The only thing they will do is give them something to delay puberty. At 18, and only then, will they be able to decide and hit puberty one way or another, and a few years after that they can have surgeries if they want. 1	My nurse SO refuses to let any potential male children go uncircumcised. If her elderly patients are losing body parts from infections, the hospital has a MRSA problem, or someone isn't doing their job washing them. 1	Rust has decided to get its SJW on by making gender random, and irreversible. "We understand that you may now be a gender that you don’t identify with in real-life.... half the population was already living with those feelings." I don't really see it out of line with the game. It's a survival game where you don't get to pick your starting stats, to reflect life. I don't think anyone started the game expecting to control the look of their characters, it was part of the charm of the game. Everything was randomly generated anyway, they just added a new item to be generated. 1	Top Hot in /science now, with almost 4000 upvotes, a pseudoscience study that falsely claims that male circumcision is good. It makes my blood boil so hard Gender isn't a social construct, the way we perform our gender is. Essentially the roles we play according to gender is the construct. But the sense of what gender we are is not. The lines get blurred when gender is discussed though. It looks like in the UK they can require a DNA sample if you have been arrested.
