Some issues we’ve run into: OFW needs to document everything. Especially how long the call rang before being cancelled. Example: HCBM “calls” father. Hangs up within one ring, father can’t even get a chance to try to answer. The call is recorded as “cancelled”. Yet at the same time a call that is allowed to ring up until the very end but is still ended by the placer will also show as cancelled. Let it go to full ring then it shows as “missed/unanswered”. Or, that same father is told he has NO RIGHT to decide whether the child he helped create gets to live.
