BUT YOU HAVE A BACKGROUND OF ENGLISH, SCIENCE, MATH, HISTORY, POLI SCI, AND FINE ARTS ALONG WITH IT. Every college major requires a background in all of this. Also, most liberal arts degrees only require 3 hours of math(algebra lol) and 6 hours of science. You're outta your mind if you think liberal arts graduates have a strong set of analytical skills. No, I think the sentiment is nothing but a formality. I think they're either using outdated or disproved statistics, or they know the numbers they're using are fudged. In both scenarios, i think they're only mentioning that men are abused as a means to avoid backlash.

Well, in the authors defense, when she brought up the study about "right gender" and "wrong gender" she didn't specify which was right and which was wrong for the purposes of the occupation, so she might be saying that there is bias against men as well. She did bring up bias against men in fields like nursing. But yes the paper did lean in favor of women substantially

I remember the first real books I read were goosebumps books. It was probably the cover art that attracted me, but if it weren't for them I probably would have fallen behind like many of my classmates.
