hi hi! 31 y/o married women w no kids (and no plans for kids - is that as unusual as it seems in here? i've been wrong about most of rpw assumptions so far anyway haha). started reading and lightly participating in redpillwives recently, and so this sub is a natural, too. reading a lot of the suggested material, + all the rules and community info. i am trying to become a good wife, one that ignites my husband's natural protective & dominant instincts after 5+ years of being a VERY domiNATING and…

yikes, i just turned 31 and i'm so disappointed in myself for never completing my "before 30" list. i remember going to the gym on my 29th birthday, all like "FIT BY 30!" attitude. aaaaaand giving up because my whims were more important to me than staying attractive for my husband (and healthy for me!). :P i needed RPWi so badly then but i didn't know you! i think my "before 40" list would be waaaay too long because that is a long way away, RIGHT?!?! BUT I am finally going to change my last name…

it's so weird how similar the process of finding "the right" HBC for you is to finding "the right" anti-depressant/mood stabilizer. and that my doctors were always happier to put me on more/different psychiatric drugs than admit it might be hormonal. YET when i finally had my mirena removed my lady doctor said "well, [depression]'s not listed as a side effect but, yeah, anecdotally it's the most common reason we remove them". meanwhile when i was apprehensive about getting it in the first place …

i'm in such a similar place. i've been seeing positives by doing a few simple things but there have been some difficulties especially in STFUing :/ the easiest things so far are showing gratitude and staying REALLY productive at home (then i can't hamster myself into thinking i deserved my day of doing nothing, when really i feel guilty about it and will be super avoidant of my husband as a result). i've been just intentionally shifting to doing things because they will make him feel good/satisf…
