I had long term relationships before I really played around then became single and went crazy crazy and got to around 250. Now I am extremely content even if I go months without anything and feel good just focusing on more important things in life. We can so over hype the chase.

I am a genuinely nice guy, as in, my intentions are good with no ill will, no lying behind their backs, etc. I don’t take a h none sense though I will call her out, I am willing to lose her. I think it’s the ‘fake nice guys’ that get a hard time. Wouldn’t say all men are. As a M myself I have ended up sleeping with a lot of women while single like stupid crazy numbers and nowadays I feel satiated as if I have got it all out of my system to the point where I would be more reliable nowadays in a serious relationship than at any other time. So if this is true for me I assume it can also be true for other women

Yeah for sure. Calorie deficit is still required. Naturally though ketogenic energy after fasting is burning fat not storing fat while body still has insulin in after eating refined carbs

Losing it with low carbs and fasting rather than solely the calorie deficit method will bring elasticity of the skin MUCH better
