I did it. But I found that the library is not that quiet... Also, sitting for hours is literally the worst thing you can do for your back health. This is why I bought a book-support which lets me study/reading standing.

For a very good cut I'd say less. However, I'd cut just if you have a very high bf and a great belly. However, If you are like 15% 20% I would prefer to get into a normocaloric diet.

Find what are your ideas about important things and believe in them. This is very important, having a solid ideology. Also, I bet you have plenty of time: lift weights with consistence (start with stronglifts and when you have nice numbers start Sheiko) and study hard. Women will come after.

I believe in God. It's like a theistic thing and I won't annoy you with my theories. What's stopping me from killing myself? It's one of the thing I think the most.
