Mental and physical health are paramount. Be healthy and make healthy decisions; it's only hard until you make a habit out of your new routine. Plus, if you're unhealthy and unmotivated people are just going to think your MGTOW decision is just your excuse because you can't find a woman, and that looks bad on you. Instead of intervening, it seems as if all the peripheral people almost encourage it so the dozens of cameras can capture a public "freak out".
