In my experience Japan. There is a good level of social trust coming from women so you don't have to chase them that much compared to western countries women where you need to message then for many days until they decide they trust you and accept a date. Language barrier can make it really hard, beauty standards and skin tone also have huge weight. But since i speak japanese and dress ''Japanese style'' that wasn't a big of problem for me.
