2	What to do when I'm an absolute loser? Practice speaking to women. The best place to start is the lowest risk scenarios, women at work. Don't be weird about it, but if you encounter a female employee, ask how her day is doing, or for a recommendation, or about the difference between two products. Hell, do this with men too, just good social skills practice. I agree with others on this thread, get a hobby, something you can feel accomplished about.
