Sadly im one of the examples. Im incredibly successfull, an engineer with double major, a good job, amazing social skills, got many friends and hobbies. I would say im redpilled, but the desire of wanting someone important and special kind of makes me purplepilled as far as i can say. You guys have any advices, suggestions? Im also fat,but lost over 25kg in last 7 months and continuing to lose so it is a wip.

My strategy is to categorize the pieces first and not jumping to other parts without finishing the one im on. I also tape the parts i finished (usually one sixth of whole) so i can be flexible with little space i have

Travelled europe for 4-5 months. Visited museums, zoos, parks, coffee shops, churches, historical sites and whatever i found interesting. When i was back the first thing i got asked was how was the beer, women and were these two cheap. Dense motherfuckers are dense.

They already are, but it will be more public when they become cheaper

The word "Tyronamignaficance" is a word i needed yet i didn't even know i did. :D Very good points. I won't be eating grass anytime soon, and cutting CHs is -surprisingly- easy to me. I already consume no sugar, no bread, fries or pasta, yet i'm aware i need to cut off some of the stuff that i take in. I used to drink a lot of cola and ice tea, yet they are nonexistent by now and i'm happy with that. The root of the problem is, as i said, me. I need to discipline myself and waiting for motivatio…

Hahahah great explanation man, thank you :D Im nowhere near vegan or feminist, the time i mentioned was a time with not a lot of money, and meat is expensive around here. And yeah, the fast loss = fast gain equation checks out. Slow and steady wins the race.

A few years back i had a diet that had only salad for whole day. The salad was vegetable salad with almonds, and after every meal -which was twice a day- i had a single piece of bitter chocholate. Lost half a kilogram everyday, was great. Thank you for the advice!

Yeah i need to follow my intakes as well. Thank you for the advice, will do :)

Great answer, thank you very much! From 285 soft to 215 muscular is an amazing transformation. Great job! I'm 245lbs rn (110kg) and don't have much muscle except for my legs, which are result from Taekwondo years ago and carrying all this weight all this time. I've found IF a while ago and have been searching for it as well. I've done a few 24h fasts but the loss of energy was too devastating it affected daily life. Found out my diet was the main reason for the sudden energy spikes and losses, s…

That was the mentality i was stuck in. "Why do it if i hate it?" I also don't get the "gym guy" type people. You know, "LIFT MORE BRAH" type. I don't have anything against them, i just don't understand the mentality behind it. I guess everyone hates it one way or another, but after a while it gets somewhat addicting and people hate to love it huh

Can you elaborate on boiling anticipation please? What kind of order of thoughts do you suppose here? Loved the hammer/nail analogy, thank you!

All my professional life i have done this. Might be the only consistent work i have done :D Helped me all the way, yeah. For some reason couldnt apply it to other things yet though. I will first see what part of day i would be willing to sacrifice for it, then plan it. Thank you!

When you mentioned, "doing it wrong" was also a problem after all. I will get some equipment this week and start then, however shitty the workout is.

Embraced it for way too long now. Thanks for the guideline, will start today with home items.

The main problem is consistency, but for now, yeah, that's what i need to do.
/r/MGTOW02/05/19 09:45 AM

Yeah, the consistency has been my main problem for years now. Bolted out with the alarm was something i used to do as well. Great times, great improvement. Will get back to it. I do have a great environment here to walk, i also have a treadmill in home. Depending on my mood, i can apply this to both. Thank you very much. The quote is very nice and i'll remember it whenever i do whatever i need to do.

That was a very interesting watch. Thank you! I see what he meant by drive instead of motivation. As some of the guys here also said, motivation comes and goes. That's a great mindset to have. Will definitely help me. Appreciate it!

Been in Czech for a few months. Most of the Czech bar girls are like that. Able to jump in the bed for a beer or two.

For 22 years, my life was shaped around the dream of having a happy family, a satisfying job and interesting hobbies. Thought i found "the one" in university. She helped me though lots of though shit, and im grateful for that. It made me a better person overall. But there were problems and i was ignoring them, constantly bluepilling myself. We broke up. We both became successful engineers. After many redpills i took, it was obvious that this was going to happen. Everyone suffers before finding s…

A little distance my ass. That little distance includes your months of dedication. Great job my dude. Keep it up. Hopefully one day i will have such determination as well.

Alpha might be the one. No ideology can refuse existence of alpha and beta males. Beta provider is a good explanation, while alpha chad sounds repulsive. Simple "alpha dude" would be enough, because they already know what you are describing. Possibly even dreaming of one. Great explanation btw. Comments are outragously bluepilled, and women's opinions are just blabbering feelings with no logical backup. Keep on the good work man.

I remember that case too. Was so goddamn depressing. Yeah, rape is fucked up and he should be on trial and get his punishment; but such a violent act should not have been applaused.

Been with a depressed girl for three years. Ended more than a year ago. We had good memories yeah but tbh dealing with a depressed person might be the most infuriating thing to do when they start crying over a drop of ink on their computer screen, cant fucking decide on anything ever, and worst of all, acting up normal and unimpressed on whatever you do to help their self esteem but when somebody else gives slightest hint of compliment its all happy and satisfied. God damn it was hard. I am glad…
