Will incorporate face pulls every single workout even if it's leg day. Does it make sense to do face pulls before, say, OHP, i.e. pressing movement? I tried it today and I think my performance was better. Also, do you do face pulls this way? Also, this looks interesting.

Yes, I can do all these things. However, I can tell from the feeling of it that my lats are most developed. To fix posture, I need to target upper back inner muscles. I decided that incorporating face pulls every workout makes sense. It also seems like a good idea to do a couple of sets of them to warm up the shoulders, say, before OHP. Tried that today and it seemed that my shoulders picked up more slack and triceps was less engaged. Also, trainer in the gym told to do band pull aparts as much …

You would do a great service to everyone is you post your routine of fixing posture. I believe you have it written down meticulously because if you manage to track food so well, then the routine is probably also somewhere on paper. Currently, I find that my back is only getting wider, there is development in lats area but I don't feel any posture improvements. I do T-bar rows, pull ups, face pulls and dumbbell rows. Thank you a lot. There is a sauna in my gym and I will finally visit it. My beard growth is horrible. I only grow visible hair on my chin and moustache area. I have peach fuzz on my cheeks and jaw area. I found there are people experimenting with minoxidil and have various results. There are some side effects reported that are not nice but hell, a beard would definitely improve that weak chin. It reminds me of this video
