Haha, I've had the "hold the line" mentality in my head regarding MGTOW Spartans for a few weeks now. But that sort of imagery would start making us seem united. Would love to see a "HOLD THE LINE" sort of suggestions to men, so that even the non MGTOW guys could clean up their act. E.g.; no fat chicks no feminists no sluts

That's just way too much. Don't know if I would run, or burn it. Nuke it, maybe.

Learn to burn bridges. They have nothing to offer once relations are broken. Think of yourself as a fortress to defend; don't leave openings for the enemy to easily invade. Your heart is very weak and susceptible to manipulation. Guard it well. Burn the bridges twice over and make sure neither your friends, nor hers, can scale the gap between you. It's war, act accordingly.

What do you mean by hippie? My last LTR was with a hippie stoner. Don't recommend it, and they are not NAWALT at all.

Solid post. I guess though, some of us may not be MGTOW solely because we are after self-fulfillment. But instead, risk aversion to being burned legally or emotionally. For me, I've just reached the point where emotional toll of relationships is too much, when they inevitable end for an arbitrary reason. Pursuing own goals is a bonus, or never been too much of an issue (for me.)

Haha, ever notice how EVERY girl seems to have access to Chad as well? Chad is just a real, non-real (doesn't really matter either way) nightmare guys have. Just walk away men: doesn't matter if it's 0, 1 or 100 Chads because on a long enough timeline: AWALT.

I only admire their spirit, or willingness to fight. I acknowledge the fruitlessness of the battle. But I like your analogy sir. It is more of a head nod of respect, giving TradCons credit for trying is all. Like captains who go down with the ship, as a code of honor or practice. It's sad any way we slice it.

Good points. Maybe we should stop referring to "alphas" as alphas and instead call them what they are: reprobates, sex addicts, guys that fuel the ego of women. At the end of the day they are subject to their base animal instincts to fornicate, a disservice to us all -- as you pointed out already. In other words, we should not envy them.

Think of wimminz as the real deal when it comes to capitalism. Never satisfied with todays gains, if you are not always in a growth cycle they will cash in the stock (you) for a better stock (tomorrows Chad). Wow. Got me thinking a bit. Thanks.

Yep. This is the way to go. Distract yourself with ANYTHING until you are past the emotions and pain. Clean. Workout. Go for a walk. Read. Hobbies. Anything. You'll have to actively work on taking your mind off her. Any time you think about her, do something meaningful. For me, it was walking miles and miles and miles and exercising. Men are inherently lé awesomeness and women are naturally awesome too. The issue is not men or women, it's how the world has warped people. Nawmtalmbout? Awesome for different reasons. Men are practical, useful and predictable in many ways since they use formalized logic. But women are only awesome in certain limited senses, like reproduction and beauty. I don't want to deny that some women can also be awesome in other ways: but the word is so vague, I don't see the point. Each sex has various s…

Chad is more accurately described as, "the guy who tingles her at that very particular moment." It's not so much a set physique or personality type, although TRP portrays it to be strong, muscular, etc. Sometimes women will go for total losers, slobs or whatever. It seems like they go for forbidden fruit, the guy that is most off limits, maybe unique, or whatever. E.g., if they are dating a rich guy, they might find a total loser, etc. It's unpredictable. A lot of times Chad is just opposite of …

Totally understood. But the crowd here is jaded. As for kids, you are fighting an uphill battle against public policy at large. In my opinion, best way to swing pendulum back in the other direction is with conviction and mercilessly. It can't be a weak approach of negotiation and logical arguments, those who are against men are implacable. They were given an inch, took much more, and still look for even more. Weight loss was my immediate reaction to breaking up with last girlfriend. It was on my mind beforehand, but once we broke I just put all my effort into it. For me, motivation is motivation. Fitness can be an arbitrary goal once you get to a healthy weight. I'd say it's mostly for vanity; meaning the "why?" is not all that important in fitness. Pick a goal, any goal, once you get to a healthy weight. Initially I was in a TheRedPill mindset with fitness, thinking it would totally change my lifest…

Because single mothers cause an immense amount of damage. They tax welfare system by not having husbands, and then go on to continue whoring themselves around thus influencing dating dynamics. They spread their filth to other women, and burden the system with their own mistakes. What is there to respect? They raised a kid with government assistance? You don't get a pat on the back for dealing with your own consequences / bad decisions (unless you are a woman in Western society, of course.)

Hey man I get you. I've accepted that reality. A lot of guys haven't come to terms with how women function; rather, how emotions tend to dictate their decisions and thinking. It's hard for logical people to wrap their head around illogical, short-sighted decisions. I don't get it either (the behavior OP refers to) but there isn't much to get; we just have to accept that some people are degenerate. But I think the bigger question is, how should we react to this? Whey protein is $0.03 per gram. Weigh yourself, and for every lbs. eat that many grams. Then cut until you have six pack abs. It costs like $5 a day. Cheap. Effective. Saves time. Add a vitamin for $0.50 and you should be able to get all your nutrients, and look like a model with little effort. Only, good luck not being hungry... But I did this for months, haha.

Well... That's depressing. Sorry to hear. I am actually not fond of my grandmother on this side of the family, but I admire the spirit my grandpa holds. He's cheerful, loving and very endearing to his wife. It may have poisoned my outlook on marriage a little bit. Be careful when drawing conclusions from economic data; there are often many variables to consider. Here, it would be useful to ensure exchange rates between USD/JPY are not accounting for these dramatic changes. Not familiar with Japan or this Forex pair, or if your data is normalized for the exchange rates, but just a heads up to look into that. TL;DR: A 30%+ GDP drop would be total chaos. And I am too tired to research at the moment.

Go sit in a county courtroom one day and listen to cases get called. You'll learn a lot about people, the system, human behavior, pride, loss and tons of things. It's something I recommend people go see for themselves. It can add perspective and a level of appreciation to life if you're not tied into the justice system. It's interesting, if nothing else.

Why do people complain about the direction of society? Could be due to vexing morals and value systems. Some others for various reasons like venting and coping. But it is a genuine concern to worry about the next generation. If we are going to be living for another 20, 40, 60 or 80 years then it is useful to watch trends. Keep in mind, some men here have children and are likely concerned about the world they will grow up in. For those of us without kids, it's much easier to not have a stake in s…

Sometimes I wonder if MGTOW coincides with depopulation efforts by "globalists" or whichever term preferred. The question on an individual level is: does it matter if goals align? Whether by design, happenstance or if it's temporarily mutually beneficial to both parties, does it matter? The only way it would matter is if I felt some knee jerk reaction to fight for and save this society. I tried in one way or another over the past several years but society doesn't want to be saved. So even if I w…

Those of us profiting off the marriage industry (me) are somewhat sad or intrigued by the decline. I keep telling my business partners I think the marriage industry is toast; they don't believe me. If you look at marriage rates in the past ten years I think America has about 500,000 less: from 2.5M to 2.0M yearly or thereabouts. But yeah, let the system burn. We've transitioned our business from reliance on wedding sales to more business sales. I would rather see this system burn than profit off…

Friend, nobody knows their true n-count. Some of them are liars, others conveniently omit details and some can be entirely truthful. If I were placing bets on numbers, I would reckon 70% are whores, 10% borderline sluts, with 20% or so that may be worth dating and not riding the CC (usually in relationships.) Hard to say, and a guessing game at that. Of course it depends on your socio-economics like geography, career, lifestyle, friend groups, etc. There is no way for any of us to know the truth…

For me it has been 80% diet, getting 150g of protein per day while cutting down on calories. Started walking ~10-15 miles per day in the beginning and for the last ~3 weeks I added gym / weights. A huge portion of it was just dieting, then walking, and now lifting. Took about 120 days to drop nearly 40 lbs. The last few pounds seem to be the hardest, as I've gotten intensely hungry, which is why I'm debating on the 8%. But I've been looking into refeed days to boost leptin or whatever; that migh…

As an American who leans Libertarian and loves the founding principles of this country: know, it is heart breaking being here in the US watching it all fall apart. Seeing socialism and all these subset ideologies creep in (feminism, etc.) is really destructive to moral. Used to love my country, and now I nearly hate it because of the culture that is spreading. This isn't grandpa's America anymore, as they say.

Haha similar boat. Ex was lazy with chores but also very low maintenance. Couldn't get her to do any cleaning or housework, even basics. Otherwise very low cost. It's an odd trade off I guess.

The problem I have is that women can dramatically change when a friend goes haywire or other events in their life get the hamster moving. So the girl you begin dating can end up changing through external influences. It's like curveball after curveball sometimes, but otherwise I agree with you.

Most thin (i.e., no muscle) guys work dead end retail or food service jobs so it's trivial to outrank them in that area. I think an easy combo, achievable for many TRP guys, is making over $20/hr and being under 15% body fat. Should be enough to play the game a bit, and most guys can get those 2 points down in less than a year if they work hard at it.

Honestly, stay a virgin. It's one of the most unique and best things you can give to your spouse should you ever decide to marry. I'm sure this will be an unpopular opinion, but it's worth considering. My count is only with LTR girls, no pump and dumps. If I could, I would rather be a virgin than to have defiled myself with ex girlfriends. I'm being sincere when I say all this too; even as much as I enjoy sex. I would have preferred to not have done it with any of the past girlfriends. Your choi…

I am in one of the major cities you mentioned, just hit 16% body fat with average height. Aside from the quality of women in liberal cities (lot of hipster, feminist girls) you can "out man" most guys walking around here. So many of the "guys" here are extremely feminine and weak. Speak in a commanding manner or with your full breadth and you'll be in the top 5% of "don't fuck with that guy" which is my favorite category. The voice is underrated on these forums, along with expressions and body l…

Reading 1 Corinthians 7 makes me think MGTOW and Christianity can be reconciled to some degree; at least in the sense of choosing not to get married, have children, etc.

TL;DW: It's pretty much a dire warning to be very careful when getting married, culminating into advisory of what to look for in a girl. His recommendation is essentially a girl with a low partner count. Not MGTOW but a good warning to men going to the slaughterhouse with plenty of examples how the legal system can screw you over.

Agree wholeheartedly. The interesting part about things like this for me is trying to reverse-engineer them to determine what quality or traits impact scoring, how people think about other people, etc.

Many will say graduated college or got a degree, so nothing basically. The education system is an easy validation tool for women to feel better about themselves. Some women really pride themselves on school. But you'll probably get a bunch of answers along the lines of moving somewhere, traveling or adventure-like activities.

What helped me is accepting many women do not rationalize using logic. Instead their opinions are easily persuaded by emotions, situational conditions or many arbitrary factors that should not influence pure logic. You can't argue with emotion, or reason with fear, apathy, greed or lust. They're not stupid, they're just easily influenced.

Ignorance is bliss thinking, which is fine if you prefer it. As for me, I love the truth. No matter what the truth is. I prefer to know reality and come to terms with it. Whatever that may be. Even if it is harsh.

Agree with the sentiment of taking action and quit complaining. However, some do need to vent their story or express themselves. I enjoy hearing experiences, if it helps them move forward: great.

You can only help people who want advice. Most of this world hardens themselves at reproof, correction or any sort of instruction. Sad as it may be, you have to walk away if after once (or twice) they offer no indication of being open to discussion. Consider that you disagreeing with his politics or worldview are directly opposed to his financial interests as he is investing in a Women's Studies degree. He inextricably tied his thinking to his future / next 4 years in school, so his mind cannot …

Sometimes I wonder if it's a blessing or a curse to have seen so much change in our lives. Having grown up before wifi was ubiquitous, before cell phones were commonplace and all these technologies invaded our lives... seeing the web transform from a hopeful promise of connectivity to a means of emotionally isolating people. I tend to think it is a most horrible thing to have seen both worlds. Having seen the world before and after, these technologies are depressing in my perspective. To be able…
