I find it infuriating that misandry is in quotes like it isn't a real word or concept. Regardless of where you stand on the issue, that's offensive and demeaning to a concept. How would it be taken if misogony were put in quotes like it was an ethereal term made up by brats on 4chan? Sorry dude, but this may be totally legal. I looked into it when I lived in NY as I worked for a coffee shop and little by little my hours got whittled away till nothing, while the female new hires were given hours. Nothing was communicated to me. I looked into my rights, as I thought this was utter bullshit, but NYS had a law that says if you hire under a certain amount of people, you may discriminate based on sex/appearance, etc. Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 prohibits discriminati…

I came over after seeing people describe /r/mensrights as nuts. I was like "what's so bad about them" in the same way you decide to click on r slash spacedicks once. I came here, and it's not bad at all. People aren't crazy, and I agree that men need a voice. I don't have a whole lot to add, but I like to stay abreast of the situation so that I can raise my children to be equal minded regardless of gender.
