When it comes to the “nice guy finishes last” thing, it’s not that girls look for mean guys but it’s almost an aggressive sense of humor they enjoy. Idk.. hard to put into words. Never try and stop being “nice” but it’s almost like there’s a certain limit. Although to be clear, I am speaking from my type of girls but I promise you there is millions of women that’ll want you not to change one bit. Trial and error my brother.

Try and work on yourself and become aware of what’s causing the lack in social skills. Most women I’ve come in contact with admire a confident and assertive guy. Work on yourself and you’ll slowly notice a positive difference.

Not sure your age but the more you get rejected the better you can handle it, and in no way is that a bad thing. The way you handle rejection can say a lot. The fact that you are trying to gain advice is already a great step

The way you describe her acting at work can definitely be a flirtatious gesture if it isn’t a common thing she does. Often shy girls will shut a guy down because they are nervous (sometimes meaning they are into the other person). Unless you truly believe she is opposed to hangin out then stay persistent but in a respectful and friendly matter. I’ve been a similar situation at work and we ended up hooking up. Few months just talking and building a relationship at work then just go from there. It…

I have plenty of options but that’s just easy ya know. I think the fact it’s harder than I’m used to and somewhat of a chase is intriguing to me

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
