I would say the cases of sex for helping their careers is not sexual assault so long as they had a choice. The way I see it theres 2 types of false accusations. One where the victim was actually raped and pointed out the wrong person and ones where the person was never raped and tried to falsely convict someone. In cases where its determined no rape even occured the accuser needs to go to jail for a long long time. Falsely accusing someone of a heinous crime like rape has much the same effects on a person as actually being raped and I think it should be treated the same in the courts.

I didnt say all foster parents molest the kids but the rates of kids being sexually assaulted is much higher in foster care and its not always done by the foster parents. She should be charged with rape because she figuartivly raped him. He was handcuffed, put in a cage for 36 days. I think its more the equivalent of virgin shaming or lack of girlfriend/sex shaming. As for slut shaming I would think that as men we would be for anything that encourages women to have sex with us more often. I think slut shaming is done mostly by women to other women. Men just use the word slut as a go to insult for women because it does what it was meant to do, pisses off the person we are insulting. I dont think anyone here is going to complain about the things your fiance is. We can live with stuff like that just fine. Its the things like getting screwed in family court and unequal application of the laws based on gender that we dont want to live with. Overall we want equality for both genders. If we fix the inequalities for women and not the inequalities for men then we are just flipping the scale and not really achieving equality.

Find out if she has children then make an anonymous claim so she has to go through the same BS. Once CPS comes and determines nothing is wrong I would file a restraining order against the teacher from having contact with your son. The best thing you can really do is swallow your pride and be as polite and acomadating as possible to the CPS workers. Its a lot like getting ass raped.
