You offer advice behind the veil of anonymity, and your advice is for people not to come out from behind that veil. Fuck off. A leader mentors and provides insight. A manager hoards information. If you really want to be "alpha" then your assuming the role of a leader amongst men. You want to be acknowledged for your views, but don't want to be accountable for them. That is your failure. When I offer insight and mentorship, I don't hide behind privacy glass.

They're in the best position to be able to recommend urologists who will perform the procedure in accordance with your wishes. Anything else is a crap-shoot. Your first fault is going out with the intention of getting laid. The mindset of "I have to do this shit I don't like because that's where the pussy is at." is basically putting that shit on a pedestal before you even meet/get it. If you want to hang out at a bar and shoot the shit, find a solid pub. If you want to dance, make it better yourself and take actual dancing lessons. If you want to go to a night club, then go.
