Sounds like you need one right now. There is no disease process which requires or benefits from an obese state. None. The only conditions in which weight loss would be contraindicated would be something like tuberculosis, end stage cancer, or late aids where you have cachetic patients with sub 17 bmi. But the more likely conclusion is you're full of shit and making up excuses to justify your slovenly lifestyle on reddit, hoping no one called you out. Pretty fucking sad. How did you get here?

Additionally male and female circulation is very different anatomically. Men keep their extremities slightly warmer and have a higher metabolism to do so. You're definitely right though.
