| 0 | Apparently Homelessness is only a Problem if you are a Woman.You neglect to mention that the priority isn't just for women, it's for women and children. Both of these facts skew this statistic - and I know this statistic, it's used very frequently and always out of context by people who want to rag on homeless shelters in general. This is the first time I've seen it used in a gendered context. So please, allow me to explain.
