Honestly this post is one of the most vile, selfish things I’ve ever read. I feel sick to my stomach.

Yeah Myers Briggs isn’t an exact science but it isn’t meant to be. There’s a lot more actual effort and qualitative research the developers put into it, than anything that would give horoscopes credit. Horoscopes are straight up fabrication lol. So yeah, there’s some truth to stereotypes, Myers Briggs is a man made labeling system at worst, and a tool to gauge someone’s personality characteristics overall at best. It’s not gospel but it’s a useful and fun tool, imo. But yeah, I agree that introv…

What about if you’re into doing Myers Briggs as a woman because it helps you get a better sense of others’ personalities? 🤔

Men like this never want to be held accountable for their choices. It’s all about them, no one else truly matters to them, even their own family. They’re almost all miserable, incomprehensibly selfish animals deep down.

Lol, of course he’d say that, he’s the kind of person that needs counseling the most. At least as long as there’s people like him in the world, I’ll always have a job... “Fighting like a couple’s counselor” sounds like you were doing a great job at pointing out the actual problem and giving solutions that he refused to consider 🙄🙄

“Bald as a cue ball” lmao!! But really, I’m in my mid 20’s and the amount of guys my age and even slightly younger than me that I see on my dating app, who are already losing their hair (in their 20’s!!) is just so sad and honestly repulsive to me. Like, is it really so much for me to want a guy with nice thick hair? Lol

They aren’t unless it comes to porn, or their pathetic dicks. They even love their own dicks so much they send pics of them to strangers, thinking we’ll love it as much as they do. Lol. But never visual when it comes to their own apperance or making a decently decorated and clean home.

It hurts to have someone you like be interested in you, lead you on, and then date someone else and treat you as disposable... because that’s what you were to them all along.

I had blocked him and deleted the Skype app, but I thought of this today and logged in and screenshotted this in order to post it. It’s part of my healing process and I want to help other women too. So don’t worry, I’m not missing him at all. It just is a painful memory.

Exactly. It hurt so badly at the time, it made my chest feel tight. Now it just makes me a bit sad, then I move on with my day.

It also hurts to know that I’m still single, and for all I know he still has a girlfriend. I and went on a couple of dates after that with another guy who also ghosted me after saying he’d plan our third date. When I texted him about our third date after waiting a week and a half, he said he was already dating someone else. It just makes me feel like I’ll never be good enough, and will be single forever, even if I know I should be happy to not be dating NVMs and focusing on myself.

Of course, he didn’t say it back to me. Wish I could go back and slap myself upside the head, or better yet, never meet him at all. Of course, his depression and anxiety excused his behavior, but he never had empathy for mine, which I always gave to him. This went on for roughly six months... another huge red flag for me was that he never told me his last name. I told him mine... when I pointed out how weird this was, he got angry. Any time I ever questioned him, he got angry. He loved bombed me…

All three of my exes did all of these things. The first one said he was gay when he broke up with me. He was my first kiss and first “real” boyfriend I met in college at 18. He was sexually depraved and said shocking things to me like he thought incest porn was “hot” and that he thought rape was funny. He had tried meth in high school. Of course, I learned all these things after he asked to kiss me, making out with him, holding him in my arms, and him saying I was his gf. I knew he didn’t love m…

It’s fucked in the head, when you think about it... like, why do these people get off on the idea, literally the idea of pretending their spouse is a different person? The cognitive dissonance is astounding.

One of my “friends” who I used to have mutual feelings for (but said he didn’t want to date me lmao) said I’d be hotter if I was blonde. I’m a natural brunette (over the years ive had many compliments on it and Ive learned to love my dark hair) and I had been talking about dyeing my hair red, not blonde.... when I called him out on it, he got mad at ME. The audacity... he said most men “preferred blonde hair” (not true) and that I couldn’t be mad at him for having a preference.... I told him how…

No, my family is very supportive of me getting my degree, but I’m also an only child and my parents are getting older. They make comments about how they’re noticing little kids more and how cute they are. My mom has a younger friend from church, who has toddlers and my mom just loves her kids, it hurts my heart because I wish I could give them their own grandchildren. I literally cried one time about it. My parents haven’t put any direct pressure on me, they say I have lots of time and to focus …

I do genuinely want a man and kids though. I don’t want that because I’m “supposed to,” I want it because I want it. Even a steady boyfriend is what I want right now, marriage and kids can come later. I’m just fucking lonely. Period

Yeah, I think it’s both of those things, also most guys my age in my area are already “taken.” Also, I’m picky, which I have every right to be. I could easily be dating someone I don’t really like.... but I’m not going to do that. Thanks again for your comments.

Thank you for the encouragement. I don’t feel comfortable talking more about my religion but it is a significant factor in my life that I don’t want to change. Also, yeah grad school is an accomplishment but what I truly want most of all is love. That’s basically my bottom line.

I have tried old recently, the guy I went on two dates with about two weeks ago, who seemed to be a hvm and was very well mannered, respectful and engaging on our dates, said he’s been “busy” and stressed with school the other day (guess what buddy, I am too!). After our second date, he said he’d let me know when our third date would be. He hasn’t yet, so I’ve given up. People are telling me to be more patient but I don’t want to be. I’m getting my master’s degree now and I have many interests. But my human need for love and belonging and wanting to be a mother is unfulfilled. That’s the painful bottom line.

I’m 24... I know I need to work on myself but let’s face it... we all have a deep innate longing for love and belonging, and my friends and family fill some, but definitely not all of that. I want to have a husband and family, and before I am too old to have kids. I’m tired of feeling alone and like there’s something wrong with me. Guys often tell me I’m cute and beautiful, blah blah blah but no one wants to commit to me and treat me like I know I should be. I would be an incredible girlfriend t…

I totally agree.... but the fact is that there’s not even a lot of prospects to even sift through... how can I turn men down if they don’t exist in my area? It doesn’t help that I’m part of a religious minority and the pressure to marry within my religion from my family is astronomically high. Pretty much every other woman my age I know is either married or has a boyfriend.

I don’t have men lined up, lol. The one guy that I thought was a hvm and interested in me hasn’t texted me for a week. I’m done with him but it’s just discouraging. As much as I want to say that I’m ok with being single and don’t need a man who doesn’t deserve me, I hate it. I don’t have hardly any male attention at all, and I feel like I’m going to be alone forever because no one would want to commit to me. Part of why I joined this sub was to help me change my mindset but it’s really discourag…

And just the gross names that describe sexual acts, like “creampie” (shudder) and “going raw/rawdogging” are just so objectifying and disgusting to me, they objectify us and our bodies and make something that should be loving and intimate and beautiful into something perverse and gross (pontification).

I think it starts before they even hit puberty, and the violent tendencies that some boys have start really early and grow worse and worse because many parents passively allow at best, and encourage it at worst. Feeling like everyone else, especially women, owe you something, coupled with never being told “no”, for many boys and men is a big part of the problem. It embeds itself into their psyches, thus we see many men killing women in fits of rage, jealousy, raping, beating their children, etc.

Imo it’s pathetic for both parties involved. He is basically saying he can’t survive without a woman doing all his shit for him, eg raising kids, going without sex, cooking, etc. Also, for the new wife it basically says that she comes second to his first wife and is just a replacement. Idk, that’s just my opinion. It sounds harsh I know but over my dead body would I ever marry a man who’s first wife died, especially that quickly. From what I’ve seen it’s out of male desperation and inability to …

I literally thought this exact thing when I saw the whole “story” about them donating masks. I’m not a Republican but it really goes to show you that Democrats don’t actually care about women either, at least the male ones don’t. They care more about their access to their society-destroying drug, and heaven forbid that someone point out how pornhub literally promotes and gives a platform for the abuse and rape of women and girls.
