How is me focusing my vitriol towards the ~1,000 perpatrators and not 62 million people "Downplaying" Because your entire point was that the group is extremely small and that you're unlikely to ever come across one of them. That's a very textbook example of downplaying. What did you say that you'd consider vitriolic? It's not always a man. In fact, When you Look up DV and Sexual Assault statistics, they're not drastically different, in many cases, women are actually leading negative categories. …

Woke meaning is not opposite for now. Socially conscious is different from aware of injustice, but it's not opposite. NO ONE uses it this way today. Literally no one in any media uses woke with it's original meaning or in a positive way at all. What are you talking about?
/r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates10/05/26 06:24 AM

Sadly most of time it has been used, women have specifically told that it does not mean it anymore. Do you have anything backing up that it this happens "most of the time" ? "word has changed" is most common explanation. While that's true, that doesn't change that the definition still exists. Woke on the other hand has the opposite meaning now.

This isn't about me "I for one am a bit fed up of men getting told to approach women" Well that's interesting. Women would have to reject fewer annoying unattractive men. What evidence do you have that annoying unattractive men would approach less if women approached more?

Incel has lost it. No it hasn't. The definition of incel is still someone who's involuntarily celibate.

Mistake and failure are not synonymous. I didn't say they were. Just to be clear, I wanted to avoid the element of entitlement with you, because I knew you weren't engaging in good faith. Why have I said that you think I'm being disingenuous about? Oh please, that was an obvious dog whistle. Why would you want to focus entirely on the lowest common denominator when it is obvious they aren't representative of the entire group. Maybe because they're a strawman that's easier to attack? So I made th…

The words are synonymous with each other. If "worthy" is good enough for the conversation then "deserving" should not be construed as encroaching on someone's autonomy either. No shit they're synonyms but there's a difference in framing. It's like the difference in mistake vs failure. You specifically said you wanted to avoid the element of entitlement, well I'm telling you one way you can do that is to use worthy instead of deserve. This is a conversation about context and nuance among people, …
/r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates08/05/26 08:17 AM

I am defining "deserve" as a measure of inherent human worthiness, not as an entitlement to another person's autonomy. Then you're misusing that word, and specificizing it as being "worthy" of love instead of "deserving" would fit the point you're trying to make more. It conflates the "desire for a connection" with "demanding sex" specifically to shut down empathy. This is often because those are the types of conversations/spaces that incels are creating and repeating. There are definitely a num…

imagine making up a scenario to win an imaginary argument. Your comment was really dumb, is what I'm saying.

Its meaning has been widened into nothingness. Not widened, it's been completely flipped to mean the opposite. A similar example but in reverse would be "stan" which was originally negative, and is now used to self describe. But 'racial injustice' was not removed from it. It's still there. You think the people who use woke in it's modern context believe that there is racial injustice happening? For incels, "involuntary celibate" is totally removed. This is a much better example of a word that's …
/r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates07/05/26 09:06 PM
-2

it also implies that this particular person doesn't deserve having such a connection. Define what "deserve" means to you in this context. Incel-targeted rhetoric almost never focuses on the lack of a meaningful connection Hard disagree. Most well intentioned incel advice boils down to therapy, self improvement through self love and making connections in real life with friends.
/r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates07/05/26 08:25 PM
2

Yes true, but it did not lose its core defining principle like incel did. I'm really curious to see your explanation for how a word used by black political groups as far back as the 1920s to warn people of racial injustice didn't lose it's core defining principle when it started being applied to tv shows and movies casting minorities?

Perhaps it is, but that's the data we have, which women consume ~40% of pornographic materials. This is what I'm talking about though. Pornographic materials includes still images, text, etc. If you limit it to just video the percentage of women can drop below 20% depending on region and other factors. There's also studies showing women's most searched/consumed categories are violent porn(bdsm) and Faux Incest. Do you have a link to any of those studies? it's statistically impossible to think th…

Do you want to mention why you disagree? I think you're looking at this from a perspective of what would be easiest for YOU instead of being objective about how people interact. What your asking for wouldn't actually fix anything for you. Like what do you think would fundamentally change for you if women approached men?
/r/LeftWingMaleAdvocates07/05/26 04:01 PM

Wow!!! Source? Citation?!?! You can't just state that as objective truth! Up until now I had assumed it was just your opinion, but you didn't preface it with 'in my opinion, which may not be objectively true,' so now I'm going to make a big deal out of it! Right, and it's unwarranted as you're the one who is failing to make any coherent point My point was pretty obviously coherent considering you made several responses to it lol or explain what I've supposedly misunderstood. So, of those 5 million unique users in february ~2 million were women, 3 million were men. It's pretty dishonest to take the gender breakdown for a mainstream and well known site like pornhub and apply it to motherless. To put that in further perspective, you have a 1 in 138,000 chance to be struck by lightning. You are more likely to be struck by lightning 19.5 times, than come across someone who was an active participant in the "Rape Academy What point do you think you're making?

The Democrats lost what most people thought was a sure thing This is extremely revisionist. Hilary was a shocking upset yes, but democrats were very pessimistic about their chances in '24 due to biden changing his mind about running again and then performing so terribly followed by kamala's inability to get any real excitement for her campaign going.

I don’t know why we don’t simply define rape as forced physical interaction with the perpetrator’s genitals. Few questions. Who is "we"? Why do the genitals have to be involved? Also are you comfortable with the possibility that your new definition would massively increase the stats of rape on both sides, but overwhelmingly from men towards women? Debating the definition of rape is just rape apologia. Then you disagree with the original paper and most state laws on the subject. Differentiating “…

Sigh, time to explain economics to a woman. 🙄 The concept of value is completely independent of economics so this doesn't make sense. That’s LITERALLY the definition of value. That's the definition of economic value. Obviously something can be high value without being high in cost so the monetary aspect isn't required. The market determines what’s high or low value, not you. You're talking about supply and demand, not value.

Is english your first language? I don't see how else you could misunderstand what people are saying so badly. They were not talking about a real life situation that has opposing viewpoints. They're specifically telling you the person is lying. This is a preference. Preferences are not logical. It's not a preference to want to avoid getting sick or sitting around in wet clothes. In some places, it's necessary for safety. If I say "X is true" and you ask "WHY are you making an issue out of X," it's a different topic. You're not saying "X is true", you're saying "X is an issue". Asking why is completely valid and on topic. Just focus on the claim being made. You're making this extraordinarily narrow for a debate. Do you, or do you not agree that generally speaking in the West there is a taboo against making statements which are unflattering to women as a group? Sure.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/04/26 08:45 PM

If you want to concede my point and discuss a different topic, please first tell me why and I will consider it. ? I'm literally discussing your topic. I'm asking WHY this is an issue. If you can't articulate why this is an issue, how am I supposed to engage with it?
/r/PurplePillDebate07/04/26 06:43 PM

I should have said "issue" not "problem" I do think it's a problem, but that's beyond the scope of my post. Let me be more direct, why is that an issue I should care about for you? If this were a more general discussion board, I would point out that there are other groups for which there are similar taboos. But here, you bring up those other groups, your post gets deleted. So is your issue that it's taboo to generalize minority groups vs majority ones?
/r/PurplePillDebate07/04/26 06:20 PM

The problem is not that people argue back, rather, the problem is that people impose negative social repercussions. Why is that a problem? I am simply pointing out that there is a taboo against saying anything which is unflattering to women as a group. There's multiple groups that you can say that about. Why are you singling out women?

it doeset matter what my perspective is How would you know? Have you tried having a different one? the fact is that men are far less worth sexually than women, men are less desirable, they are less valuable overall Even if that were true, we're not talking about a serf class and fuedal lords. I didn’t say the list is inerrant. By your logic the list should be topped by landlord, business owner, investor, etc. What specifically makes you think that? Except the landlord/business owner/investor could cut themselves a salary if they want. They can do whatever they want. It still won't make it a job in the traditional sense. Equity is literally a conceptual claim on future value. What does that have to do with executives belonging on the list or not? I’m not saying their money is 'fake' o…

I didn’t say the list is inerrant. By your logic the list should be topped by landlord, business owner, investor, etc. No, that wouldn't make sense because none of those people receive a salary. An executive does. Why would discussing equity as a concept not fit within this context? Because we were talking about executives on the list of high paying jobs, not concepts lol You were essentially saying they don't count because their money is "gambling" Saying doctors are among the most highly value…

From the perspective of feminists, this is a problem. Everything is supposed to be about women, all the time. Ugh, you were so close. The issue with the trope has nothing to do with men's needs or desires, it's the act of reducing the female character to a plot device in order to fulfill them. You don't NEED the manic pixie character for any story that serves as a male fantasy and it's inclusion can often make the overall story weaker.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/04/26 05:56 PM
1

“You just want some non-threatening but exciting woman who sweeps you up while you do nothing” I don't know where you got this from but that's not the problem people have with manic pixie girls in media. Women are never judged for their arrested development like we are so they don’t see the projection here. The "manic pixie" aesthetic/trope doesn't have anything to do with arrested development.

The list tracks professions/careers defined by specialized skill and labor. That must be why chief executive is #11 on the list huh? A surgeon is a profession whereas “le equity holder” is a financial status. You're completely changing the context. We were talking about executives being paid in equity. Not equity as a concept. So because the list doesn’t include hedge fund managers and CEOs, the list is incomplete? When it's being used as evidence that the highest paid jobs are healthcare/doctor related? Yes. The list discusses professions, not equity holders. In your own words, what difference do you think that makes? Whether it’s called "equity" or "gambling," that value can only exist because the company operates in a stable environment. America could easily pull this off, but it’s like this by design. The bread and circus is too good for any meaningful change to come. Okay, but I don't think this is really relevant to anything we're talking about then. A list of the highest paying professions in the US are overwhelmingly from medical field. I often come across people who chronically argue & they tend to have large social circles It depends on what they're arguing about and how they act when they disagree. Some people are just opinionated and it's fine, they can still be fun to be around. Think of someone's uncle who will argue about sports or the best restaurants to go to.

I have seen many of these women tell me how therapy can't help I genuinely can't think of a time I've seen women on here argue that therapy won't help, so I don't know if I agree with "plenty" In fact if you just search the word therapy on this sub, the top 7 posts are men complaining about therapy with post titles like "Why therapy doesn't work for men and trauma dumping clarity" "The cocky dude with a don't-give-a-fuck attitude toward life will be more attra…

Sure you could. You could tell me what I said that you actually disagree with instead of wasting time over the definition of a word.

I assume you didn't answer my question because you know I'm right. This all comes down to you being terrible with your choice of words and tripling down on a bad argument. This doesn't even make sense. You spent the entire time arguing against a point I never made because you misunderstood the word I used.

Wait what? Why is wanting a woman that doesn't require much effort a sign of bad intentions That's not what we're talking about. The original comment was about guys who date younger women because they're easier to impress. But you haven't explained why it's wrong for an old company with a small corporate budget to hire a junior when they can't afford a senior It's not "wrong". As I've said, it can be a sign of bad intentions or bad management. An older company should already be established, not …

So, objecting to a truth of something, testing someone's abilities, or making them do something difficult does not imply stress or conflict? No? lol If I asked you to go on a hike or work out are you going to experience stress? Objecting to the truth of something is just called having a different opinion. I really struggle to understand how you get through the day if this is the kind of stuff you consider "stress and conflict"

I promise you there's lots of happy men out there with happy lives that don't have their partner constantly push us to "be better" I agree. I'm not sure how it disputes anything I said, but yeah. And why is hiring the junior employee with a lower wage bad again? Because it's often a sign that the company cares more about saving money than putting out a good product and they use the persons inexperience against them. I encourage you to look up the definition of challenge. "an objection or query as to the truth of something" "a task or situation that tests someone's abilities." "invite (someone) to do or say something that one thinks will be difficult" Which of these mean stress/conflict? Challenge and support are two different things. One means to assist or help, the other is a difficult task or problem. You can absolutely support someone through challenging them to do better. Some people need that kind of e…

It's a good analogy for describing dating in practice for many very sad people - but it's absolutely not a good description of how anyone with self-respect wants their date to be. I promise you that people with self respect do not want someone with no backbone to just "yes man" everything they say.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/02/26 07:59 AM

But I'm guessing lot of men here didn't get to pair up or experience dating when they were young. You don't have to guess at all. This sub is full of bitter dudes who are mad for being rejected. only to be told they have to date women they either find less attractive (or just look older than they imagine) with baggage from previous partners. Case in point. For some of us this isn't very appealing or even possible to accept. Well, good luck with all that.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/02/26 07:55 AM

That sounds awful. Why the hell would any sane individual want someone who brings more stress and conflicts into their lives? Because being challenged isn't synonymous with stress or conflict. That is possibly the worst and most toxic way to get someone to improve themselves. Okay. easier to impress a bad thing It's the difference between hiring an experienced employee that you have to pay more vs someone just starting their career that will accept lower wages because they're just happy to have a job. Why should dating someone be difficult and challenging It shouldn't be difficult, but your partner SHOULD challenge you imo. In the same way that you should challenge yourself to do better.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/02/26 01:11 AM

What you're saying explains attraction and initial interest, but there's way more to a relationship than just looks. Do you really believe a relationship with two people in completely different stages of their life, with different experience levels would be an even partnership? I mean dudes on this sub are constantly complaining about how women don't bring anything to the table or don't have to do anything but look pretty and you're explaining that's the driving reason behind why men like them.

Afiak, if the prosecution doesn't "cross the t and dot the i" by vetting the accusation, then it would get revealed in discovery. Charges might get dismissed. I think you've completely lost sight of whatever point you thought you were making. I still have no idea what this has to do with my original comment. Prosecutors wouldn't be brought in to handle a case until it's already been investigated by police/detectives. The lawyers focus is presenting a case, not strictly fact finding.

It makes sense because women want to date men who lead. Courting a woman isn't leading. You're literally trying to get favorable approval of someone judging your efforts lol
/r/PurplePillDebate10/02/26 11:35 PM

I don't think you actually understand what I said because discovery is also AFTER charges have been filed. In order to get to that point, you need to gather evidence, how is that supposed to happen fairly if the victim is treated like a liar?

A feminist once tried to pull a gotcha on me. By saying, "If women are so privileged, then why are men most leader ship roles''. And, I told her it's the same reason why men are expected to lead in relationships by paying on dates, planning dates, and courting the woman. And she was speechless after I said this. /r/PurplePillDebate10/12/25 05:51 PM

Ok, but women often assume that men only care about sex just because they want to have sex. If they think/feel that way, it's probably due to not feeling the other aspects of the relationship are being given enough attention.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/12/25 05:45 PM

I didn't say anything that would imply that. "I've slept with several dozen women over my life. It wasn't all that." lol ok
/r/PurplePillDebate10/12/25 05:27 PM

I've slept with several dozen women over my life. It wasn't all that. If you don't enjoy sleeping with women, it sounds like you might prefer playing for the other team.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/12/25 07:26 AM

If you ever get a chance to do it you'll understand why.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/12/25 03:55 AM

Would you like for me to post some sheets Knock yourself out. First local case i found had someone arrested for being a felon in possession of a firearm and that was somehow dropped. You are so right You're phrasing this as if you're mocking the point I made but cases like that are exactly what I'm talking about. It's entirely possible they dropped the case because it was a bullshit arrest or trumped up charges.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/12/25 12:09 AM

Im so sick of hearing about people that have been in and out of jail 40 times murdering someone. Being arrested isn't the same as being convicted. Most of the time you hear about someone being arrested 40 times, it was for random bullshit like loitering or causing a disturbance.

It is when it's used to try to emasculate straight men that aren't getting laid. Do you believe being gay makes him less masculine or weaker than a straight man? If not, then how am I emasculating him? It doesn't take a rocket surgeon to realize that gays have more sex than straight couples. What does that have to do with anything we're talking about?
/r/PurplePillDebate06/12/25 05:31 AM
3

Oh, so it's just a veiled "you must be gay" insult towards the guy. Gotcha. Beyond the fact that I know you don't actually care, being gay isn't an insult, so I'm not sure why you think that was my intention. I mean the guy literally said he wishes he was gay lmao Did you give up on your stupid cylon analogy or are you still workshopping that?

If I say I wish I were a cylon so that I would never die, does that mean I have some questions I've been avoiding for a while now? If it starts affecting your morals/ideologies? Yes. The issue is that most women are boring as shit. Even if they're not, hanging out with guys would be more fun in most cases. Every time I see guys in this sub say this, I genuinely wonder if they have some things they need to come to terms with about who they're attracted to but I try to avoid that because it's an assumption and probably rooted in some toxic ideas. This usually happens when someone [woman] sees a guy [fucks a guy] for a week or two, catches feelings, and then gets upset that he didn’t. Suddenly the narrative becomes: “He should’ve told me what he wanted from the beginning!” You're describing a totally different situation from a 1st date. This is a friends with benefits scenario, which is perfectly normal to start asking about intentions. Conservative women don't expect $100 dinner dates. What are you basing that on? Conservative women don't tell the man how much is the right amount to spend as if she were a prostitute. Is that really any different than requiring them to make a certain amount of money so they can afford a specific lifestyle? The man having a good job and being responsible with money to be able to provide for a family So they DO tell the man how much they want.

a lot of you women on here I'm not a woman. Often times the man is able to make up for certain attributes by excelling in others. The most common being money. So then you DON'T actually have a high bar of multiple attributes you need to have to be able to sleep with women. Glad we were able to clear that up.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/11/25 07:58 PM

What the hell are you talking about? You legit asked me if your point was invalid. No, I didn't. Where you somehow got that that meant my opinion counts more is ridiculous. If someone claims a certain intersection is dangerous, and you come in and say "actually I hardly see anyone get into an accident there, it's very rare". You are specifically countering their experience with your "more accurate" version.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/11/25 07:55 PM

Oh I see, you're too childish to have a good faith debate. It's not that at all, it's just that your body count isn't high enough for me to respect you. There is no evidence contrary to what i said. You're being purposefully ignorant asking that. /r/PurplePillDebate20/11/25 06:00 PM

No, there's nothing moral about your height.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/11/25 05:57 PM

It's not hypocritical because it is 10x harder for a man to have a high body count than it is for a woman. It's respectable because it is hard. If you respect guys for sleeping with a lot of women, you're 100% a weirdo. men have to meet a laundry list of requirements The whiplash of takes on this sub between men needing impossible standards to be with anyone, and women "always choosing to fuck trashy losers" is hilarious.

You really think that was a smart answer? Huh? It's an opinion, whether you think it's smart or not is irrelevant lol Fear is by definition embedded in the social fabric. It's impossible to remove that feature. By saying "regardless of that fear", it's fucking meaningless since you don't know what the absence of that fear looks like. This is kind of embarrassing. I'm not sure you understand what I asked if this is confusing you. I was asking about how seriously they believed what they were saying. Has nothing to do with whether or not external enforcement is removable or not.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/11/25 07:47 PM
1

lol again, what you're asking for is impossible so I'm sure what the point is? Like what is the goal of what you're suggesting?
/r/PurplePillDebate17/11/25 06:50 PM

Remove laws that enforce gender equality. No court, no police force enforcing those specific rights. That doesn't remove external enforcement. That just removes those laws. You would need to remove free will to do what talking about.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/11/25 06:29 PM

So you aren't asking if I believe in it, you are asking about me personally, that is not an interesting conversation. How do you not know?
/r/PurplePillDebate17/11/25 06:27 PM

I don't see how that's possible, so I'm not sure what the point would be?

No, you are asking if “I” do. Not whether I think people on average do. That is a personal, not general question. No shit? I never said I was asking a general question lol If you believe people fall into these specific groups, you yourself would need to be in one. Are you the norm, or the exception? Are you in that 80%?

If a girl is emotionally neglected by every adult she interacts with, resulting in her growing up into a woman with an inability to properly show emotion and an unhealthy relationship with her inner self, we do not call that "toxic victimhood" and blame her and women in general for the way she is. We accept that she has been hurt by someone and needs help. That's somewhat true for white women, but completely false for minorities, particularly black women.

I know I'm responding to a fake account but they don't do it because it's expensive and takes time. Same reason uber tried getting away without doing background checks on drivers. If they thought they could make more money doing it, they would. It has nothing to do with whatever you're talking about. Same how they have a height filter to filter out the h…

I don't think you actually desire women at all. You THINK you do, because you think that's what's missing.

There's literally a song with the lyrics I want a man in Finance, 6' 5", Blue Eyes. Tell me where was the part about personality in there? The personality part was having the social awareness to realize that was a tiktok joke that went viral as a trend and turned into a song after the fact lol

If you ignore everything else I said I guess it is.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/10/25 04:15 PM

Then why is what OP is saying wrong to you? Because it's a bullshit point? Just because some women DO give verbal consent, doesn't mean they should have to, or that not doing so is causing the situations OP is talking about. Women are the main ones who use the bullshit known as "non-verbal consent." Get better social skills then, I can't help you.

Just because you’ve never heard a woman say those words doesn’t mean they never say them
/r/PurplePillDebate27/10/25 05:22 AM

You don’t need to read someone’s mind to see them physically crying lol

People may call me over dramatic but rejection does hurt especially being the person that’s expected to court, to have their life together to stay calm under pressure. The truth is rejection wouldn't be so devastating for men if they did a better job of fostering other relationships and resources for themselves. Too many men make use potential gf's as their sole source of validation, so of course it's going to be more painful when they can't find one or it doesn't work out.

Think of it like banning sex education in order to stop kids from having sex which leads to spikes in teen pregnancies, conservatives then blame kids having sex on rap music or library books. The war on drugs put a ton of people in jail for small amounts of weed and crack which led to less stable homes, more poverty and more crime/drug use which conservatives then claim we need tougher police to crack down on and the cycle repeats itself.

Wait so abortions went up, and women dying of endometriosis and having unwanted children also went up? Who exactly thinks this is a good outcome? It blows my mind how conservatives can vote for policies that make the problem worse and then use that as evidence that they were right all along.

I’m sorry I have a height requirement on replies and you don’t meet the current threshold for responses.

How do you figure? You don't think it's possible to improve on either of those issues?
/r/PurplePillDebate21/10/25 04:57 AM

They can’t control being autistic. They can’t control being ugly. They can’t control how only a small amount of women are willing to date them. But you can mitigate and work on all of those issues. You're essentially saying "if it's hard you're allowed to give up" which is true, but then why are they complaining about it? They made their choice.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/10/25 08:08 PM

I just want sex and arm candy so other men won't make fun of me for being a sexless loser. Can they still make fun of you for other things? But men and women can't and shouldn't be genuine friends. It's unnatural. Isn't this a bit like a person afraid of heights telling everyone it's unnatural to have buildings over 2 stories tall? Do you think cavemen and cave women were interacting with each other for anything other than reproducing? Who cares?

No, being shady makes him untrustworthy. Gaslight much? What do you think gaslighting is?

Have you considered it’s because you come off untrustworthy and obsessive in person?

LA had the absolute most whack people taking public transportation. It's because not having a car in LA is a sign of way bigger problems. Mental, financial, legal, whatever. It's like not everyone who struggles takes public transit in LA, but everyone who takes public transit in LA is STRUGGLING. Way worse than the other major cities I have been in. Never let car companies have a say in how your city is laid out. Because they're going to put freeways everywhere.
