I do agree that there's a context here that needs to be understood. But looking at it as a social observer, the attributes of her chosen outfit are unmistakable. How I see it: Since he's been declared innocent and could not have "factually" committed the crime, the only possibilities are that she's either (1) lying, and thus a criminal, (2) delusional and dangerous (she injured herself), or (3) both of these ... and thus whichever option, she's not fit to be around a child unchaperoned.
