To fix posture, I need to target upper back inner muscles. I decided that incorporating face pulls every workout makes sense. It also seems like a good idea to do a couple of sets of them to warm up the shoulders, say, before OHP. Tried that today and it seemed that my shoulders picked up more slack and triceps was less engaged. I believe you have it written down meticulously because if you manage to track food so well, then the routine is probably also somewhere on paper. | 2 | Appearance IssuesThank you a lot. There is a sauna in my gym and I will finally visit it. My beard growth is horrible. I only grow visible hair on my chin and moustache area. I have peach fuzz on my cheeks and jaw area. I found there are people experimenting with minoxidil and have various results.
