Exactly man, my problems are internal, I have trouble reaching them. I have started meditating and writing more though. I need to go full on and meditate like 2 hours a day.

Yeah I suppose it would be difficult to pose a solution. The thing is, I don't think I have a fear of failure, but it is objectively so obvious. I do know I have a fear of working at something and never improving, getting "stuck".

With the gym I have a fear of plateauing and wasting my time. I know it sounds dumb but I'm being honest, you could be aware of something being irrational yet still believe in it. Hamstering hard.

I relate to this so much it's fucking ridiculous. I learned Java at a noob level, then got "bored" and moved on to c++, then got "bored" and moved on to something else. Right when I start to gain depth of knowledge, I drop it and move on. Good (and bad) to know that someone else is in this commitment struggle lol. I also feel as though I could get to a point where I simply cannot do something, which is also a huge fear. "What if I keep practicing piano, but don't get better?" It's absurd. Good l…
