According to my child development classes 35 is pushing it so 35 is my limit I wanted to be married already(still not engaged and I'm getting close to 30) so soon I gotta start trying for kids bcs i have reproductive issues I need to really get back to a healthy weight >.> trauma has taken so much from me it's hard man

A oversized shirt and some cute panties or short shorts is my most comfortable and easy access outfit. Other than that bump up your self care routine.

Its how ive managed to deal with toxic narcisstic family members..I stay the hell away from them- give them as little information on my life as possible.They want to see you fail so they can say they were right. Its a sick satisfaction.They nitpick bcs they can and they most likely will.Best thing to do is give them a reason to shut up if you don't have the ability to tell them off yourself then..avoid them,eventualy you will branch off from them and see them less- your life isn't worth stressin…
