You are in for a world of hurt if you are marrying a catholic virgin as a 35 year old. Been there , done that, lost half of my retirement. Next here and find a 30 year old slut eager to do anything for your dick. ALso, you are ass deep in her frame.

50 something guy here. Your mom read the script. Your dad read the script. It is likely that his only mindset now is " I have to save my marriage" and less likely " I need to be a better man". So you might come at it from that angle: Dad, here is a way to save your marriage. I know that goes counter to all Red Pill teaching but I think this is the only way a guy of that age is going to have a chance at getting to red pill truths. So the premise might be wrong but it is the result that counts. He…

Dude, I have been there. While the attention is nice this is a fucking landmine. If she is feeling rejected it could go south on you and you will be in the HR office defending yourself. 1) Tell a coworker what you told us. Some one trusted, tell them you just want another person to know. 2) Write down everything she has said and your replies. This sounds over reactionary but I have been there. And it ain't pretty. The woman who hit on me even told me after the whole thing blew up " I wish I had …

Income/earning potential or actual income. This is all that matters in your eventual divorce. Source: Man in 50s on second marriage.

Yes when alone or when wacking off alone. But most importantly practice with her. You will know when you strike a positive nerve that sets her off. You movements and vocalizations will change. She will gush with wetness.

Finally something I feel competent to comment on on this sub. Older guy(50s), and I can fuck. I have had other women tell my wife that "your husband knows how to fuck." First you need to start with being verbal during sex.. joking around is fine and fun but when shit gets serious you need to be talking dirty. That does not come natural to most of us raised religious. Start with feedback.. "baby that feels so nice". Then add dirty words.. Baby that feels so good when you suck my cock. Then ramp i…

Mid 50s also. Great professional career. Second marriage. Five wonderful adult kids. Financially secure, wife makes good money, sex is decent. Wife and I fuck other couples. Do. Not. Get. Married.

Many times when my wife is applying the shit test I forget that it is actually a comfort test. I STFU and go autistic and get they "why are you mad at me". If I pull her into my arms, kiss her forehead and tell her daddy is going to keep her safe things quickly resolve. I used to react with about a 80%/20% shit to comfort ratio and since reversing that her hamster wheel stops much quicker. Wife has a lot of anxiety and depression. (my job is to lead her through that)

Needed this after I blew my frame up in a main event this past weekend. She is shattered now and I am picking up the pieces. My fault. On another note, a friend just returned from Tanzania where she was doing some mental health work. The local word for anxiety there roughly translated to "Too many thoughts"... i.e. the hamster.

Rollo is dead on as usual. My adult (20 something) step daughter is on Tinder and Bumble. I love her but she is very very heavy and objectively a 2 or 3. One night I watched her on Tinder ...she swiped left...left...left over and over. Then finally right on a very muscular built dude. I asked her about it as she continued to swipe left. She eliminated guys based very superficial characteristics.. too short (5'9!), his beard looks funny, that is a weird shirt.. etc etc. I thought to myself this g…

In any marriage the woman becomes very accustomed to the lifestyle that you provide as a high SMV man. Your social circles become other high SMV males/couples so she can easily branch swing. There are no guarantees my friend.

Funny, I just heard this same thing this past weekend. "You are being a selfish asshole".... my response...Yes, I am.

50 something guy here, divorced. I have seen a lot of guys our age and very very few take the RP but will live in misery for multiple reasons. Let him know you support him and that you see how she treats him. At most give him a copy of NMMNG (if he can read english). Change comes very very hard and slow and needs to come from within. Dont let you dad feel like you do no respect him.

I think this is a big challenge when changing our mindset. When we really have a solid frame we would laugh after her shit tests and be ready to fuck her brains out. I am nowhere near that yet either but that is the goal. Total IDGAF. Some wise sage on her once said she is only good for her pink wet hole. If you let that sink in her shit tests would not matter.

Don't beat yourself up, just move forward. I am in my 50s and just discovered RP. Went through one marriage and divorce beta and finally coming around. As others have said, move slowly. For now just STFU and lift and read. You build an oak frame one splinter at a time. Go for small changes in yourself and your outlook and the wife will follow. You will relapse. Just reset the next day and do better.

Wife and I are swingers. I am mid 50s and she is almost 10 yrs younger. I can tell you I have never played with a woman in the lifestyle older than 50. My last partner was 30. Attractive woman over 50 ish are rare unless they are thin, very fit and do alot to augment their attractiveness. You should be nailing some 25 year old. Improve your smv and get back out there.

It happens. You relapse into beta behavior. My worst was when the wife was hamstering about some bullshit. I left to go to the gym.. She texts me on the way to the gym that if I did not come home she wasn't sure our marriage would last. You know what I did? I turned around and DEAR'd like a faggot. Next day, did a reset. It took a long time to dig out of that one but you move forward each day a little. Remember that you have been a beta ass chump for many many years. That takes a long time to ov…

Another older guy (55) checking in. Though fairly new to RP I discovered for similar reasons: sex was not an issue but my wifes moods and emotions were all over the place and we had a few main event issues including mistrust and disrespect. Of course I now recognized that I was a drunk captain and have started working on myself. If you focus on that, i.e. becoming a better man, a better leader and not on her it will help. At our age old habits are hard to break and I have had a few slipbacks. Bu…
