Well anything in excess is bad! Naturally high muscle is so different for everyone as there are so many things to consider, everyones body type is just completely different. But if you’re having to work out for 3hrs every day and only eat chicken breast, boiled eggs and protein shakes to maintain your figure, you’re probs going too hard 😂 A lot of men that use test as a ped are often balding and get acne which is a physical sign of a hormonal imbalance. Since they should really ALL be dropping t…

To answer your question, honestly a good varied diet (different for everyone) and a good balance between body fat and muscle then you’re as good as can be! Unfortunately age is something none of us can outrun but we can definitely try our best to maintain our gorgeous physiques 💪 On a real note, that’s probably one if the most difficult things anyone can do, so it is hard work! But so long as you’re not too fat, not too skinny and not too muscly then you’re in pretty great condition!

Obesity is a huge issue in both men and womens fertility actually!! Mostly because of the hormones excess amounts of body fat release! This is a seriously in depth topic though and I’m afraid I have to admit I don’t have a ton of knowledge on it! So here’s a basic rundown of what I do know! Estradiol is released from the excess fat - which has the same structure as oestrogen. Men need oestrogen to have a high sex drive and high quality sperm, but it does tend to drop with age (exactly the same f…

Actually I think if you look back at media this sort of stuff was beginning to gain traction in ~70s - probably because men like dating younger, which isn’t an issue but it’s just like something some people used to justify large age gaps etc. I personally don’t have an issue with age gaps or anything as long as everyone is adult but since some people are very vocally against it, it makes sense to want to justify that in some way? Also 1/5 babies are born from women in their 30s - it’s no biggy a…

Because of how menopause effects women (because we only have a finite amount of eggs) the research tends to cut off at menopause age for many studies - assuming that men and women only try for children at the same age. There does need to be a significant increase in the amount of research since as we know already, people tend to date from a variety of ages. In most studies it shows a stead decrease in male fertility from the mid 20s dropping approx 10% each decade though

I agree, just not in the way you quite think 😂 I feel women who are older are treated as unattractive because of the fertility chat in the media, however women still find older men attractive. And I admit- I do too 😂 what woman can resist a silver fox after all? I think the way men and women’s bodies work together to create a whole entire new human is absolutely incredible and so beautiful. Men and women were made to compliment each other, having strength and weakness in opposite areas making th…

That reinforces my point. If the body of the ejaculation is made up of these types of Sperm (of which that are very many!) then there is less viable sperm in the sample. Aka - lower sperm count Thank you!

Miscarriage is literally to do with if the genetics are good enough for the body to not just scrap the whole thing to put it simply. 50% of the genetics are the man’s and 50% are womens. I see what you’re saying but after successful implantation, it’s fairly equal. Ofc there could be other factors! But issues such as placenta and things not forming right aren’t anything that anyone can control and can happen at any age Also mens sperm deteriorates just like womens eggs. They may not have as much…

EXACTLY!! People seem to forget how genuinely advanced medicine is now! We can literally put spermies and eggs together outside of the human body and then pop em back in to be perfectly implanted - science has made incredible feats in the last 100 years!

Op here, Firstly I want too say, an applied biomedical degree is 4 years straight out of highschool here in Scotland. Not hard at all to get into 😂 just alot off work to graduate and be ibms accredited and hcpc certified etc. I did not make any claims that age did not effect women. I want to make that very clear. I simply said that it effects both men and women. Please view the source material I sent to other commenters if you’re interested. This is just a simple but reliable source. It states t…

I’m in a relationship with an 11yr age gap. Even I think it’s weird. Im 20 and my mum isn’t even 40 yet. I have nothing against age gaps at all! As evident! But some things are actually too far. Think of it this way. If 20 and 30 sounds bad but 40 and 50 doesn’t then cool. But 40 and 60 even sounds awful. 60 and 80! Yeah it’s too far I want to say, it’s not about maturity or if you’re able to consent. It’s about where you are at certain stages in life. Like I’m ready to have kids and settle down…

This is a good source!! And a bit easier to digest since it’s not full of random specific terminology that even I struggle with sometimes 😂 https://www.newscientist.com/article/dn1989-older-fathers-run-higher-risk-of-fetal-defects/ This one is a bit uglier but includes a lot of data about pregnancy success too, taking into consideration and adjusting for female age also! Great data https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC3253726/ If you want any more I’d be happy to help! I hope to go back …

One thing that bothers me but I’ll keep it short is media publishing “medical” information in the news targeted at women. (I’m a biomedical scientist and would be happy link research articles if anyone is interested in reading about this further btw) We all know the classic “women shouldn’t have kids after 30/40 coz their children will have Down syndrome/birth defects” But did you know that men’s sperm starts to “deteriorate in quality” after the age of ~35? It’s almost like we’re the same speci…

Something that has been bothering me for a long time is birth control. Women are the ones pushed to be responsible for birth control. Not by men per se at all! But by medicine. Or ✨big pharma✨ IT MAKES SO MUCH MONEY! The whole entire reason we aren’t allowed to get our tubes tied when we please and men can get a vesectomy whenever they want is because vesectomys are REVERSIBLE! Do you have any idea how much this would change medicine if vasectomies were made the standard? The recovery time is so…

I think the word “feminism” is just misconstrued to fit misdandrists will if I’m being completely honest. It should mean raising women up to be equal to men, like in countries where women aren’t allowed to drive or be in education. Or recognising that the uk govt is made up of 21.7% women (the lowest since 2019) despite literally half the uk being female. Also pushing for paid paternity leave for men! Not hating men or wanting more than them - that’s idiocy and abuse of a movement. It is so unde…

Maybe you just don’t have female friends, idk dude. I’m not denying misandry is real. But I’m also not denying misogyny. Both are wrong. It just exists though. And where a problem exists, people joke about it.

I literally only said brothers that protect us as an example. We literally protect our sons but I thought that was implied. And friendships should be equal

There’s a difference between radicical feminism (an excuse for misandrists) and real feminism. I don’t deny misandry exist. I also don’t deny misogyny exists.

I didn’t claim that women can’t hate men? I said 9x out of 10 it’s a joke. The same as I didn’t claim men don’t hate women? And we weren’t debating with set parameters… I’m just talking about real life here

Ok so… 1. Sure I know loads of guys that make misogynistic jokes ALL THE TIME. but they don’t hate women. Misogyny is something we live with, if we can’t see what is a joke and what isn’t or even make jokes about it - then what do we have?? Also you should feel uncomfortable around misogynists. They’re scary. So many men walk away from relationships after the woman gets pregnant. Women can abort sure ! But it’s often painful and very VERY traumatic. This isn’t an argument. And I’m not accusing m…

9x out of 10 it’s simply a joke to us, a sort of reverse misogyny if you will. It’s not something anyone takes seriously and off a woman was truly a misandrist we would feel uncomfortable around them. We literally birth males, we cannot hate them!

I’m so sorry you had to go through that, it’s so shitty that we have to live our lives scared but it’s better if we are safe I guess ❤️ heart goes out to you, I hope you find some peace with that whole situation because that’s awful

Tbh I wasn’t paranoid about this kind of stuff until I was raped. Now I’d cross the road instead of walking past a group of men, not because I think all men are bad - but because I’d rather be safe than raped again.

Yeah - truth is divorces are often ugly and when you end up in a messy breakup, taking their stuff isn’t usually coz you intended too - it’s just a way to get back at them coz you’re hurting Like I don’t intend to divorce ever but it’s nice that my partner has that reassurance, just so he doesn’t feel trapped

You can 100% appeal - my own parents went through this whole thing and it got appealed 2x

If you have a good prenup and a good lawyer, you’re fine and you can get any judges ruling appealed, even for murder. If they were as useless as you’re making out, people simply wouldn’t get them anymore.

In Scotland they are completely valid and prenuptial agreement lawyers make a-lot of money here for that reason. The only case they can be over turned is if there is a breach of the contract - but even then the woman would need a great divorce solicitor? So I can only really speak for Scotland but we are still part of the uk Edit: if you’d like to get a prenup when you get Married so that you don’t have to give up a lot of your existing assets - ensure you go to a fully qualified family law soli…

Alimony is pretty easy to get out of if you get a good solicitor - my friends dad beat her mum almost to death when she was pregnant and they had to separate because she had to file a police report in the hospital. He still got out of it and he was a monster. However a lot of good guys who go through divorce don’t actually get informed this is possible. You can always prenup though if you’re concerned about it

Actually they can’t legally be raped in the uk, it’s forced penetration of a penis inside of the genitals. The anus and mouth only count as sexual assault last I checked 😕 but my schools in Scotland were not strict with boys at all! They had a “boys will be boys” mentality. So the only reason I know the answer to this is because 7 of the boys from my high school in the year above me pinned the emo boy to the grass in the school yard and one by one put their cocks and balls in their mouth. The bo…
