I’m fucking livid. The dude was homeless, everything in his possession is all that he has left. And what does she do? Piss on it and before she torches it....5 months in jail? Sick to my fucking stomach. I’m tired of people getting a slap on the wrist for shit like this, it’s ridiculous.

It was Patrice O'neal. Was listening to some his XM stuff at work, literally from laughter crying at my desk. Brother speaks nothing but the truth. Man the story about the false rape accusation he got charged with left me paranoid.

I've come to learn that they all have this victimization mentality. If you don't jump through whatever hoop they have set up or decide to go your own way (based on the change in their behavior, them not acting the same, something is off, gut feeling you name it) they pull this "you hurt me" card. I've had a girl tell me she wanted to marry me, then tell me I wasn't good enough and then have the audacity ask why I didn't "fight for her". It's messed. But I'm glad I went through all of that in my …

"But I have zero self confidence, high blood pressure, depression and anxiety." You're defending the very things you want to change about yourself. First and foremost look at those things you listed above and through the sub as things that are in the past, acknowledge that you HAD these issues and take a step a few direction. You asked earlier "How do I go through this transformation?" Start by telling yourself a new story. You keep repeating the same BS (belief system) that hasn't been getting …

Haha we're pretty much the same person! I also get energized being by myself. I do a lot of high-value activities that put me in a position most people would love to be in, but I don't like to surround myself with people, I'm usually the quiet guy in these activities. I can turn on the extrovert switch when it is required, but most of the time I like being alone. Which in a weird way draws more and more people to you. But I started getting back into PC gaming and started rebuilding a PC I bought…

Check out a meet up group in your city. Best decision I made last year, I've been with the same group for the last 8 months or so. You meet cool people that are interested in the same stuff you're into.

This. Most of us have gone through the anger phase. Fuck, I remember it like it was yesterday. But most importantly is the fact that it will pass. I see them for what they are. Immerse in a hobby, check out an AirBnB rental and get out of city or town for a few days. Start setting up boundaries with people. We're all basically reprogramming all the BS we've been programmed with for the last X amount of years, it's not easy. Take care of yourself brother.

Haha straight the fuck up, THATS WHAT IT IS! I've heard and seen this shit with my own eyes and it's UNREAL, how much shit these girls would put up with to remain in these bs friendships. Dude, I've witnessed a girl cry to get out of work, just to go a sports game. Played everyone like a GameCube. I called her out on it while it was happening and was labeled the asshole. People ended up finding out she was posting on IG n shit, and dismiss it. Just dismissed it. They all do it. They cheat on the…

Trust me a few of them are well aware of the matrix. But many wouldn't want to risk years of work, fame, money to go against the grain. Fuck, I went had an opinion within a conv with my buddy and got yelled at by some woman. Did I know her? No. She went out of her way to yell at me. Understand the world and the system at play and move on. Come your own role model.

It dawned on me the other night. I was talking with a buddy about the nature of women. I have a friend that was pretty much being played, I helped me through the ups and downs of the relationship and one thing he kept saying was "it doesn't make any sense". He was devastated the last time I spoke to him, but it dawned on me that women, especially if you're in a LTR, I'm beginning to think it is her job to pretty much destroy you towards the end of the relationship. Something I've realized is taking a moment to stop and look at whatever thought keeps popping up. Not judging it, but looking at it while I also pay attention to how my body responds in that moment. That's one thing acting has taught me. You can create these fictional characters in your mind and feel whatever they're feeling based on the scene and easily step out of it like your changing your shoes. But why is it so hard to detach ourselves from the character we created? Majority of situations a…

This. Part of the reason it took longer than it did for me to dump by ex. The amount of anxiety I had knowing someone was going to try their hardest to destroy by identity drove me insane, thankfully only for a few months. I'm over it now, my identity was tarnished, but to people I could give a fuck about. At the end of the day I lose nothing. But man, it sucked going through that.

Transmutation. Turning that sexual energy into something productive. Btw it's natural to feel that urge, you're a man at the end of the day, with a healthy sex drive. Don't let anyone shame you for having one. The trick is using that energy in other ways. Lifting heavy shit does wonders, granted it might even add to the aggression and sexual energy. But it beats wasting that energy into a napkin. (Everything in moderation)

What's the point of competing with Chad? What's the prize at the end of the day? Women? Chad is just an idea that exists in the girls head. Haha that's precisely what put me into the depression (noticed how I said "the" and not "my" depression). I've studied a lot of his work, and have seen and read many of his books and lectures. Although coming across his work played apart in the depression, it was mainly because he was challenging my beliefs. Something I hadn't really done until by mid-twenties. I personally don't think there's anything wrong with dating, as long as you're unattached to an outcome. Enjoy it for what it is, while it lasts.
/r/MGTOW08/01/17 05:26 AM

It's funny the more unattached you become the more people gravitate towards you. By becoming unattached you're basically saying I'm full. I don't "need". I found that people were more drawn to me because I didn't care because I was able to "break free" from the mental slavery. It's tricky because you can easily fall into depression. But depression, in this case, wasn't a negative thing. My depression at the start of this journey was due to the fact that the world no longer made sense to me. Goin…

Solitude. I recommend spending more time with yourself. Go away for a weekend by yourself, it'll give you an opportunity to befriend yourself. One thing you'll begin to learn when you're by yourself, in a new environment, is trusting your own voice. You'll start to notice all the voices in your head, and soon realize they aren't yours. I want you to think about this for a second. Let's say you have a date later tonight. You're all excited. you put your best outfit on, that dope watch and your be…

This is the secret. I have no attachment to anything or anyone. Drop the obstruction. Drop the false belief and the attachment will drop and then you'll know what happiness is. People think constantly adding to your life will is a guaranteed way to happiness. You can't find that void.

Hope you enjoy this one :) Anthony De Mellow *The Japanese have a powerful tale for this, oh it's so powerful. There is this guy running away from a tiger, comes to a precipice and quite unwittingly he begins to slide down that precipice and as he is sliding he grabs hold of a branch of a tree that is growing there, a kind of a bush and then he looks down and there is no way of climbing up because there is the tiger waiting for him there and if he slides down he slides down to his death 15.000 f…

I came across that quote listening to Anthony De Mellow. He was the main reason as to why I became a MGTOW, before I even knew what MGTOW was. Studying his work put me into a depression for a good 2 years, no joke. In the beginning, I felt like I was going insane because the world no longer made sense to me, society was a joke to me, and nothing made sense. Ever since I began to "waking up" there was no way I could at the world the same way, because I was now "aware". Out of all the years I spen…

I feel the same way when it comes to "Alpha this, Alpha that". It comes to self-respect. Acting "alpha" to get my way isn't worth a rape accusation, you don't even have to get charged, it's your word against hers. I'm no longer going to barter with my self-respect. People come, people go. Either way, I'll still be building my empire with or without them.
/r/MGTOW07/01/17 09:03 PM

I've realized that in order for my empire to thrive and grow I'll have to do some shit that I'm not necessarily interested in. For example when it comes to working in an office, I stick to contract work. But what about the "security" chilled? You call it security, I call it slavery. Not down with it. I can go to work with a a little pep in my walk because I can see the light at the end of the tunnel. And ultimately everything I'm doing is going towards building my empire. That's freedom. Going y…

Insanity is doing the same thing and expecting a different result. I'd say I'm going my own way after my last relationship, and even the one before that one, when I first began learning but had a hard time accepting. I'd help build these women up to only end up being used emotionally by one and financially abused by the other. When I look back to the times in my life when I was most successful, I didn't date or invest time into dating. Period. I'd be 100% focused. Because playing in that band, b…

Had a conversation with a buddy of mine regarding this. Everything you do is adding to your empire. You have a area where you can game if that's what your into, concert halls if you a musician, art galleries if your an artist. You can take all the things you love and allow them to have a place of there own within your empire. Because it's your empire, your mind and your world. Marcus Aaurelius has been a huge inspiration for me, as I've recently gotten into Stoicism. This dude ran an empire, fou…

I've had girls break up with me and then play the victim when I'd say shit like "thanks, it was fun while it lasted". Exactly. Which is why being in solitude is the way to over come it. It's only when you turn away from the crowds, and spend time within your own company you begin to chip away at your ego. That's when you realize that voice in your head (ego) is just a voice.

It just dawned on me..I've felt like I was competing for the longest time, but for what? Now that I'm focusing on working to live it's like a light switch went off. Everything being sold to you in one way or another is to help you get sex or at least making you think you'll get it, straight up. But when that's no longer the goal you begin to realize you don't need half the shit they're trying to sell to you.

This is what people need to understand. Of course in loneliness you'll be miserable, missing people, longing for people and company - there's a void, a depression, something is missing. In aloneness, you're full, nobody is needed. I think it's fine meeting up with people, but I think it becomes a problem when we're looking for an outcome.

At the end of the day, he's a man. Let him do what he wants. I know people like this... You could show them pie charts, equations, graphs, a map with little cartoon characters and they like most people, still won't see it. He has to go through it and experience it for himself.

I was in the same boat brother. Until one day, I looked up and asked myself "how the fuck did I get down here?". It's kind of like someone chopping down a tree. This. The subconscious mind picks up on the most subtle changes in body language amongst other things. And this is all while you're communicating on the fly. That's why I always say, never go against that gut feeling. Your mind is picking up something that you aren't consciously aware of. It's almost like a six sense, that tunes into things that trigger your survival instincts. I ignored that very feeling in my last relationship, for months and paid for it. Lesson learned.

It's interesting. When I would say "you're a bad father" I'd picture someone that walked out on their children - that's the first thought that pops up, granted there were others - abusive, deadbeat etc. But when I think of a "bad mother" images of a mother on drugs or a mother that's abusive pop up. No one ever looks at the woman leaving the marriage for her own selfish gain as a negative, the general vibe is usually a "you go girl" type of mentality". Theres usually never any talk about that da…

That' so fucked. I know of this woman I use to work with is pretty much doing that to her husband right now. Hanging around the younger waste chicks after work, hitting bars on weekends. Husband has everything, bought the house, dope car, 2 beautiful children. Now she's wanting to jump back on that carousel. Making out with randoms etc, while pop's is at home with the kids trying to figure out what's going on/what happen. It breaks my fucking heart man, fucking breaks my heart. There on the verg…

It took years for me to fully understand this. Attachments, Attachments, attachments.

This. I can't tell you how many women (back in my blue pill days) I've tried to help find something, like a goal or a marker, something to aim at... but as I've learned over the years, those seem to last as long as you do. I've dated girls that have tried to impress me with the pursuit of their hobby, but I knew it back then that it was manipulation. They didn't really care. Funny thing is it doesn't work the same as social media, there's no "instant likes" - it's sticking with it when no one el…

Man the amount of anxiety one probably...scratch that.. most likely faces in a marriage in this day and age must be through the fucking roof. Think about it, at any moment, someone else "shows up" and suddenly "it's not working out"....man, not for me. With all the various apps to cover your tracks, you're bound to come out a loser. LOL and to keep them around I gotta perform magic tricks and shit, make things appear out of thin air....my god.

Plain and simple. No one should be that desperate for a friendship with anyone that demonstrates that kind of behavior. That's why, as a lot of people were pointing out, guy friendships are more fulfilling. It has nothing to do with looks or medical conditions, etc - it's the mindset. With or without the material possessions you'll still have your Day1's in your corner. Sadly, the same can't be said with the opposite sex. They looked at him and right away made fun of him, fuck'em. They missed ou…

I'm currently going through something like this at work, only difference is I'm not giving anyone any attention. But thing I've been noticing is them trying to make me out to be some sort of asshole, because I keep to myself and only focus on work. I'm not there to listen to you bitch about everything. I'm currently serving at a restaurant, and trust me its been challenging being one of 3 dudes on the floor. When I first started I went in there with the MGTOW mentality, with a different understa…

By buddies were giving me that crap the other night. "Oh just wait, shes out there somewhere"...no she isn't. But I've realized that going my own way, pretty much means going MY own way - creating my own path. I've accepted that the way I'm living my life won't make sense to 95% of the people I come across. I will add, the amount of resistance one gets for doing things his way and not worrying about society is pretty strong. After years of studying spirituality, after several bouts of depression…

Haha learned that the hard way. You think you're sharing yourself and confiding in someone you can trust?..nope. Everything I shared with my last GF was used to destroy me and my character. You can't get mad at them tho, it is what it is. Weeks of shit talking to various "mutual friends" followed by "why can't we be friends" - no response, ghost mode....Casper ain't got shit on me. lol as for the people that bought the shit she was selling, they did me a favour. Go your own way brother.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
