In poor countries, children are security. There are other reasons such as lack of education / birth control, and religious idiocy.

Lucky for men that they can find ways other than their looks to get a partner. You mean, to get sloppy seconds.

If short men shouldn't reproduce short women shouldn't reproduce as well. Eugenics should be scientific.

They are considered attractive and hot in their peer circles, and the image propagated by mass media. That's what counts as status.

Well 3rd cousin marriages don't have much risk compared to direct or half siblings. Take it or not, many societies even practice first cousin marriage, and defect rate was single digit percentages. Not saying that's good. But 3rd cousin marriage isn't probably as bad (in terms of genetic defects) as it seems.

In rural areas, your parents tell you type getting married, you don't really get to talk to the person, but you know everything about them materially. Depends on region and social strata, even in rural regions you might be allowed to talk to the person and know them for some time.

It's mostly superficialness of modern dating scene rather than superiority of arranged marriage as a concept.

my understanding was they wanted to marry each other as opposed to it being a situation where she was set up with a stranger. While this kind of case is still relatively less common back in homeland, the bride / bridegroom still have a say whether they prefer, at least in progressive communities. Advantage: People rather not waste their entire youth looking for a partner, and work on wealth and status, because social mobility is very important in India. No, being virgin at 23 is not an insult in…

Aren't maternal castes pretty rare in India? And if you're from Kerala, there are valid reasons for certain societies discarding matrilineal system.

Intelligence is 50%-80% inheritable, according to few studies. This is one more reason to avoid hot dumb girls for sure. :P How mature is genetic testing currently? For example can it tell whether kid will inherit certain development disorders present in one parent?
/r/PurplePillDebate05/05/21 03:44 PM

How do you define genetic superiority? I define it as intellect and health. Some people may define it as specific shape of face or a 70th percentile height or 80th percentile dick size.

Men are disposable as a sex, just based on out ability to father many children Not in an age where intellectual contributions matter. Men have more variable IQ that means a there's more chance that a random man can be genius, than a random women.

I am from India (where average height is actually lower) and never heard of height preferences being as strong as I hear online.

" try to know the background of the girl enough so that she was not very promiscuous during college days". Beta buxx means the girl enjoyed with hawt guys during her prime time and now settling with a stable good-earning provider after her prime time is over. Generally most Indian girls are fine but a few are pretty promiscuous as you can see in today's colleges.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/04/21 05:31 AM

Depends on your SMV eh? Btw if I am in your place I'd tell I will rather wait two years. Or you can let your parents look for match and individually date the select ones I guess. Don't get betabuxxed because few "hot" women are pretty promiscuous during college days in this era.

There are also love marriages these days. They guy / girl have already been dating and parents agree because their criteria are satisfied. They are getting more and more frequent these days IMO.

The straightforward explanation is that "feminists" just objectify men.

Not that people would care about these women. But they end up influencing their social circle, because mate choice is partly affected by social circles. That mean there develop bad cultural standards rewarding being bad boys. As someone else in this thread said, if females selected for intelligence, we could've had resorts on moon by now.

Indians & Asians don't have the entire idpol crowd behind them, to create nuisance, which can be a subconscious reason for preferring to not hire a black person or woman, that slightly offending them unintentionally can risk your career. Of course that's a minor reason. More important thing is how these cultures value education and upward social mobility.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/03/21 06:00 PM
1

It doesn't contradict. We Indians & Asians are easy targets. Racism against Indians and Asians in west goes unnoticed because model minority myth and we aren't that vocal crowd either. So they lie to themselves that they're afraid of cancel culture when they really would have been racist/sexist regardless. Neat. It may not be justification. It may be the reason. Stop viewing everyone through the radleft lens.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/03/21 03:29 PM

Then why are Asians / Indians not "discriminated against" in typical hiring in tech? Fear of offending a woman/BIPOC is such a copout excuse to just keep being sexist/racist with hiring practices. Nobody gives this as a justification publicly.

This is why men are class-conscious. Some people talk like that's a bad thing. If I am a engineer / lawyer / whatever skilled profession with good income, I should definitely look for a women of profession which requires similar level of skill and similar level of income.

Lol FDS is entitled female incels apparently.. Btw I am amazed how these "progressive" women like to objectify men, and look down upon them for genetically immutable traits.. And if men criticize women for obesity you know what happens.
