You definitively have to do this for you but those feelings of jealousy, anger, and sadness can be good motivators not in the sense that they drive you but you can remember how bad they felt and how you never want to feel like that again.

Sounds like advice I heard from Timothy Delaghetto, if you're oing to contact someone and you think it might be a bad idea just fap. Most of the time it was just your other head thinking and not your logical one.

Dude I can relate to you in a lot of aspects and this is an inspiration for me too, out of shape and not social but try, I don't smoke in-fact I hate smoking but I do have oneitis for my ex and understand that depression/anger when they tell you something about some guy and it's especially damaging when you do look at them and see that they're "better" than you or who you'd like to be with yourself.
