Yes I actually have even treated them. Where do you get the assumption that I said all transgenders regret surgery? Statistically it's not effective on a large part of them if you count suicide as failed treatment. Large part of them don't experience any improvement after surgery. Good if mutilating yourself makes you feel better but it's in no way an optimal solution. Too bad it's the only "solution" there is right now.
