This. She didn't have enough evidence to prove what she wanted and unfortunate, I don't have enough evidence to prove what I want. It truly is he said / she said. It's also why I'm glad the results of the hearing were thorough and just.

As much as id like, I just dont think retaliation is the proper strategy to further the men's rights movement. Id think more advertising and cultural spreading.

Thank you for your advice, I really appreciate it. I will definateky exercise my rights to silence, it i don't thibk I'm financially stable enough to have a preliminary meeting with an attorney, but i know what to do if legal action is pursued. I am really thankful there are people willing to help here such as yourself.

I would agree. The preponderance for evidence was very minimal (<51%). I could get into details, but id rather not due to the complexity of the situation and tie back to myself. Ahe contested verbak cues and mental state of consent.

Also, I dont think there's a possibiluty for it within the schools policy. But i totally agree.

I would welcome it. At this point, I'm reassured that the school has unbiased proceedings, and im sure she can get even more frustrated and defeated by further action

Ha, I wish. Since no legal action was taken, theres no recourse to the best of my knowledge. I tried to submit a counter-complaint on that basis, but due to my schools policy, it's not possible.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
