13	Avoid the clever Hobosexual! He took me out on a date and presented as an aspiring pastor with a job. Weeks later he told me he needs a place to stay due to circumstances. My naive 21 year old self made a big mistake of letting him stay. It became weeks and then months. He has gone downhill.
