1	Basic Finances for The Young Man buy a small used boat (less than $25k usd) and learn to live aboard. stop paying rent cold turkey. buy it with a friend or two who you can split the cost with and in exchange you slowly buy them out and take them on boat rides. youll learn how to be a homeowner, become super handy (if you can do boats you can easily do a house), and you have freedom and independence. thats what i did in medical school. also gave me a part time job as my own capt.	/r/TheRedPill	27/09/18 05:10 PM
