Whenever I see a person saying "omg whores aren't worth it you can get laid for no money" I know they are young and haven't established their career much yet...the more money you make (the more valuable your time is) the more attractive (as an option) prostitution starts to get. Study after study disagrees with what you're saying and supports my point - which is that cutting out sugar and wheat matters more than calorie count. My own personal experience - trying every type of diet out there and realizing weight loss of over 100lbs of fat also disagrees.
