Right, one woman got a bit defensive in the comments about gaming but... I don't think she got it. There's a difference between "hmm, all my chores are done, it's my day off, I don't really feel like reading or something, I'll play some video games then" and being a 2020 gamer male. I've yet to meet one typical gamer dude who even understood what hygiene was, for example. They are escaping into some ridiculous reality and I won't accept it.

Absolutely not. I was married to one like this. He sat on his ass and I worked 55 hour weeks and he donated $2000 of my money to some political campaign, before we even had our own place (he moved himself into my parents' house, long story). Since then, I hide money, and never tell men how much I have. If I get married again then I'll have secret accounts and secret retirement plans.

I've dated men who ditched me for video games with the bros before, and men who spent thousands of dollars to have some pathetic man cave with all of the glowing red gamer accessory crap, instead of like... investing in a college education or nice furniture or a good car or even an IRA, like women tend to do with their mone…

I had a teacher in high school who was teaching because the school was paying off her loans for her chemistry degree, and she was the cutest little bubbly lady ever. She told us about her boyfriend of 7 years and even then, when I was a bit of a pickmeisha, I thought it was odd. Like, isn't 7 years more than enough to know whether you want to be with someone or not? I give guys a year, two years most - not just for engagement but to get their lives together and prove to me that I'd gain somethin…

I think this is about pyramid schemes which actually do cost the family of the sucker that fell for it a lot of money.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
