Also, if you’ve been under any type of extended stress and you’re worried about your hormones, please get them checked out by your doctor. 2	My bf threatened to take away my unborn child in a fight we had. Now he says he was emotional and didn’t mean it Make SURE you research the legal ramifications of this in your area. Where I live, if an unmarried woman does not put a man’s name on her child’s birth certificate, the man can’t lay claim to the child (or where he can, his Iegal rights are quite diminished). If this same woman was married, her husband’s name would automatically be put on the child’s birth certificate (even if he isn’t the biological father) and he would automatically have far more rights to the child.
