After workout definitely,find im a lot less sore with cold showers. I just turn on cold straight away but if you want to ease yourself in you can do 30 seconds on 30 seconds off alternating between cold and warm

Yep its the same for all western countries,people cant afford to buy so they rent at an even higher price. Im from the UK and getting a small apartment near london is about £1500 and moving to prague with that money would give me a nice apartment,good food and a much better quality of life Most 1st world countries are basically run by debt and most people cant afford to get out of the rat race and require banks and governments to bail them out
