRP test which is a protein that increases with inflammation. Interestingly, my level is well below normal. This tells me that either 1. My current diet of meat and dairy is not inflammatory OR 2.The anti-inflammatory vegetables im eating(2 avocados per day) are cancelling out the inflammation from the meat and dairy.
