No, you see at what lengths they go to talk about it. I can say, based on my experience with community forums that usually 90-95% of those lengths are only talked about but they hardly put the advice to use. From gaming to bodybuilding to whatever the fuck, most online communities are centered around people who talk big but most simply don't do stuff and are only there to troll or use the community as escapism thus becoming their whole personality.

I think it happens because it's a "save my life shit" for a lot of guys, almost like learning about PUA. Yeah, I use the beard to hide my bloated face. Thanks, I think I let myself go to this point because I was nothing accepting my own flaws. Kinda like glasses tempering with my reality?. From right know I'll try to be as real with myself as possible. I don't see myself as a ugly person per say, at least I don't know until I lose my weight and see my real real face behind all that fat. I always see people trying to find magic stuff to lose weight. The answer is pretty simple: EAT LESS, MOVE MORE AND BE PATIENT. Control the food you eat, quality or at least close to quality good food. Move more, even if it's a walk in the park or a walk back from work. Be patient, you'll see results after one or two months, 1kg isn't much (looking aspect) but be patient and continue to lose weight, about 10kg you'll see real improvement
