Its funny that you would mention the flaws of feminism here, yet in Iran a country ruled by men, women can't even leave the country without their husbands permission.

idk any feminists, or at least none that i've heard talk about these statistics. In real life at least. I'm not sure exactly what the statistics are that you're referring to though.

No offense but you're acting as if one feminist can speak for all feminists, which certainly isn't the case. It's also sexist of you to say that because you're basically saying 1 women can speak for all women, which isn't he case. Cathy Young is a type of feminist that believes both sexes are equal like their personalities and actions, which in most cases isn't what most feminists believe. So most of the time she's actually the minority not the majority.

This paper doesn't say that though, it says very clearly and they even criticize that men who are forced to penetrate aren't labeled as raped. lastly, they do say at the end that men and women are raped about as much in a lifetime. Women only .5% more. This is pretty obvious

That could be an allusion to more prevalent sexism. Just because more women voted doesn't necessarily mean that they voted in favor of a women. The fact that women didn't vote for women doesn't prove that they choose a man entirely based on his merits over a women. It could be a variety of complex issues, such as: Lack of women getting a higher education Lack of women in politics(certainly, why? Because sexism you idiot.) Women voting for what their husbands want That's just a few of their issue…

idc about who dropped out. i care about facts of how many women were president.' edit: be careful about how you answer this because anything related to the reason being women as a whole, is sexist.

It's not about the image, i was never about the "image" and it never will be about the image. The point is, is that women are systematically discriminated against based on their gender and this is exceptionally prevalent in society. Whereas women having the hierarchy to discriminate against men is very very rare, does it happen? Yes it does. Does it happen even remotely close to the amount that it happens vice versa, about the same amount that blacks discriminated against whites pre-1964.

Yes but her saying "men only see women as sex objects" don't damage mens hierarchy or as this forum is called their rights. Women being objectified does.

He doesn't have to have had implicit consent, that's what the lady above is saying. If she seems like she really wanted it, which most girls who want sex act like, just like most guys who want sex don't usually just lay there, then he can just sayt hat. He can just say, she was climbing all over me, she stuck my cock in her, she was saying "oh yeah fuck me." Like i just don't see under waht circumstance except for rape a women would give literally no signs of an affirmative, it's just so unreali…

Yeah but if a women lies and says you raped her, no matter what the law is, she will always use it to her advantage no matter what. This law doesn't make it easier for women to lie about being rape. Because if a women is going to lie about it, she'll just use the definition of the law, which already happens. And if she does that, she also broke the law. So she actually is a criminal. However, under the current legal definition of rape, non-confirmation doesn't equal rape, when in reality without…

No, what she's saying is this. All the bullshit claims that you have to keep saying, "Do you want to have sex?" are exactly that, total bullshit. If the other person is seemingly quite receptive and happy about the entire ordeal, why would they report rape? They wouldn't. I realize it's tough for you to understand that women actually enjoy sex, so they're not just going to report you for rape, but I could see how anything involving sex would be difficult for you to comprehend.

Yeah but the difference is women are being objectified for their sex. It's the same as racism. It's not that some people are dicks, and some people are dicks to men, even women, especially women. But it's that when they're oppressing women just like blacks, it's because of something that defines them, black, women, hispanic, jewish. When white men fail or mess up or can't do something it's not because they're "white men" but when a women can't do a job, it's because "she's a girl." When a black …

Saying no, doesn't prove anything is bad. Lastly, you keep saying "what I call rape," but here's the facts, that's rape, that is what society has overwhelmingly agreed upon to be rape. If I put a gun to someones head and shoot them and they don't say no it doesnt mean they wanted it. If I'm robbing your store and I say give me all ur money and u dont say no it's still robbery. Your "didnt say no logic" it's bullshit. it's totally bullshit, and it really shows that you're problem isn't with the l…

That's the facts, you can say what you want about them. But experts and women are saying, just because we don't say no, doesn't mean we want it. and women who didnt say no, who never wanted the sexual activity are saying. Yes, I never wanted the sexual activity, I was just too afraid to say no.

THe majority of people, and majority of women are saying, just because we don't say "no" thats doesnt mean we want it. They've said that, and if you ignore the words coming out of their mouths, you don't respect them. You don't know how not to rape, that's the problem, because you've totally ignored a very basic principle of rape. It's not about how you feel about the subject, it's about the consensus and opinions of the large majority of people, especially women. You're not respecting them when…

You can't answer those 2 questions can you? Nothing I said was even remotely trolling. It's just tough to argue with real logic that disagrees with you isn't it? Lastly, judging me based on my karma, lol what're you 10? Go spill your shit over in trollxchromosome see who gets more downvotes. edit: because reply time. You can't, you can't answer those questions which are totally fair and unloaded because to address the logic of the issue would screw up everything. By addressing the logic you have…

I'm not a troll account, and you won't easily dismiss the validity of my arguments by saying that. Based on what you're saying, no testimony should ever be taken as factual. Which clearly isn't the mentality of the United States justice system from the lowest point to the highest point, so everything your saying about that is a moot point. It doesn't matter, because you're fighting a beast you can't defeat. Testimonies matter and they're never going to dismiss a testimon. Especially not when you…

I'm just going to stop you after your first paragraph. Saying, "if you don't fight back you aren't raped" is the dumbest thing ever said. I'm not even going to go on with the rest of your paragraphs because that paragraph right there was so wrong. It was absolutely totally wrong, down right wrong. And everytime feminist blame all men for being rapists, and you say they're idiots for that. When you laugh at men who are forced to take courses on how not to be sexist or rapists. You're the reason f…

But why would they lie? If a women wasn't raped and doesn't feel raped why we should lie? Revenge isn't cutting it, and I don't see how monetary gains would be a widespread reason or how that would effect this law. What does any of that have to do with the law, and how does witness testimony even matter. Please tell me this.

Actually you should, because an accuser by definition is a witness and has to testify. They must testify, thats the rule.

A lot of times the man is the active initiator of sex, but why? it stems from misplaced gender stereotypes that say that women can't be openly sexual or sexually aggressive right? Isn't that true? A women can't chase a man, that's not socially acceptable. So the man has to, and that's why it turns out that more often men rape, not that women can't. But that the society which we live in puts men in the more sexually aggressive position even though both men and women are inherently the same. But t…

No, no one thinks that. No one ever said that if a man isn't raped with a strap on it's not rape. No one ever said a boner = consent. More importantly, why would you even say something that stupid? And why are you so hyped up about dudes? Even if the world was the way you said it is, which it's not, then this law doesn't even matter. It doesn't actually make a difference, it will only protect women from getting raped more. Which isn't a bad thing right? You don't mind that? I mean it's not going…

It does, because a lot of times when people who are raped especially when they are intoxicated can't/don't/ are to embarassed to say "No!" or explicity give a negative answer to the question or presumption "Do you want to have sex?" The law makes it so that an explicit affirmative must be given, whether it be the word "Yes!" or an action that implies. You're right, in court it will also boil down to he said/ she said. But if the law is the way it is then people are less likely to rape, because t…

It just means that you can't use the excuse "she/he didn't say no." You just made this about women, but yes if a man didn't give his consent or act consenting he could claim that he was raped, especially if he was. What's so hard to understand about that?

Clearly they wouldn't, as the facts prove otherwise. The department of labor posted nothing. What /u/Bynnar/ posted was nothing by the Department of Labor. It was by some (probably) right-wing research group, with a foreword by the Department of Labor. Of course the Department of Labor wouldn't say women aren't discriminated against in the workplace. Because, they absolutely are.

Regardless of what you intentions are you hurt the equality of women. Because it is the male dominated society which put all these restraints on both genders. So why would you follow right in their foot steps? "want women to fight in the front lines" Yeah men did that, plenty of women join the military and want to fight in the front lines "Women should be paying for meals on dates just like men do" They want too. "women should make up some of the generic enemies that player massacres in violent …

A women earns less than man doing the same job That statement is 100% true. You are a sexist trying to maintain a male dominated society. Why? Because you are the one who actually needs the leg up. If both gender were equal you would be the one who would fall behind. Does that hurt you ego?

Shes not actually a feminist though because whats shes saying is bullshit. Women are discriminated against the in the world place. It's a fact, only an idiot would say otherwise. Shes using the term feminist because she for some reason she wishes to bolster the audience of MRAs, by spewing lies tailored to benefit there arguments. You wouldnt mind her, because she gives your "Men Rights" movement credibility. When in the MRA movement is supported solely on around 99% males, while the feminist mo…

A large majority of both male and female full-time workers had a 40-hour workweek; among these workers, women earned 88 percent as much as men earned hourly earnings of $11.99, which was 86 percent of the median for men paid by the hour ($13.88) Among workers who were paid hourly rates in 2012, 6 percent of women and 3 percent of men had hourly earnings at or below the prevailing federal minimum wage of $7.25. It doesn't account for the differences

IT clearly says for full time/salary workers. So whats your argument now? edit: downvote, such a good argument. 2nd edit: Still waiting, I know I just posted this but Ill give you time. You wont be able to find anything though, because the fact of the matter is, the reason women make less is because... wait for it... sexism.

I think there's a clear case that men do actually need to be told over and over again things like "no means no." and it's not because they don't inherently know its wrong. It's because society has told them that no doesn't always mean no. So that why the fact that no does mean no has to be reestablished. Like what just 2 years ago, Robin Thicke releases a song blurred lines. He's definitely fixable, he just needs to have someone explain to him that no actually means no. The whole "No means no" "…
