They’re not all boring. Many of these red pill guys are like floridly insane, which is definitely interesting

Tell me you’ve never spoken to a feminist before…
/r/PurplePillDebate12/03/24 12:41 PM

You’re just WRONG https://journals.sagepub.com/doi/10.1177/03616843231202708

Not true. Lots of misogynists like to SAY that feminism is about being against men, but it literally is not.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/03/24 12:34 PM
3

I’m not convinced you know what a Motte and Bailey is either. Why don’t you try to spell out what you think is actually going on. Because right now it looks like you learned about this concept last week and now you’re just shouting “Motte and Bailey” because you think it makes you sound smart.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/03/24 12:31 PM

Because it’s literally the definition of what feminism is: the belief in equality of the sexes. Go ahead and Google it.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/03/24 12:30 PM
4

Feminism doesn’t preach hatred of men. It literally is just the belief that the sexes should be equal. If you’re against that, you’re morally wrong.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/03/24 12:29 PM
1

No, it isn’t 100 years in the past. Women literally just lost their right to reproductive freedom. Feminism is not “leveling out the sides.” Many of the complaints men have about their rights are consequences of PATRIARCHY. Like if you get upset at men paying alimony or losing custody of their kids, you can thank the patriarchy for that. Feminists want to dismantle the patriarchy, which we believe will also be beneficial to men.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/03/24 12:27 PM

Bro, why don’t you Google the word “feminism” and tell me what the definition is
/r/PurplePillDebate12/03/24 12:22 PM

A lot of people are wrong
/r/PurplePillDebate12/03/24 12:15 PM

Face it: you do not know what the fuck you’re talking about and you got owned.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/03/24 12:14 PM

Your point is stupid. No, it’s not a “minute window.” It’s like 20+ years.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/03/24 12:13 PM
2

I DO believe in egalitarianism, which is why I’m a feminist There are unsavory feminists out there. Doesn’t change the fact that feminism is BY DEFINITION about equality between the sexes
/r/PurplePillDebate12/03/24 12:07 PM

Lmfao how the fuck am I sexist? For knowing true facts about pregnancy? For NOT believing women are worthless past 30? You live in an alternate universe
/r/PurplePillDebate12/03/24 12:03 PM
8

Feminists speak frequently about how the patriarchy has negative consequence for men as well. You seem like you’re only familiar with feminism based on what red pillers and conservatives say it is, not what it actually is
/r/PurplePillDebate12/03/24 11:57 AM
2

That’s absolutely untrue.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/03/24 11:55 AM
3

Okay so you think it’s fine to consider women inferior to men? That’s still up for debate for you?
/r/PurplePillDebate12/03/24 11:52 AM

Waaaaaah! Blue pill women are bad!!!!!!!!
/r/PurplePillDebate12/03/24 11:49 AM

Says who? YOU? Lmfao
/r/PurplePillDebate12/03/24 09:19 AM

IT SEEMS YOU WERE FUCKING WRONG. Why don’t you READ the meta analysis so you can understand WHY you’re so fucking wrong. You might have noticed that the study I gave you actually references your study. If you read the study you linked yourself, you might have noticed the sentence in the first fucking paragraph that says, “There was considerable distributional overlap between the sexes.” Do even grasp what that signifies? No. Of course you don’t. You’re completely ignorant. But I will tell you. I…
/r/PurplePillDebate12/03/24 09:18 AM
4

Only because women have been forced into the inferior position by the patriarchy. To promote egalitarianism is necessarily to be against default male dominance.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/03/24 09:09 AM
2

There are not VAST differences. Like I don’t know how many zillions of times this has needed to be said on this sub, but AVERAGE differences are not individual differences. There is way more overlap and similarity than differences. And if those differences have been created by social expectations, then they can be abolished.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/03/24 09:07 AM
5

You’re wrong. I told you there are small AVERAGE differences and that is true. You are trying to make it seem like there are major structural differences between male and female brains, which is FALSE. https://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2021/03/210325115316.htm
/r/PurplePillDebate12/03/24 08:52 AM
2

There are differences between ALL people. What’s your point? That’s different from saying people aren’t equal.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/03/24 08:49 AM
2

Social differences. Not a reason to think men and women aren’t equal.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/03/24 08:38 AM
2

Yep, I am a doctor. I’m on call in the hospital right now, which is why I’m on Reddit in the middle of the night. Regardless. You’re wrong about everything and it sounds like you’re just repeating some bullshirt you heard someone else say on some lame bro podcast.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/03/24 08:36 AM
2

Because there are jobs and fields that are usually considered more masculine or feminine. Like why do you think there aren’t more male nurses? Nursing is an extremely difficult job and it’s STEM.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/03/24 08:27 AM
5

Kinda, yeah
/r/PurplePillDebate12/03/24 08:26 AM
5

There isn’t actually more to it. You don’t have to be a rad fem to be a feminist.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/03/24 08:14 AM
4

I’m a medical doctor and my undergraduate degree is in neuroscience. You are incorrect about all of this.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/03/24 08:10 AM
9

Again, why are you completely ignoring the part about them doing stuff they wouldn’t otherwise do?
/r/PurplePillDebate12/03/24 08:09 AM
2

The definition of feminism is belief in the equality of the genders. Why are you afraid to say you believe in that? I don’t agree with MRA approach to men’s rights. They tend to push concepts of toxic masculinity that I think hurts men. Both men and women should be against the patriarchy because its rigid expectations hurt everyone. Feminism.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/03/24 08:07 AM
4

So when you say “not all men are equal” does that mean you think some men are superior to other men? It’s total bullshit that there are “vast” differences between men and women’s mental abilities. Absolutely factually inaccurate. There are small average differences. Just like how there are small average differences in men’s heights. You’re just completely taking out of your ass. There’s no science behind what you’re saying. And it’s morally wrong to push these false and sexist beliefs.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/03/24 08:01 AM
5

Say more about why you don’t think women are mentally equal to men. So if one man is taller than another man, you don’t believe that all men are equal? You make no sense.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/03/24 07:47 AM
3

Why shouldn’t men and women be equal? Or are you just being pedantic about the wording?
/r/PurplePillDebate12/03/24 07:38 AM
5

My thought is that the unifying belief is gender equality and that is morally unquestionable. But that doesn’t mean I think everything that’s ever been associated with feminism is automatically correct. For example, I think TERFs are wrong. But that doesn’t take away from FEMINISM, belief in the equality of the sexes, being the only possible moral position.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/03/24 07:36 AM
3

Feminism isn’t siding with one gender. It’s explicitly the belief in gender EQUALITY
/r/PurplePillDebate12/03/24 07:25 AM
8

Does egalitarianism = equality of the sexes? Because if so, then by the transitive property, egalitarianism = feminism
/r/PurplePillDebate12/03/24 07:24 AM
6

Feminism = gender equality
/r/PurplePillDebate12/03/24 07:10 AM
1

Because it was never relevant to discussion, dumbass
/r/PurplePillDebate12/03/24 07:09 AM
6

Well, why would you not believe men and women should be equal? I have NEVER seen a “self-flagellating” male feminist
/r/PurplePillDebate12/03/24 06:59 AM
1

This question is irrelevant and not the gotcha you think it is. There are many, many types of pregnancy that are not optimal. That doesn’t mean none of those women can have children.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/03/24 06:58 AM
13

Yeah, if you don’t think women should be equal to men, that’s a moral fail
/r/PurplePillDebate12/03/24 06:57 AM
7

Men and women should be equal
/r/PurplePillDebate12/03/24 06:56 AM

Many men are feminist because it’s morally correct
/r/PurplePillDebate12/03/24 06:10 AM
15

Do ALL heterosexual people ignore their own needs and preferences to be more attractive? I don’t think that’s true.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/03/24 06:09 AM

If you’re making life choices based on trying to make yourself appealing to the opposite sex instead of based on your own needs and preferences, you are a “pick me.”
/r/PurplePillDebate12/03/24 05:42 AM
3

but what about WOMEN???? They’re BAD! Waaaaahhhh
/r/PurplePillDebate12/03/24 04:25 AM
1

If 50% of women get past the “wall,” it’s not a wall. This is so fucking dumb. People choose to have kids past age 30 ALL THE TIME.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/03/24 04:22 AM
1

Okay, but the fact is that women don’t instantly become barren past 30 or even 35. If you want to limit your dating pool to only girls in their twenties (younger is also higher risk,) then that’s up to you
/r/PurplePillDebate12/03/24 04:19 AM
1

Maybe it’s important to you, but not necessarily everyone considering getting married
/r/PurplePillDebate12/03/24 01:13 AM
1

That’s exactly what the conversation is about. Is there a “wall” a woman hits at 30? No. At 35? No. At 40? No. You don’t know what you’re talking about. The risks are not severe to the point that women should like… structure their entire life around making sure they get pregnant before 30. That’s just conservative patriarchal bullshit. Not supported by science. Nobody is saying “don’t tell them the risks.” But the exact discussion people are having in this thread is: is there a wall? And the ans…
/r/PurplePillDebate12/03/24 01:10 AM
1

There is a difference, but it’s not so severe that I would tell them they CANNOT have kids past 30 because they’ll hit a “wall.” That’s fucking ridiculous.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/03/24 11:46 PM

Wow. What a petty, shit thing to say. You think test scores make you a good doctor? You just proved that it doesn’t make you a good person. So we agree that women can have babies into their 40’s. Great.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/03/24 11:17 PM
1

If that’s what they want to do, I can tell them about the risk factors and help them make their own decision about it.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/03/24 11:11 PM
1

According to who? I think you should leave that to the woman and her doctor
/r/PurplePillDebate11/03/24 11:10 PM
0

I’m a pediatrician. I have an MD. I doubt you’re telling the truth. Is it true or not that women can have babies past 40? Yes, it’s true. End of discussion.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/03/24 11:08 PM

If a woman’s only value to you is being a baby oven, perhaps
/r/PurplePillDebate11/03/24 11:06 PM

And yet we deliver babies to mothers over 35 every day in the hospital I work at
/r/PurplePillDebate11/03/24 11:05 PM

Women can get pregnant into their 40’s. There is absolutely nothing wrong with having a baby if you are able and want to. I’m currently in training to be a neonatologist.

Bro I am in training to be a neonatologist. It’s not anywhere near extreme. You’re just uninformed.

Lmfao okay you can’t take it seriously when a MAN makes a post insisting they know how women feel. None of the men on this forum know what the fuck they’re taking about.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/03/24 06:58 AM
6

This is a wild exaggeration. Women can have babies into their 40s, but loser guys in the manosphere still want to say they’re worthless after 30. It’s just bitter crazy talk.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/03/24 06:56 AM
2

If that’s the real wall, it definitely doesn’t happen at 30
/r/PurplePillDebate11/03/24 06:54 AM

Only someone in their 20’s thinks 30 is old. Lack of experience and perspective
/r/PurplePillDebate11/03/24 06:53 AM

They just want to find a way to diminish the value of these women’s lives
/r/PurplePillDebate11/03/24 06:51 AM

Definitely cope. They’ve upset themselves by deciding that young women are getting a “free ride” and so they want to punish them by pretending they lose all human value at 30. It’s just pure mental illness and misogyny.

Apparently red pill dudes have never heard of a pick me girl
/r/PurplePillDebate11/03/24 05:59 AM

The problem is the undocumented status that lets employers in the US pay them unfairly low wages. Not that immigrants are “accustomed to slave labor” what kind of racist bullshit is that?
/r/PurplePillDebate10/03/24 05:53 PM
1

WTF? Did you have sex with they kid while they were doing your lawn? If a person goes into sex work out of desperation, then they’re not ACTUALLY willing to sleep with you, they’re financially coerced into sleeping with you. And you take advantage of that because it’s the ONLY way you can get sex. It’s expensive rape with extra steps and literally ZERO normal people will have respect for you if you do this shit.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/03/24 05:50 PM

You’re nuts
/r/PurplePillDebate09/03/24 10:45 PM

That’s the “undocumented” part that’s driving down wages, not the availability of workers, imo

It’s pathetic in exactly the same way paying for a prostitute is pathetic. I’m sure it’s a “better deal” for you than being an incel. But deep down you know nobody wants to touch your penis unless you pay them.

You can’t get a woman here. Because you don’t measure up. You have to leave the country to take advantage of foreign sex workers. It’s very pathetic.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/03/24 10:28 AM

A guy on here once proudly bragged to me that he was able to have sex by spending 2K to travel to another continent to sleep with someone he met online. And it’s just like… how do they not see how utterly pathetic that is?

You’re the one screaming “lalalalala it’s your fault” at this imaginary “Chad.” It’s not reality. There are NO STATS saying all women refuse to date you because of Chad. You need therapy.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/03/24 09:50 AM
1

Oh, shit. I see what you’re saying now. That’s not what the person I was responding to said. Okay. I didn’t say they said that. You misunderstood. He’s deflecting all male responsibility onto a group of women, the fourth wave feminists. Do you grasp it now?
/r/PurplePillDebate09/03/24 09:15 AM
1

I mean… I’m just like a normal adult woman who KNOWS for a fact that not all women are still hung up on some mythological “Chad.” That shit is NOT REAL. Unless you’re like under 5 feet, your struggles are waaaaaaaay more likely to be due to personality issues than height. And you’re probably chasing after women who are way out of your league. There is no Chad. The problem is you. The call is coming from inside the house.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/03/24 08:47 AM
1

Lmfao so you think you know based on closely examining PhD’s Jane’s laughter and hair flicking that the only reason why she doesn’t want to be with you is because you’re not a “GigaCh?” Get a fucking grip, dude. There’s no way you’re an actual adult and still think like that. I can tell you from personal experience as a middle-aged female with a doctorate, myself, that I don’t give two shits about “chads.” I might be friendly if I have to socialize with one. If he’s not an asshole. But like… you…

It’s not real, dude.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/03/24 11:07 PM

Is Chad in the room with you right now?
/r/PurplePillDebate08/03/24 09:29 PM

I think there’s probably a chunk of single women in that older age group who are just old and experienced enough to not be looking for men, anyway. Like they’ve already been through it and are now like “no thank you.” That’s mostly how I feel.

I feel like when we’re talking about these women who go after men who look like models or athletes or something, we’re taking about a subset of women overall. Not everyone’s social circle involves like scoping out bodies at the gym or trying to look hot at a club or whatever the fuck these people are doing. And it’s a subset of men involved, too. There’s just like a “scene.” A subculture of people who think being some sort of greased up, plastic, hard body who drives a fancy car is like super co…

What do you mean? There’s plenty of men out there who give the same kind of advice to other men. 2XC is probably like a kind of female version of red pill. You’re gonna get upvotes on that kind of content in both circles.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/03/24 02:30 AM

Are all fourth wave feminists women? Yeah, pretty much. So you’re trying to deflect responsibility onto women. Because you certainly can’t let men have any responsibility onto men. Men are victims of gender focused hatred. 😆
/r/PurplePillDebate08/03/24 02:25 AM

No, you don’t need to keep embarrassing yourself
/r/PurplePillDebate08/03/24 01:28 AM

See, you’re doing it right now! “Red pill men don’t hate women. It’s the FEMINISTS who are hateful.” You’re just trying to deflect ALL responsibility onto women. Red pill guys on this forum are just constantly spewing blatant hate towards women. Don’t piss on my shoes and tell me it’s raining. This movement is based in misogyny.

/r/PurplePillDebate08/03/24 01:19 AM

Okay but the whole “hypergamy” 80/20 thing is not real. Or at the very least, it’s wildly exaggerated. Like I have never in my life gone after a “Chad.” It’s probably more the other way around, that the majority of men are pretty normal and dateable and most women are totally cool with that, while only a small percentage of people are playing these crazy PUA/FDS Chad games that you’re all so obsessed with. Most people just like… meet a normal person and get married and it’s fine.

I think part of it is that younger women, for various reasons, are looking for committed relationships at an earlier age than young men. So it kinda works out that they’re at the same place in their lives as men who are bit older than them and are starting to feel ready to settle down a little later in life.

Yep! When you look at the stats on which ages groups are single, it all makes way more sense than the convoluted red pill stuff
/r/PurplePillDebate07/03/24 07:05 PM

The single women are old. That’s where the surplus goes. Old guys go after the barely legal women and take them off the dating market. Thus not enough young women for all the young men. Simple.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/03/24 06:59 PM
16

Actually this is completely stupid. If you look at the distribution of who’s single based on age group, you can see that it’s young men and older women that are more single. So the obvious explanation is that the “surplus” women are old. Young men can’t get dates because women their age are dating older guys. Has as much to do with men going after the youngest women as it has to do with women going after older men. Red pill likes to ignore how men are contributing to the situation, though, becau…

/r/PurplePillDebate07/03/24 06:14 PM
1

Okay, you’re going with the “I am rubber, you are glue argument.” Bold choice. I’m just pointing out the obvious red flags your posts are giving off.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/03/24 06:13 PM
3

Nope, not a typo. This is so disingenuous. Do you tell women up front before you fuck them that if they don’t perform to your standards on the first sexual encounter, then you’re gone?
/r/PurplePillDebate07/03/24 06:11 PM
1

This was always going to be pointless. You are never going to respond in good faith. And you’re clueless on what is physically desirable. Gosling has a notoriously weak jaw and yet he’s a major sex symbol. Your argument is destroyed. The end. Bye.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/03/24 06:08 PM
3

Nope. You are victim blaming.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/03/24 06:05 PM
5

It’s really interesting how you criticize women for NOT being able to take care of themselves, but then when someone like me comes along, you STILL want to find a reason to criticize me
/r/PurplePillDebate07/03/24 06:05 PM
1

Or maybe she’s insecure about her own choices and feels invalidated if she sees someone making different choices than her. It’s her problem, not mine
/r/PurplePillDebate07/03/24 06:01 PM
7

Red flags on you, dude. You can want a monogamous relationship and still be using women for sex
/r/PurplePillDebate07/03/24 05:54 PM
1

Okay. You still seem like a control freak
/r/PurplePillDebate07/03/24 05:53 PM
1

You’re just super judgmental
/r/PurplePillDebate07/03/24 05:52 PM
2

I worked my ass off
/r/PurplePillDebate07/03/24 05:50 PM
1

Be yourself. What is so wrong with you that you’re afraid of just being you?
/r/PurplePillDebate07/03/24 05:49 PM
4

This is what victim blaming looks like
/r/PurplePillDebate07/03/24 05:48 PM
2

Do you think men should be blamed when sociopathic women mistreat them? Because they made bad choices?
/r/PurplePillDebate07/03/24 05:47 PM
1

I know what DHT blockers are, bro I am not talking about hair plugs and erectile dysfunction happening at the same time to the same person. If you follow the conversation we were having, you would realize those are just examples of things men do to avoid the effects of aging
/r/PurplePillDebate07/03/24 01:31 PM
3

God forbid someone should make their own choices
/r/PurplePillDebate07/03/24 01:29 PM
1

You seem judgmental and like you want to control other people’s behavior.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/03/24 01:28 PM
1

The whole point of the manosphere is to complain about women, as it turns out
/r/PurplePillDebate07/03/24 11:14 AM
1

Classic double-bind
/r/PurplePillDebate07/03/24 11:07 AM
2

This is a great post! Thanks for taking the time to spell it out for them
/r/PurplePillDebate07/03/24 11:07 AM
6

These dudes generally can’t grasp nuance
/r/PurplePillDebate07/03/24 11:05 AM
1

Natalie Wynn recently released an amazing YouTube video that explains exactly where these fantasies come from.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/03/24 11:04 AM
5

Usually because the kinds of guys who do this are manipulative sociopaths who hide their true selves in the beginning of the relationship
/r/PurplePillDebate07/03/24 11:03 AM
7

Yes. I’m a fucking medical doctor so I am completely free from the bullshit.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/03/24 11:01 AM
3

Classic victim blaming. “Why aren’t women held responsible when a man mistreats them?”
/r/PurplePillDebate07/03/24 11:00 AM
3

This is some condescending bullshit right here. You have no fucking clue.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/03/24 10:45 AM
11

Are you single and childless? Because I can tell you from experience that other people bring it up ALL the time. Everyone assumes you’re just like them and asks about it like I give a shit. I do not. I’ve had friends try to tell me that I’m wrong and that I really do want to get married deep down.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/03/24 09:02 AM
9

Exactly. Body count bragging rights. Sex without commitment. Dude is clueless.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/03/24 08:57 AM
4

Pfffft have you ever met or spoken to a man before? This is so hilariously out of touch.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/03/24 08:55 AM
-1

Yeah, no biggie, they just care enough to have SURGERY to fix their hair. Clearly a sign of not giving a shit. And yeah, men are famously not neurotic about getting older. It’s not like there aren’t ancient stereotypes about them going through middle age crises and buying sports cars and leaving their wives for little girls. Nope. Men are always perfect and women are all terrible. 🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄🙄
/r/PurplePillDebate07/03/24 08:53 AM
46

Or, you know, he just doesn’t care about her once he gets what he wants
/r/PurplePillDebate07/03/24 05:11 AM
10

This thread is literally about women who CHOOSE to stay single.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/03/24 05:05 AM
1

Lmao right. No men out there give a shit about their hairlines or whether not they can get it up. “Easy fix” 😆
/r/PurplePillDebate07/03/24 04:39 AM
11

As a woman with a high earning career who chose to be single, I can confirm you are wrong about this
/r/PurplePillDebate07/03/24 04:17 AM
1

Yeah, y’all are famously accepting of the inevitable baldness and erectile dysfunction. Let’s just pretend none of you are willing to spend thousands on hair plugs and Viagra
/r/PurplePillDebate07/03/24 04:10 AM
1

I guess you could lie and manipulate your way into sex instead. But that would make you a shitty person.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/03/24 03:18 AM
1

Lmfao what fucking difference does that make? Even if it were true (you don’t know.) This is CLEAR data that disproves the bullshit concept that ALL WOMEN are a hive mind who will only date men over six feet. It’s. Not. True.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/03/24 03:15 AM
1

Because you’re being fake. Being fake is bad. Most people value honesty in relationships. This is not rocket science.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/03/24 03:12 AM
1

Saying X is attractive is not the same thing as saying that if you don’t have X, it’s a dealbreaker Less than 0% of men are that height. There are extremes for everything. You can’t be like “probably 99% of women wouldn’t date someone with dwarfism” (who knows if that’s even true) and think that is the same thing as saying women will only date men over six feet. Those are unrelated things. Dating apps only represent like 30% of the actual population total. It’s not a representative or random sam…
/r/PurplePillDebate07/03/24 03:09 AM
3

Please don’t actively try to fake any of these personas. NONE of them are good. Be yourself.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/03/24 10:40 PM
1

You have no idea how you would feel. You’d be a different person with different life experiences.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/03/24 10:11 PM
1

You’re wellllllll below average height for a man, so this puts you in a bit of a different category. Like 50% of women are gonna be taller than you.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/03/24 07:10 PM
4

Bingo
/r/PurplePillDebate06/03/24 06:43 PM
1

Would you date a woman who was significantly taller than you?
/r/PurplePillDebate06/03/24 06:26 PM
1

Ryan Gosling, Dan Stevens, Edward Norton, Nicholas Cage, Adam Driver, Jeremy Allen White, Tom Hardy…. Are you one of those guys who believes in mewing and like… trying to break your own damn jaw bones? It’s like… everyone knows you just grow a beard to make your jaw look better
/r/PurplePillDebate06/03/24 06:19 PM
1

Because what you’re saying is crazy. They all have human faces, yes. Do they all look the same, FUCK NO.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/03/24 02:50 PM
1

Do you have face blindness or something? You think all attractive men have the same face? This is insane
/r/PurplePillDebate06/03/24 02:31 PM
1

Stop pulling made up stats out of your ass. I call bullshit.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/03/24 02:29 PM
1

The study is “astonishing” because only 60% of women are interested in men over 6 feet. That implies that 40% of women are NOT interested in men over six feet. Make it make sense, genius.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/03/24 02:27 PM
1

And that study also implies that 40% of women don’t want a guy taller than 6 feet. You’re just cherry picking.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/03/24 02:26 PM
1

I also find super tall guys to be gawky and unattractive
/r/PurplePillDebate06/03/24 02:24 PM
1

They ARE providing you examples, you’re just discarding them for bullshit reasons. You’re not arguing in good faith.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/03/24 02:21 PM
2

Bahahahaha your solution is we just can’t make this argument anymore? But it’s fucking TRUE. The world is overflowing with average dudes who get married and have kids. Obviously they aren’t all millionaire chads. Red pill is OBVIOUSLY stupid.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/03/24 02:19 PM
1

He’s a twink
/r/PurplePillDebate06/03/24 02:16 PM
1

You want her to be shorter than you, though, right?
/r/PurplePillDebate06/03/24 02:14 PM
1

So what you’re saying is… there are different types of guys that are attractive
/r/PurplePillDebate06/03/24 02:13 PM
1

THEY’RE SHORT AND NOT MUSCULAR OR MASCULINE
/r/PurplePillDebate06/03/24 02:12 PM
1

So this study also shows that 40% of women are NOT interested in men over six feet tall. What do you make of that?
/r/PurplePillDebate06/03/24 05:39 AM
1

Do you have a citation for that? Also, you said UNDER 6 FEET. Why the fuck are you talking about a man under 4’5”, which is literally in the 0th percentile for adult male height in the US?
/r/PurplePillDebate06/03/24 05:27 AM
1

How do you know that?
/r/PurplePillDebate06/03/24 05:22 AM
1

Same thing
/r/PurplePillDebate06/03/24 04:05 AM
7

No, I am not neurotic as fuck and I have normal adult social skills, so I guess I don’t understand what it feels like to be SO WRONG about women and confused and sad about it.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/03/24 04:04 AM
2

What are you basing this on? How do you know it’s literally a deal breaker for 99% of women?
/r/PurplePillDebate06/03/24 04:01 AM
1

No. Stop with the misogynistic “women are a hive mind” lies. Even if most women find height attractive, that also doesn’t mean that it’s a deal breaker if you’re shorter. It’s like maybe you think blonde hair is sexy, but other hair colors are also totally cool.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/03/24 03:17 AM
-3

Women. Are. Not. A. Monolith. Jesus you guys really can’t fathom that just because there is an AVERAGE TENDENCY towards liking certain qualities that you see in a research study, that does not mean that ALL women are exactly the same. You’re all like… science illiterate or something. Wtf. The problem here is not that women can’t introspect. The problem is that OP has poor reasoning skills.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/03/24 03:13 AM
9

Red pill guys often say on here they think women are a hive mind. So I don’t know if they can wrap their heads around this concept
/r/PurplePillDebate05/03/24 10:42 PM
17

Thank you for being rational, bro
/r/PurplePillDebate05/03/24 10:40 PM
17

What a great way to put it. A healthy relationship doesn’t even occur to them.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/03/24 10:39 PM
11

Assertive men with red flags…. So red pill men?
/r/PurplePillDebate05/03/24 10:38 PM
8

That’s a very inadequate and over simplified understanding of human relationships
/r/PurplePillDebate05/03/24 10:37 PM
7

Lmfao this is so accurate
/r/PurplePillDebate05/03/24 10:37 PM
11

Here’s what happens. We meet a guy and he seems really nice. And then later we find out he’s a psycho red pill guy that was putting on an act the entire time and actually has no interest in us as people but just wanted to get laid. That’s how it happens. The problem is exactly the type of dudes who hang out on this kind of sub and hate women all day long but are still trying to trick them into sex.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/03/24 10:35 PM
12

I cannot believe you just implied that all women want to date six foot tall MURDERERS. What the actual fuck. Do you even think about the things you type?
/r/PurplePillDebate05/03/24 10:31 PM
5

That would be the only logical conclusion based on what he “knows”
/r/PurplePillDebate05/03/24 10:29 PM
4

Masturbate
/r/PurplePillDebate04/03/24 07:51 PM
2

I’m sorry, but you are being so stupid. You made zero sense and now you’re just like… doing this corny thing. Psycho.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/03/24 08:49 PM
1

I have literally never judged a potential partner that way. Stop assuming you know how “everyone” thinks. You clearly don’t know.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/03/24 08:48 PM
1

Lmao exactly
/r/PurplePillDebate03/03/24 08:45 PM
1

🙄
/r/PurplePillDebate03/03/24 06:06 AM
1

Lmfao no. Where are you getting that from? I think all human beings are inherently valuable. I don’t devalue ANYONE based on not wanting to fuck them because I’m not a sociopath.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/03/24 06:05 AM
2

If you don’t care about me, then why the fuck did you reply to a post that was explicitly about what MY personal preferences are? I didn’t ask for your opinion on it. Get lost.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/03/24 06:02 AM
1

Yeah, that’s what victim blaming is.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/03/24 05:58 AM
1

YES! There ARE multiple types of value! Holy shit you’re so close to understanding and yet soooooo far
/r/PurplePillDebate02/03/24 07:30 PM
1

You DID say she did something to earn her abuse. You’re saying she made a bad choice and didn’t pay attention to the red flags. You’re blaming her for what happened to her. What you’re doing right now is a TEXTBOOK example of victim blaming.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/03/24 07:28 PM
1

If a man’s argument is prejudiced against all women, then it’s misogynistic. It has nothing to do with my personal opinion of it. I’m sorry you can’t handle the definition of a word.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/03/24 07:26 PM
1

Yep. You’re wrong about everything.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/03/24 07:24 PM
1

Incels and femcels are little niche communities. Those weirdos aren’t “dominating” anything
/r/PurplePillDebate02/03/24 07:23 PM
1

Does Jesus approve of prejudice? Is he into sexism? Would Jesus say that ALL men are murderers just because more men murder than women? No. That’s an obvious logical failure and clearly prejudiced against men. That would be misandry. So saying ALL women are XYZ is also sexist.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/03/24 05:32 PM
1

No, I would not. Wtf. I value lots of people without wanting to have sex with them. Like do you value your friends and family? This is crazy nonsense.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/03/24 05:32 PM
1

Ad hom fail. You can’t defend your point.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/03/24 05:29 PM
1

That’s victim blaming. It does happen. Con artists and compulsive liars and manipulators exist. Why are you being so naive?
/r/PurplePillDebate02/03/24 05:29 PM
1

You think because I pointed out misogyny in someone’s argument as part of a debate, this somehow means I’m… what? Disagreeing with someone? In a debate? What is your point?
/r/PurplePillDebate02/03/24 05:27 PM
1

Pendulums swing back and forth. They do not swing in one direction for thousands of years. That’s not a cycle.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/03/24 05:24 PM

Yes, actually
/r/PurplePillDebate02/03/24 05:23 PM
1

Lmfao. That’s in YOUR mind. Women are not a hive mind. This is a straight up sexist point of view. Jesus would not approve.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/03/24 07:21 AM
1

Okay, so then you’re openly misogynistic and disgusting. Any woman who rejects you is 100% correct.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/03/24 07:18 AM
2

Don’t tell me what matters to me
/r/PurplePillDebate02/03/24 07:16 AM
1

That’s just a bunch of assumptions
/r/PurplePillDebate02/03/24 07:15 AM

Do you think he was a misogynist before the manosphere? I think he probably was. Also… the manosphere is clearly dominated by people with mental illness. It’s mentally ill dudes and teenage boys who don’t know any better.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/03/24 07:14 AM
1

That ONLY applies to women on apps (which is a minority of all women)
/r/PurplePillDebate02/03/24 07:12 AM
1

Are dating sites the only place where women exist? No. Obviously not. So you can’t draw conclusions that 80% of ALL WOMEN are looking for casual sex because the majority of women aren’t even on dating sites.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/03/24 07:11 AM
1

What the fuck is “hyper specific” about saying not every single living woman acts exactly the same? That is the OPPOSITE of specific. Like you seriously think the vast, vast majority of women are soooooo identical that ANY differences between them are “hyper specific?” That’s insane and sexist. Like what if I said to you that ALL MEN are superficial psychopaths who only want sex and you can’t disagree because that’s “hyper specific.” People are individuals, not clones.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/03/24 07:09 AM
1

Lmfao what do you mean “specific?” You are generalizing ALL women and you think it’s too “specific” to consider that they might not all be identical robots? This is too crazy and disconnected from reality. And also too sexist.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/03/24 07:06 AM
1

What is wrong with you? That was a goddamn joke.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/03/24 07:04 AM
2

Mega crazy sexist. Do you have data that shows all women are exactly the same? No. You don’t. Because it’s completely false. What kind of moron looks at a TREND and thinks “this applies to ALL WOMEN?”
/r/PurplePillDebate02/03/24 07:03 AM
0

Remind me of the time in history when men were not dominant… oh right. It didn’t happen. You made it up.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/03/24 07:01 AM
2

Hahahahahahahhahahaha. “Men don’t miss red flags.” Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahhahaha
/r/PurplePillDebate02/03/24 07:00 AM

Just because I don’t want to sleep with a man doesn’t mean I think he has “low value” as a human being. I can even actively dislike a person and still think they have value. It’s the manosphere that’s fucked up by devaluing human beings for not being hot enough.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/03/24 06:58 AM

Toxic masculinity is a big part of why they’re lonely. Sexism hurts everyone. Nothing in my comments ever implied that I don’t care about these guys. It’s not alarming, you’re just trying to put words in my mouth. Quit it.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/03/24 06:54 AM
1

People DO actually hide their red flags when the first meet someone. It’s super common. And then you find out later that they suck. You’re blaming a person for getting tricked, when the fault is with the person who lied to them
/r/PurplePillDebate02/03/24 06:30 AM
2

There is zero logic behind that statement
/r/PurplePillDebate02/03/24 06:28 AM
2

Only if you assume all women are exactly same and all in the wrong (which is misogynistic)
/r/PurplePillDebate01/03/24 09:31 PM
2

No I fucking don’t. Don’t tell me what I think.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/03/24 09:22 PM
1

This is a DEBATE sub. If you can’t take a little disagreement, I think you need to go bad to the kiddie pool.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/03/24 09:21 PM
2

When the fuck did I say that sweeping generalizations about men are okay?
/r/PurplePillDebate01/03/24 09:21 PM
2

Women are not a monolith. Same for men.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/03/24 09:20 PM
2

All men who are in relationships make a choice. If they treat their girlfriend like shit, then you seem to think that’s her fault. You seem to think men have no responsibility for their own behavior.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/03/24 09:19 PM
0

That’s just you being sexist. Women are NOT a hive mind. That’s a completely irrational thing to think.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/03/24 09:18 PM
1

No, I do care a lot about boys. I’m actually a pediatrician, so 50% of my job is about protecting the health and wellbeing of boys. I think misogyny and toxic masculinity are a very bad for everyone.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/03/24 09:16 PM
2

I don’t use Tinder
/r/PurplePillDebate01/03/24 09:15 PM
3

You think it applies to the vast majority of women with only a few exception? Like out of the billions of women in the world, there must theoretically be a few exceptions?
/r/PurplePillDebate01/03/24 07:47 AM
3

I don’t view any humans as “low value.” These dudes are tragic.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/03/24 07:44 AM
3

And I guess you never got horny and missed a woman’s obvious red flags. You’re above all that, huh? You don’t get attracted to women.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/03/24 07:09 AM
3

ALL women? You think this applies to ALL women?
/r/PurplePillDebate01/03/24 07:08 AM
5

That’s a tautology
/r/PurplePillDebate01/03/24 07:07 AM
15

Okay. Women are not a hive mind. You’re saying a lot of very sexist stuff here. Truth is: there just aren’t as many women out there looking for casual sex. You should still be honest about what you want. You just have to look harder to find the rarer woman whose interests line up with yours. Because your only other option is to be a manipulator like these women who manipulate “situationships.” If you think they’re in the wrong (and I agree that they are wrong,) then don’t be a hypocrite. Always …
/r/PurplePillDebate01/03/24 06:48 AM
2

All of that is bad
/r/PurplePillDebate01/03/24 06:42 AM

Sexism.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/03/24 05:48 AM
0

What do you mean, why do we care? Do we care that there’s a bunch of dudes out there aggressively promoting misogyny to teen boys? We don’t need more Elliot Rodgers.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/03/24 05:03 AM
1

Sure why not? I like an open-minded man.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/03/24 04:55 AM
4

So… no experiences
/r/PurplePillDebate01/03/24 04:50 AM
7

I love how you just believe all women are exactly the same way and men would never be as stupid as them. It’s so insanely sexist.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/03/24 04:50 AM
1

Logical fail. You’re making too many assumptions.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/03/24 04:49 AM
4

Sense of humor, kindness, intelligence = positive emotions Arrogant, pushy, mean, bigoted, dishonest = bad emotions That’s how it works for me. Stop assuming all women are looking for the exact same thing. They are not.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/03/24 04:48 AM
8

So instead you conclude ALL women have bad criteria for picking partners. That’s just sexism. Total double standard. We “know” men aren’t bad, so it has to be the women’s fault every time. Lmfao
/r/PurplePillDebate01/03/24 04:45 AM
5

And you know this because you’re a woman and have felt the tingles and know that you only get those because he’s tall and rich? Wow.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/03/24 04:42 AM
2

Sure, yeah. You know the initiate details of EVERYONE’S relationships. You probably know EVERYTHING. You are definitely qualified to judge this. 🙄
/r/PurplePillDebate01/03/24 04:41 AM
6

Yeah, women famously only have emotions when it comes to height and money. They are otherwise soulless bots.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/03/24 04:39 AM
2

Get out of here, John Stamos. Everyone knows you’re a hot actor and women come to you.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/03/24 12:44 AM

This comment is way too reasonable for this forum. You’re supposed to make sweeping negative statements about the inherently flawed nature of all women.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/03/24 12:43 AM
3

So you’re assuming there’s only one reason why a woman would be a single mother
/r/PurplePillDebate01/03/24 12:42 AM
12

Human nature. No need to be sexist about it. Everyone is swayed by feelings.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/03/24 12:40 AM

But the men here always insist it’s not about feelings, it’s about him being tall and rich lmfao
/r/PurplePillDebate01/03/24 12:39 AM
17

Why the fuck do you guys always have to make it all about women being in the wrong? This is misogynistic
/r/PurplePillDebate01/03/24 12:37 AM
3

Where did I say that?
/r/PurplePillDebate01/03/24 12:35 AM
3

That’s only inside your own head. That’s your anxiety talking. Nobody actually thinks you failed as a man because one girl isn’t interested in you. That’s crazy.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/02/24 09:20 PM
2

Are you an alien from another planet that you need me to explain what facial expressions and tone of voice are?
/r/PurplePillDebate29/02/24 09:19 PM
1

If you IGNORE statistics and choose to only base your world view on a handful of kids you know personally, that’s you refusing to accept truth. I said you are immature. You said you’re stupid.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/02/24 09:17 PM
0

Lmfao that’s hilarious. You are upset that I didn’t give more specific description of how body language works, and you think I’M the one who can’t communicate 🤣
/r/PurplePillDebate29/02/24 09:14 PM
1

Okay, but it’s not scat unless actual shit is focused on in a sexualized way
/r/PurplePillDebate29/02/24 04:58 PM
1

This started because I said men need to have these basic social skills to be successful with women. And now you’re saying “Noooo shit lol.” So you finally concede my point. Take it easy, bro.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/02/24 04:27 PM
1

You cannot convince someone to sleep with you if you don’t have basic social skills.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/02/24 04:09 PM
3

If you don’t pick up on their social cues, they’re not gonna want to have sex with you
/r/PurplePillDebate29/02/24 04:07 PM
2

You just made my point. Picking up on social cues is NOT difficult. There is no game strategy to it. You can do it passively without having to harass any strangers. Why can’t you do that? Why is that so hard for you?
/r/PurplePillDebate29/02/24 04:06 PM

Do you always have shit in your anus? You might be constipated.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/02/24 04:03 PM
1

He’s a virgin basing his opinion on his friends. I dismiss his pov because he doesn’t have any experience. I didn’t spend my youth knee deep in books. I went back to school in my late twenties to become a doctor. I’ve had way more sex than this boy.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/02/24 03:57 PM
3

Again, being able to pick up on social cues is not “game”
/r/PurplePillDebate29/02/24 03:54 PM
1

You are conflating what I said with a larger pop science issue. It is factually true that your brain is still developing. I never said it makes grand changes in behavior. I just stated a single scientific fact to emphasize how young you are.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/02/24 02:23 PM
0

You might be beyond help
/r/PurplePillDebate29/02/24 01:21 PM
2

This is completely disconnected from just like… being a normal human. Sounds like you don’t have as much game as you think
/r/PurplePillDebate29/02/24 01:20 PM
0

There isn’t an instruction manual. If you’re an adult and you don’t understand what I mean when I say “body language,” I don’t think I can help you without therapy. You have a much deeper problem to fix.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/02/24 12:40 PM
3

Lol no. If he gets it wrong, you just are like “sorry, not interested.” And then he goes into some sort of rage spiral and goes to Reddit to cry with the other fragile egos about how WOMEN ARE THE PROBLEM! Waaaaaaaaaaah
/r/PurplePillDebate29/02/24 12:37 PM
1

Solid answer to what? Your lack of social skills?
/r/PurplePillDebate29/02/24 12:35 PM

I do not agree
/r/PurplePillDebate29/02/24 12:33 PM
3

I’m not talking about “game.” This is super basic human interaction stuff. We are all constantly communicating with each other through nonverbal cues. If you’ve only met two women in your entire life who you thought could communicate well, I think that’s a you problem.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/02/24 12:32 PM
0

You’re just wrong. If you have to rely solely on language and can’t pick up on anyone’s nonverbal cues, that’s a YOU problem. Are you on the spectrum?
/r/PurplePillDebate29/02/24 12:29 PM
2

I’m not talking about cues like signal flags or secret handshakes or something. I’m talking about like facial expressions, tone of voice, eye contact, spoken words. Just straight up normal human stuff. People give this stuff off constantly without making any kind of conscious effort. Properly socialized humans can also pick up on these cues often subconsciously. I’m sorry you apparently struggle with social cues, but they definitely still exist.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/02/24 06:34 AM

No. Scat is things that involve literal shit. Like eating it. Think two girls one cup
/r/PurplePillDebate29/02/24 06:28 AM
1

No, you completely missed the point of what I was trying to say and are now just trying to like… win? Or do some sort of weird ego posturing? It’s pathetic. Good bye.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/02/24 06:26 AM
1

I did, you’re just ignoring it and being a freak about it. Just go away.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/02/24 01:24 AM

You keep photographs of your girlfriend’s friends to masturbate to? Red flag!!!
/r/PurplePillDebate29/02/24 01:23 AM

Yeah, that’s a red flag!
/r/PurplePillDebate29/02/24 01:23 AM

Also like… pedophilia is not okay
/r/PurplePillDebate29/02/24 01:21 AM
4

Then it’s up to you to learn how to pay attention to cues
/r/PurplePillDebate29/02/24 01:19 AM
5

No. I’ve met lots of hot men who are assholes who make my skin crawl.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/02/24 01:18 AM
1

I’m very sorry for you that you struggle with this
/r/PurplePillDebate29/02/24 01:18 AM
0

Getting better at something does not mean you can completely remove all obstacles and challenges. Jesus Christ. Way to be deliberately obtuse.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/02/24 08:54 PM
1

Seems like you ARE trying to preach and start a revolution Goooooooood luck 😆
/r/PurplePillDebate28/02/24 08:53 PM
1

Be clean. Don’t smell. The basics.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/02/24 08:52 PM
8

If she’s not giving you any cues, she doesn’t want you to directly ask. That’s what she’s not giving cues. You have to remember that it’s possible for a woman to find you attractive and STILL not want you to ask her out.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/02/24 08:50 PM
1

No, that’s a prejudice you have against them.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/02/24 08:48 PM
1

Okay, keep completely misunderstanding and missing the point. 🙄
/r/PurplePillDebate28/02/24 08:47 PM
2

The things she says and does. Her body language. Just like with all human interactions.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/02/24 08:46 PM
42

I don’t care unless it’s like super egregious like children or animals or scat or snuff.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/02/24 08:37 PM
4

They never really understand that women are attracted to non-physical qualities as well. Like you can be tall and hot and rich, but if you seem like a snob or arrogant or something I’m not gonna give a shit how tall and hot you are
/r/PurplePillDebate28/02/24 05:16 PM
9

Wtf why are you just generalizing that women are a lot more shallow than men?
/r/PurplePillDebate28/02/24 05:14 PM
9

If a woman is not giving you cues that she is attracted to you, then you can expect her to not want you hitting on her
/r/PurplePillDebate28/02/24 05:13 PM
22

The reality is that not every single one of your female friends wants to date you. It’s not like you make friends with them and after a certain amount of time it’s okay to start hitting on them. You’re missing the whole step of like… you got to know this woman and you have picked up the social cues that she is also interested in you. And no, just talking to you is not romantic interest.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/02/24 05:11 PM
1

Then how will they all magically decide that this plan will work?
/r/PurplePillDebate28/02/24 05:09 PM
1

You could have everyone in the world making the best possible financial decisions for themselves, but there’s still wealth inequality because why wouldn’t there be? Richer people can still hoard money and exploit others. This is a terrible analog you’re forcing, by the way. Your personal social skill deficits are not comparable to global wealth distribution. Wtf 😆
/r/PurplePillDebate28/02/24 05:07 PM

Then they’re not trad wives. Do those women have unimpeachable trad husbands?
/r/PurplePillDebate28/02/24 05:02 PM
1

So you’re hoping millions of men all just spontaneously start behaving the way you want them to
/r/PurplePillDebate28/02/24 05:00 PM

It’s really wild. I can only really speak from the dynamic that I have seen in couples I know personally. I think it’s like whatever environment a person grew up in, they just seem to expect to fall into that. Like I know men who never had to lift a finger at home when they were kids. Mom did everything for them. So it’s just like… not a thing they feel like they are responsible for. And then they get married and expect their wife to take over being their mother. But then there are also men who …
/r/PurplePillDebate28/02/24 04:59 PM
1

So your conclusion is to be like “Nuh-uh!!!! Women are worse!!!! Waaaaaaaaaaah!” Genius. The point is that these statistical trends do NOT mean all women are neurotic or all men are psychos.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/02/24 04:54 PM
0

All you have to do is not be gross.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/02/24 04:52 PM
0

You can get better at accumulating wealth through practice. That’s true. Individual people might be able to better their own financial situations by practicing better financial planning. 100% correct. Changing the entire world does take more than one individual practicing. Don’t be obtuse.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/02/24 04:51 PM

What is your problem?
/r/PurplePillDebate28/02/24 04:45 PM
0

Maybe there’s something else about you that needed fixing. You just said you dated people. Sounds like you got better at social skills, but there was still something else wrong. Have you been to therapy?
/r/PurplePillDebate28/02/24 04:44 PM
1

No, I’m pointing out to you that human relationships, like the ones with your family, are built on EMOTIONS like love. Not transactional. So why are you treating a potential wife as a transaction? That’s sociopath behavior.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/02/24 04:42 PM
9

To get a woman to give up ALL of her independence to wait on you hand and foot and raise you children? You think that’s mediocrity??? You don’t think that woman deserves a good husband who pays the bills and doesn’t cheat on her?
/r/PurplePillDebate28/02/24 07:02 AM
4

Preach!
/r/PurplePillDebate28/02/24 06:57 AM
1

And how would they come to believe this?
/r/PurplePillDebate28/02/24 06:55 AM
1

Just a couple of posts ago, you told me “you can’t preach.” There is no universe in which you will talk men into being less horny.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/02/24 06:52 AM
2

But like… they would have to actually BE less desperate. I just don’t see a world where men are going to chill out and stop hounding women for sex all the damn time. Believe me, I would love to live in that world. But it’s not happening.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/02/24 05:55 AM
1

Twice is two anecdotes from a person who literally made no other attempt to attract women than sit there for six years and lose weight. You have to at least try to meet more people.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/02/24 05:45 AM
1

Why would it be a waste of time? There are tons (no pun intended) of overweight people who have successful relationships. You don’t have to be perfect before you even try.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/02/24 05:32 AM
1

But like… why not do literally anything normal? Like go to a new place or pick up another hobby and just… talk to women without hitting on them? That post is about a guy who kept pursuing her after she turned him down. Just don’t do that.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/02/24 05:16 AM
1

No, I’m saying that the women are the only ones actually DOING anything in this situation. Men being more more selective is doing LESS. So the whole thing relies on hoping that men withhold sex and women start pursuing them en masse. Good luck with that.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/02/24 05:13 AM
1

Lmao this is all so contradictory. You just said that you can’t preach, but you made this post to do exactly that. To “make people aware” that you wish women would pursue men more. You’re not leading a revolution, you just want to change the dating world. You want us, women, to rise up collectively, as individuals, to make you feel less lonely.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/02/24 05:05 AM
1

That is literally the most passive dating tactic I have ever heard. Like please tell me that you did ANYTHING else in this six years.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/02/24 05:00 AM

“Individual actions as a group.” What does that actually mean, though? If you can’t preach, what are YOU, as an individual man, going to do about the situation? Just refuse to approach women? Okay. That’s not going to do anything to get women to approach you.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/02/24 04:56 AM

So you’re going to put social pressure on women to start pursuing men? How does that work? What argument will you make to them. “Hey, I know you don’t want to date these guys, but please come talk to them so they don’t feel like losers! Women of the world: men want your pity!!!!”
/r/PurplePillDebate28/02/24 04:37 AM
-1

So you just sit there for six years like a venus fly trap, just passively waiting for a girl to walk in so you can ask her out? SIX YEARS of this only yielded TWO dates?
/r/PurplePillDebate28/02/24 04:35 AM
0

You’re the one making a nonsense claim about blue pill women without any supporting evidence. I’ve already given your comment more consideration than it deserves.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/02/24 04:32 AM
1

Do approach ALL of your human relationships like transactions? Like do you love your mother?
/r/PurplePillDebate28/02/24 04:28 AM

Okay, but individuals are already choosing to do things however they want. So. What are you gonna do?
/r/PurplePillDebate28/02/24 04:25 AM
1

What? What is your point? That your board game friends don’t care what your girlfriend does for a living?
/r/PurplePillDebate28/02/24 04:23 AM
2

Socializing is a skill. You can get better at ANYTHING through practice.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/02/24 04:17 AM
1

I wasn’t taking to you, so you’re kinda missing my point. The point being just as not ALL men are psychopaths, not ALL women are neurotic. It’s just a statistical correlation.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/02/24 04:16 AM
1

How is this relevant? People give “just be yourself” advice to people who are trying to meet people. If you want advice for once you are already married, that’s a different conversation.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/02/24 04:14 AM
-4

What they naturally have is the ability to socialize normally. You might just need to practice more.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/02/24 09:11 PM
5

Where did you get this information?
/r/PurplePillDebate27/02/24 09:09 PM

You’re saying this like you think there’s an official system being used. What are you going to do about this? Write a law that says women need to chase men? You can’t force people to date in a certain way.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/02/24 08:52 PM
-1

Sounds like you didn’t get out of your comfort zone, though. You left the house and then sat there for six years and waited for a girlfriend to walk in? For a single woman to just walk into a D&D store and pick you?
/r/PurplePillDebate27/02/24 08:32 PM
1

Being “blue pill” only means that I disagree with red pill ideology. I’m not trying to explain every interaction through a delusional framework. That’s what the red pill does. You’re just projecting.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/02/24 08:26 PM
2

No. That’s still not how it works. The data you provided doesn’t even show that. You’re extrapolating wildly. How do you know that the data looks that way BECAUSE everyone likes women more than men? Is it not possible that everyone is just LESS likely to give men the benefit of the doubt or associate them with nurturing? You know… because men are overwhelmingly responsible for most of the violence and criminality in the world? And it works out in an implicit bias kind of way?
/r/PurplePillDebate27/02/24 08:19 PM
2

So let me get this straight: you think ALL women are a homogenous group that always sides with patriarchy? And MEN are the only ones that challenge the patriarchy?
/r/PurplePillDebate27/02/24 08:14 PM
3

This is one group of researchers who coined a term. And I while it does suggest people tend to associate women with positive, nurturing qualities, that is not the same thing as saying “everyone inherently likely women more than men.” That’s not how research works. All it tells you is a suggestion of AVERAGE differences. That doesn’t mean that ALL women are ALWAYS liked and trusted more than ALL men. Not to mention, this quote from that link you just sent me: “This bias has been cited as an examp…
/r/PurplePillDebate27/02/24 07:04 PM

Lol okay. Have some upvotes 😅
/r/PurplePillDebate27/02/24 06:47 PM
3

Yes, I deny all of those things. Can you prove that any of that is true? If you use made up “facts” about women to exaggerate their power in society and paint them as a hive mind, that’s hateful.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/02/24 06:38 PM
5

Men also dominate all of the power structures in business and government, so they ARE the status quo
/r/PurplePillDebate27/02/24 06:37 PM
-2

Listen… how do you expect to meet people if you refuse to try? You don’t have to be an extrovert but wtf… do you just expect a girlfriend to fall into your lap without stepping out of your comfort zone at all? Be a man and pull your pants up.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/02/24 06:29 PM
3

First of all, you’re begging the question. Is it actually true that EVERYONE has an inherent bias TOWARDS women? I seriously doubt it. Seems obviously incorrect on its face. You have to prove that point first before you can use it as the basis of your argument. Is it innate? How do you know? Does it benefit women? How do you know? If you’re going to use this dubious reasoning to argue that all women have a hive mind and are unfairly being given benefits of some kind, that’s misogyny. Maybe bigot…

I’m not sure why you made this comment in this context. You’re not even the person I was asking.

Listen. You have no experience. At all. You might think you’re a “keen observer” but you’re observing other kids without experience. You have not lived life yet. I am a medical doctor. I have an undergraduate degree in neuroscience. I point out to you that your brain isn’t fully developed yet to drive home the point that you’re still a child. Regardless of how physically large you are, you are still brand new. You have so much growing to do, not just literally inside your brain. But the EXECUTIV…

You also have to recognize that statistics don’t tell you anything about individual people. Women ON AVERAGE prefer taller men. This does NOT mean that all women (or even most women) are going to reject you if you’re under 5’8”. Height is also NEVER the only thing that gets factored into attraction. One of the ugliest, least appealing dudes I ever knew was well over 6 foot. You ARE that young. You have experience dating other children. And your brain isn’t even fully developed until your mid twe…

Okay. Blasting misconceptions about life and knowledge in general. You CAN read studies and see what the data shows. Basing everything off of ONLY your own personal experiences is a really good way to develop unfounded prejudice. You know ONE guy. That means nothing. Look at the statistics. Do you think ALL men under 5’8” have to pay for sex? That’s OBVIOUSLY not true. So your personal experience is limited. You’re a kid, for fuck’s sake. You have barely even had time to have personal experience…
/r/PurplePillDebate27/02/24 04:40 PM

That’s not very smart. What you’re talking about is anecdotal. You cannot make assumptions about all of the women in the world based on only your own personal experiences.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/02/24 04:35 PM
9

You’re a no pill virgin and you know from OBSERVING YOUR SHORT FRIENDS that all women can only be attracted to tall men? What are you 12 years old?
/r/PurplePillDebate27/02/24 04:02 PM

Wait… are you saying you AGREE with the statements that women are point blank telling you are false?

Psychopathy is higher in men. (https://link.springer.com/article/10.1007/s11757-023-00765-9 ) What conclusions do you draw from that?

Woooooooow. I think my favorite part is “men generally challenge the status queue.” Hilarious.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/02/24 03:51 PM

THIS. This is the problem. Sweeping generalizations that make out ALL WOMEN to be hypergamous psychos. In a word: misogyny.

Women don’t marry men to be trophies. The end. Bye.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/02/24 02:24 AM

You are just like completely ignoring the massive inherent power imbalance between the person with the money and the trophy.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/02/24 01:49 AM
1

I’m sorry, you’re not convincing me it’s the same thing. A woman being a gold digger is basically the necessary opposite to a man wanting a trophy wife. Both of those concepts work together to perpetuate the patriarchal status quo. The man has the power and agency and respect. The woman gets to be a glorified bag maid who got chosen based not on her character or abilities but her body and looks. Here’s what “the same” would be. I am, in actual real life, a medical doctor. If I married a young, h…

Thank you for proving my point
/r/PurplePillDebate26/02/24 11:59 PM

They’re not the same. If a woman is proud to be married to a man with a lot of power, what does that get her? She gets to brag to other women that she IS the trophy wife. Like “I was hot enough to catch a rich guy.” Versus the man’s experience of being an actually powerful person making money who basically OWNS the trophy wife. The man treats the woman as a useless object. The woman makes herself into a useless object. It IS literal. That’s why they use the word “trophy” to describe it. Social s…
/r/PurplePillDebate26/02/24 11:48 PM
2

Women don’t make as much as men for the same work. And it’s NOT “a requirement to date a doctor.” You straight up invented that out of your butt. Millions of women marry men who have average jobs. Wanting higher social status is not the same thing as marrying a man to be a TROPHY. Trophies are functionless. A man with a stable, highly respected job has actual material and functional value that they add to a family. Not so with just some hot trad wife trophy.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/02/24 11:04 PM
2

A partner with a high status job is not a “trophy.” Trophies are useless objects that are flashy and exist purely to congratulate the person who holds the trophy. A doctor or a lawyer or something provides actual material benefit. A trophy wife is literally a woman who exists to be pretty to make the man feel good about himself. It’s just not the same thing no matter how you try to reframe it.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/02/24 10:54 PM
3

It’s in NO WAY “the exact same thing.” What the fuck. I didn’t say women are noble. I just said they don’t marry men as status trophies. You can pretend that “the past” of like just a couple of decades ago isn’t relevant but it obviously is. Obviously cultural expectations don’t magically change overnight after being universally entrenched for hundreds of years (if not thousands.) Obviously women want to marry men who are more stable and can provide for kids. That is a wholly separate situation …
/r/PurplePillDebate26/02/24 10:02 PM
3

No, it isn’t. That’s how people with personality disorders view the world.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/02/24 08:25 PM
7

OP, I feel you. Some of the people here approach dating like robots. Like a woman is a slot machine and if you know the right code, jackpot! You get sex! Most people with normal socialization and empathy do not look at it that way. Just from observing the opinions and thought processes of guys on this forum, I’d have to guess there’s a disproportionate number of red pill men with personality disorders and/or autism. They need therapy, not an online echo chamber.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/02/24 08:17 PM
3

I don’t know how you can see it as a transaction. What exactly are you exchanging? Your chance to have sex with someone else? You’re sitting there the whole time wondering if maybe there’s someone “better” that you can jump ship to? Is that not exactly the same bullshit “hypergamy” that red pill guys are always crying about? There’s no love or empathy in that. It’s sociopathic.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/02/24 08:09 PM
3

It’s not the same thing. Women have historically been in a situation where their stability and life chances depends on who she marries. So it’s a matter of meeting someone who can take care of a family. It’s not for an ego stroke of status. It’s like… women are looking for men who meet a minimum standard of financial stability. No scrubs. Compare that to the motivation behind having a hot wife to show off how cool you are to the other dudes. It’s not the same.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/02/24 07:34 PM

You’re talking about it like it’s a transaction. What other “opportunities with other women?” Sex, you mean? Like it’s a huuuuuuge deal to be someone’s boyfriend for some unknown period of time because you could have been out there casually fucking other women? If that’s how you feel, then you shouldn’t be “committing” to date her exclusively. It’s not like you’re getting married. So… you spend the whole relationship sitting there wondering if you’re missing the chance to be with someone better?…
/r/PurplePillDebate26/02/24 07:29 PM
3

I would think he doesn’t want to be with me and I would leave. I would not think this is him like… ripping me off of giving me a bad deal. Wtf that’s such a weird way to look at that.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/02/24 06:37 PM
2

What you’re describing here is about men using women as status symbols. Have you ever heard of a trophy husband or boyfriend? Think about that.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/02/24 06:36 PM
1

This is like psycho ego cost analysis of how much money you have to pay on a date to have sex with a woman. You assume she functions like a sex worker. It’s dehumanizing and sociopathic.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/02/24 06:16 PM

This is so wild because you’re straight up admitting that a woman is a status symbol and that it’s all about calculation and “getting ripped off.” Like of this is a financial transaction instead of a human relationship based emotions. It’s almost sociopathic.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/02/24 11:27 AM

You don’t have to be a specific type of person. You just have to not be a shitty type of person.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/02/24 01:15 AM
5

You’re romanticizing it. Being drunk is not like a magic truth serum or something. You just make bad decisions.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/02/24 03:29 PM
6

It also makes them easier to take advantage of. I would say from personal experience that I am more likely to be like “fuck it, whatever” and sleep with a guy that I DON’T feel “burning sexual desire” (lmfao) for when I’m drunk. And then later it’s like “gross…”
/r/PurplePillDebate25/02/24 03:25 PM
2

“A lot of people” is not an answer. Do you have data? If not, you’re just assuming.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/02/24 01:14 PM

Biiiiiiiiiiiig reach to assume all no fault divorces are due to “just not into him”

It came out of that poster’s ass is where it came from
/r/PurplePillDebate24/02/24 06:54 AM

Breaking news: you can adopt at any age and you can also freeze your eggs, so none of this really matters
/r/PurplePillDebate24/02/24 06:53 AM
9

Who says that’s the reason most of the time?
/r/PurplePillDebate23/02/24 09:50 PM

Immaturity, lack of emotional intelligence, narcissism. The red pill dudes here just seem completely unwilling to accept that they might be at fault for their own relationship failures. Blame all the women!!!!
/r/PurplePillDebate22/02/24 12:02 AM

Yeah, they make up a lot of 100% fictional complaints about female behavior

/r/PurplePillDebate21/02/24 11:55 PM

No, this conversation did not start out being about Tinder. This is a useless conversation
/r/PurplePillDebate21/02/24 11:53 PM

What exactly are you trying to say?
/r/PurplePillDebate21/02/24 01:05 AM

Marriage is a social construct. Does it occur naturally? No, it’s a legal thing. Laws are social constructs, too.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/02/24 01:03 AM

Hi, this is in your head and made up. I think you’re conflating anything you’ve ever heard or seen any woman do and just lump it all together as something “modern feminism” is doing. Like how do you know that all sex workers are feminist? How can you blame all sex workers for everything that happens anywhere in the sex work industry? What makes you think that feminists are not okay with a woman choosing to be a housewife? I’ve never seen a feminist say that.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/02/24 12:16 AM
0

Are you going to make a point? No?
/r/PurplePillDebate20/02/24 11:56 PM
1

Okay, that’s your opinion. I think it’s delusional and based on nothing. I also think any man who thinks they’re a victim of going to the gym is pathetic. Get a grip. Bye.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/02/24 11:56 PM
1

If you’re basing your opinions on all male/female interactions and attraction on Tinder data, then you’re the one who is cherry picking. Too many confounding factors. Get a representative sample and then come talk to me.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/02/24 11:53 PM
1

You’ve just moved the goal posts to be about “physicality,” by which I guess you mean muscles? I think your whole stance here is absurd and honestly very self-pitying and sad. I’m done here.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/02/24 08:09 AM
1

It only comes down to the first point, really. Men are bigger and stronger and much more aggressive, on average. Men run society by force. It’s not because there’s any particular “hard work” women couldn’t do if they really needed to.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/02/24 08:05 AM
1

And you think this is a hardship that men have to endure? Or that this somehow means they are held to higher standards of appearance than women? Lmfao
/r/PurplePillDebate19/02/24 10:09 PM
1

You’re also talking about going to the gym, which is also something women do
/r/PurplePillDebate19/02/24 07:07 PM
1

Your own word salad makes sense to you. Yes. Okay.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/02/24 10:00 PM
1

I’m assuming you’re a human having trouble interacting with other humans
/r/PurplePillDebate18/02/24 09:59 PM

Women have so much more grooming expected of them. You have no clue.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/02/24 09:27 PM
1

The fat acceptance movement only exists because previously it was completely unacceptable to be fat. Nevermind the literal tropes about fat men with sexy wives on tv. No chance are men EXPECTED to be as physically attractive as women.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/02/24 09:03 PM
1

Are you looking at this entirely from the point of view that as long as a woman isn’t fat, she’ll get lots of matches on Tinder? Because that’s a different thing from saying all of those men find her attractive. Tinder is a weird numbers game for men.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/02/24 09:00 PM

No, a monolith is NO DIFFERNCES
/r/PurplePillDebate18/02/24 08:57 PM
2

How so?
/r/PurplePillDebate17/02/24 04:35 AM
2

It’s very hard to follow, actually
/r/PurplePillDebate17/02/24 04:35 AM
1

Why is that when women tell you point blank to your face what they think about male beauty, you refuse to believe it?
/r/PurplePillDebate17/02/24 04:32 AM
1

Why do you think any woman thinks of men as “a meat shield, trauma dump, piggy bank, sex toy?” Where are you getting that from? Who are you talking about?
/r/PurplePillDebate17/02/24 04:30 AM
1

You’re being obtuse. Would you date a woman who is slim but has NOTHING ELSE GOING FOR HER looks wise. That is the topic we are discussing. Is it true that all a woman has to do is keep slim and men will be attracted to her?
/r/PurplePillDebate17/02/24 04:28 AM
1

Some women do. I certainly don’t. But either way you expect it of us.
/r/PurplePillDebate17/02/24 04:26 AM

I have personally had sex with more than one man who is that height or shorter. Maybe you just know a lot of virgins?

Society doesn’t hold men to the same high standards for physical appearance
/r/PurplePillDebate17/02/24 04:24 AM

I think what’s being conveyed is that a lot of red pill men seem to not have a lot of emotional intelligence or social skills. I don’t know how to explain this exactly, but the whole mindset of looking for an actionable list of recommendations for “treating women like humans” is exemplary of what you’re doing wrong. An adult shouldn’t have to ask for specific advice on how to treat another human like a human. Why does it not already come naturally to you? TRP seems to encourage a kind of paint-b…
/r/PurplePillDebate17/02/24 04:17 AM
1

No. You didn’t answer the question. Would you date a woman who is slim but smelly and rude?
/r/PurplePillDebate16/02/24 05:37 PM
2

There’s no good analogy. It’s just the context of thousands of years of human history. Women have been oppressed and valued based on physical beauty for thousands of years. This only changed in the last few generations. Now that women have more control over their own lives, men have to try a little harder to convince a woman to sign her life over to him.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/02/24 05:32 PM
1

a) by these standards women are definitely expected to be NOT overweight in order to be considered attractive b) if a woman isn’t meeting your expectations, you don’t consider her attractive enough for you. So you’re proving my point. My completely relevant point. c) you’re assuming that swiping left ALWAYS means a woman finds you physically unattractive. There are lots of reasons why women don’t swipe right on all dudes that simply look good. Plus dating app numbers aren’t a good sample, the sc…
/r/PurplePillDebate16/02/24 05:26 PM
1

No, the entire point of the “dad bod” meme is that women DO find it sexy. You are vastly overestimating how important looks are to women. Whatever dating issues you are having are NOT because you’re 5’8”
/r/PurplePillDebate16/02/24 05:13 PM
1

Hey Siri, what is sarcasm?
/r/PurplePillDebate16/02/24 05:10 PM

What? Are we using the same subreddit? This place is like 90% men complaining about women. No, a switch did not flip. How old are you?
/r/PurplePillDebate16/02/24 05:09 PM
2

That second paragraph is like word salad. What do you mean?
/r/PurplePillDebate16/02/24 05:07 PM
5

Most men don’t realize that the “natural” look they like actually does require make up 🙄
/r/PurplePillDebate16/02/24 05:05 PM
1

So all you have to do is keep slim? Seriously? You’d date a girl who has no social skills and smells like garbage as long as she’s not fat?
/r/PurplePillDebate16/02/24 05:04 PM
4

Those two statements aren’t contradictory
/r/PurplePillDebate16/02/24 04:56 PM
2

Do you think someone flipped a switch and suddenly society doesn’t expect women to smell nice or shave or wear makeup? How many guys do you see on here everyday crying about how they want a “traditional” woman?
/r/PurplePillDebate16/02/24 11:29 AM
5

Okay, you win. You have suffered more than any woman could possibly comprehend. lmfao
/r/PurplePillDebate16/02/24 11:26 AM
4

And all of that shit these men are complaining they have to do is for THEIR insecurities. Nobody is gaslighting you.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/02/24 11:24 AM
2

a) depends on how you define those categories b) you’re proving my point here. If you have to lower your standards to date a fat chick, then you DO expect women to be fit c) gimme the exact numbers
/r/PurplePillDebate16/02/24 11:21 AM
4

So the average man is happy to date an obese woman?
/r/PurplePillDebate16/02/24 11:01 AM
8

I think you are VASTLY underestimating how much work women put into their appearance. While simultaneously exaggerating your own suffering. Boo. Hoo. Do you think there are women out there who haven’t had to deal with hair loss? Or women who don’t have to spend hours at the gym every week to keep slim? Or women who spend thousands of dollars on cosmetic surgery? Or makeup? You clearly have no clue.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/02/24 11:00 AM

Up until a few decades ago, women’s ENTIRE LIVES revolved around making themselves pretty for men so someone would marry them
/r/PurplePillDebate16/02/24 10:55 AM

Yep. All of the same stuff we tell them every time.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/02/24 09:28 AM

Click on the link and tell me that isn’t literally the title of the article.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/02/24 07:46 PM

Are you lost?
/r/PurplePillDebate13/02/24 07:46 PM

if black women are fucking drug dealers at those rates so are other women No. That is not how any of this works. Your conclusion is ONLY valid for “young adult African American females in socially disorganized communities.” So you can’t even say if it’s true for all black women, much less ALL OTHER WOMEN. Go back to school.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/02/24 06:47 AM

This is about a very specific subgroup of women. Not generalizable to women who aren’t in that group. Next please!
/r/PurplePillDebate13/02/24 06:41 AM
4

Gimme the stats, then. HOW MANY WOMEN?
/r/PurplePillDebate13/02/24 06:36 AM

Says who? I’ve never dated a drug dealer.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/02/24 06:00 AM

It’s not a problem if you’re not bothered by it. Not everyone is obsessed with sex and that’s fine. Not everyone who isn’t obsessed with sex is asexual. You could be demisexual, for example
/r/PurplePillDebate13/02/24 01:32 AM
2

So is this like… reality shows about dating? Bro, I would not base ANY of my real world opinions on shit that got cooked up for a reality dating show
/r/PurplePillDebate13/02/24 01:23 AM
13

Bro, there is a difference between neck tattoos and motorcycles, which are a little risky, and aggression and law breaking, which are signs of a personality disorder. I think some women are hoping that a “bad boy” with a rebel aesthetic will not actually be a psycho. Or that she will fix him with the magic of true love or some bullshit. Think Beauty and the Beast.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/02/24 10:52 PM
1

I don’t think these quite fit what OP is asking about. They gave examples basically of areas that are specifically free of men to keep women safe. But is there a similar thing where we have to keep women out because they pose some sort of risk?
/r/PurplePillDebate10/02/24 04:03 PM
2

The original blaming women for everything
/r/PurplePillDebate10/02/24 03:59 PM

I have learned that this is not a genuine place to debate, it’s just another place for dudes to complain about women

1

We’re not “special” but we’re definitely NOT all the same
/r/PurplePillDebate08/02/24 10:54 PM
1

Yeah, there’s a term for that: benevolent sexism. If you are making prejudicial generalizations about ALL WOMEN (or all men,) you are in the wrong
/r/PurplePillDebate08/02/24 10:53 PM

I mean… this is just your personal experience. Not all women do this. Some men are very ambiguous about their feelings too.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/02/24 09:23 PM

Who is “feminism?” Who said that? Where? Point me to it.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/02/24 09:21 PM

It’s not a neutral observation, it’s prejudiced and generalizes billions of people
/r/PurplePillDebate07/02/24 09:20 PM

I’m sorry, but who is “they?”
/r/PurplePillDebate07/02/24 02:31 PM

It’s prejudice.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/02/24 02:29 PM

“Women are very shallow” is a prejudice against 50% of the population. Prejudice against women = misogyny. This is not complicated.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/02/24 09:39 AM
2

You say this like there aren’t a shit ton of awkward bumbling loser who ARE raging misogynists. See: this whole sub
/r/PurplePillDebate06/02/24 11:54 PM
2

“Women are very shallow” just the usual red pill misogyny here.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/02/24 11:52 PM
1

There is one very obvious reason: she’s a democrat. She literally campaigned on the fact that she would protect abortion rights and Trump would appoint Federalist Society judges. And that’s exactly what he did.
/r/PurplePillDebate04/02/24 04:21 PM
1

On the Supreme Court? Obviously she would have chosen different justices than the three Trump picked. Wtf do you mean?
/r/PurplePillDebate04/02/24 11:12 AM
2

Sexuality and attraction are very subjective things. Any approach that tries to objectively determine what traits and in what context, etc. is just fundamentally missing the point that many people couldn’t tell you exactly why they are attracted to a certain person but not another. Btw, I don’t consider myself to have an kind of “pill ideology,” I just have this flair so I can make top level comments
/r/PurplePillDebate03/02/24 08:27 PM
0

This is a very stupid question. Everybody is living their own individual life. You can’t make huge generalizations like this
/r/PurplePillDebate03/02/24 08:17 PM
1

This has literally nothing to do with anything and sounds mentally ill Btw, it’s spelled “dodge”
/r/PurplePillDebate03/02/24 08:15 PM

Stop. Don’t try to “take her from him.” Respect other people.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/02/24 02:12 AM

Wtf I’m honestly just thrown by how nutty your opinions are
/r/PurplePillDebate03/02/24 02:09 AM
1

Oh my god you are really wound up about the Catholics. I don’t give two shits that the Supreme Court justices themselves are Catholic. They just made the decision after DECADES of effort from a wide coalition of religious and conservative activists. Would Hillary Clinton have nominated conservative justices to overturn Roe? NO. Of course not. Same with Maddow. It’s literally the opposite. Both of them are STRONGLY in favor of preserving Roe. Them being Christian/Catholic is completely fucking ir…
/r/PurplePillDebate03/02/24 12:01 AM
1

Jesus dude. Why are you obsessed with making this about Catholicism? The Federalist Society is probably MOST responsible (they put those judges on their list for Trump to choose from.) It’s just not a good point. Modern feminism has been desperately trying to PRESERVE Roe. Clinton is pro-choice. Maddow is Catholic, yes, but she’s also pro-choice and a lesbian. Literally neither of those women have worked towards overturning Roe. It just sounds like YOU don’t like those women and don’t like “mode…

There are also literal children in gen z, so…:
/r/PurplePillDebate02/02/24 07:56 PM
1

Not entirely by themselves, no. There’s the Federalist Society, republicans, and evangelicals have also all been fighting for it for decades. Can we agree that “modern feminism” has NOT been working to overturn Roe?
/r/PurplePillDebate02/02/24 06:59 PM
1

Oh please. Nobody is SUBJECTING you to this. No woman is forcing you to be unhappy. If you can’t afford to move out of your parents’ house, the problem is economics and/or your own choices. This is not gynocentrism or women having an advantage over you. It has nothing to do with that.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/02/24 06:45 PM
1

I’m sorry but it’s still not the fault of “modern feminism.” What a wild stretch. Has absolutely nothing to do with Hillary Clinton and Rachel Maddow wtf
/r/PurplePillDebate02/02/24 06:42 PM
1

How are you being “subjected” to this though? Not being able to move out of your parents house is an economics issues, not anything to do with women. And honestly, you could be tall, well-educated, AND rich and still struggle with women depending on what your personality is like. It’s not like you check off a list of milestones like graduate college and get a job and then you just get rewarded with a woman.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/02/24 06:27 PM

I think the whole approach of listing a person’s pro’s and con’s to determine if they are “average” is misguided. No woman is choosing men based on a rubric. Attraction doesn’t work like that. The men on this sub evidently have terrible personalities and misogynistic opinions, so of course they don’t do well with normal women.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/02/24 06:01 PM
1

You clearly implied you agree with the silly “gynocentric” thing Red pill guys literally know NOTHING about women and get everything wrong. I would not listen to a single thing they say, if I were you. They are perhaps the worst possible people to ask about relationships.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/02/24 05:58 PM
2

How are you going to blame “modern feminism” when clearly it was due to a decades long right-wing evangelical effort to overturn Roe?
/r/PurplePillDebate02/02/24 05:55 PM
1

This is literally the opposite of what most women are like
/r/PurplePillDebate02/02/24 11:08 AM

What insanely misandrist things was she saying?
/r/PurplePillDebate02/02/24 11:07 AM

You definitely have a silly attitude about women. Just looking at your posts here, you seem to feel like men aren’t equal to women which is just… completely divorced from reality. So I actually think it’s great that you’re not dating anymore. I wish all of these red pill guys would self-select themselves out of the dating pool.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/02/24 11:05 AM

For your silly attitude about women

/r/PurplePillDebate01/02/24 02:29 PM

This is probably because nobody in gen z is old enough to know what the world was like before feminism
/r/PurplePillDebate01/02/24 02:23 PM

What in the world would “something better” be? If it talks to you and fucks you, what else are you hoping for a robot to do? Are we talking about the singularity here? Do you want the robot to develop feelings and fall in love with you?
/r/PurplePillDebate01/02/24 12:03 PM

Lol when you say “AI sex women” do you mean like an AI who talks to you or do you literally mean like robot sex doll?
/r/PurplePillDebate01/02/24 04:48 AM
1

Wild generalization about 50% of the population without any supporting evidence. Classic red pill.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/02/24 12:00 AM
1

How does that reasoning work? A woman can only give birth every 9 months or so at a bare minimum. So if a woman had sex like once a year and times it right, they could have lots of kids without having much sex. So how does that prove they’re as horny as men?
/r/PurplePillDebate31/01/24 06:54 PM
1

A woman doesn’t only sleep with a man because she’s horny.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/01/24 06:52 PM
1

Wow, you were triggered by that? Definitely not bothering with this anymore. Bye.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/01/24 06:45 PM

Nope. But you’re just straight personally attacking me at this point, so I think this conversation is done
/r/PurplePillDebate31/01/24 06:34 PM
2

It’s barely even a start, son. You don’t have any research design. You just read some posts and then came over here and confidently pulled some numbers out of your ass. No, I am not that old. Why the fuck are you calling me Miss Gray?
/r/PurplePillDebate31/01/24 06:21 PM

Well, you’re gonna have to get better and understanding WHAT RESEARCH IS if you want to succeed someday, kiddo.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/01/24 06:01 PM
2

No, I am qualified to comment on the quality of your “research” that you presented here. It’s not about reading, it’s about you think that reading some posts on a subreddit and jumping to conclusions about it qualifies as “research.” Would love to hear what your educational background is. How many years ago did I complain about a fee? When I was in med school? How far back in my post history did you have to go to find that? How is it relevant to anything that we’re discussing? It’s not. You’re t…

It’s not a matter of being smarter. As a medical doctor (MD, not PhD,) I have been trained to read and analyze research studies, which is why I’m qualified to tell you you’re doing it wrong. An appeal to authority isn’t a fallacy if the person in question is actually qualified to make the statement. I have no clue what you mean “complaining about $0-6”
/r/PurplePillDebate31/01/24 03:51 PM

I don’t consider subreddits to be an appropriate sample population. What you’re doing is not “research.” You’re just reading some anecdotes and jumping to conclusions. Misusing or inventing “facts” and “statistics” and “research” is a huge problem in TRP and on the internet in general. As a person with a doctorate, I have a hard time letting people bullshit their “research.” Noticed that you couldn’t stop yourself from making some weird “are you triggered, ma’am” comment. It wasn’t too long ago that women just flat out couldn’t get financial security on their own without getting married, so that’s probably where the whole mindset came from and then reinforced over many generations

I don’t have any misandrist beliefs. I’m just showing you that BY YOUR OWN LOGIC, your misogynist are false and based on anecdotes only. I’ve been waiting for like a week or something now for you to back up your own sexism with facts and all you’re doing is just asking me to post MORE stuff that contradicts you so can just nitpick and pretend like you didn’t already lose this argument days ago. It’s over. Bye.

Oh my fucking god. I brought up the NYP article that someone else on this sub linked to me as a recent example I read of someone talking about the fact that men are actually falling behind women. I didn’t link you the article because I KNOW that this particular study only refers to that fact, but is actually looking at something else. Then YOU insisted that I send you link. There you go. There’s the link you demanded I give you. Do you want more evidence that men suck at life by your logic? Here…
/r/PurplePillDebate21/01/24 10:03 PM
1

It’s in the premise of the study. The fact that men are starting to fall behind women in education and success is part of the logic behind why they looked at this in the first place. The NYP article quotes the lead researcher: Lichter, who has been studying marriage for 30 years, says the gig economy and a “lack of good jobs” have contributed to the dearth of well-to-do dudes. So has the fact that women are outpacing men educationally, upending the age-old dominance of the male breadwinner over …
/r/PurplePillDebate20/01/24 09:07 PM

Yes, it does. Men are not the ones who can’t find “high value” women to marry, it’s the other way around. From the study: Conclusions This study reveals large deficits in the supply of potential male spouses. One implication is that the unmarried may remain unmarried or marry less well-suited partners.

Listen, son. I originally said red pill guys think women are gold diggers. And YOU were the one who decided to argue with me… not that TRP doesn’t believe women are gold diggers… but that women ARE gold diggers, so their beliefs are justified. Is that not what is happening here? You showed me a bunch of studies that show money is attractive to women, so clearly you are reinforcing the point that TRP guys believe women are gold diggers. So is my opinion wrong? No. Clearly you are showing me that …
/r/PurplePillDebate20/01/24 08:54 PM

I’m also just now realizing that you are not understanding what the point of me sharing that study with you is. I am NOT saying that women are dating men of lower status or whatever. That is not and has never been my point. The point of me showing you that is: young women are generally better educated and more successful than young men. The point is: WOMEN ARE NOT WORSE AT LIFE THAN MEN LIKE YOU CLAIMED. That is all.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/01/24 04:20 AM
1

I’m sorry, what did you call? Again, this study is something SOMEBODY ELSE linked to me trying (and failing to make a completely separate point.) I just threw it out there, not because it’s perfect, but because it’s a piece of evidence that directly contradicts your personal experiences. Because my point here is not that all women are more successful than men or something. My point is that your anecdotes are STILL LESS RELEVANT THAN THIS STUDY. The only thing your experiences tell us about is YO…

Here you go, here’s the exact link the red pill guy showed me: https://nypost.com/2019/09/25/women-are-struggling-to-find-men-who-make-as-much-money-as-they-do/ So now you have evidence to the contrary. Your personal experience is just that: YOUR LIFE. Just because you can’t attract women who meet your own standards, this does not mean women are not as good at life as men. That is pure misogyny.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/01/24 03:30 AM
1

No dude. You said “demand.” That’s the reason why I keep bringing it up. Because you see the correlation with money and ASSUME that you know the cause is women “demanding” money. That was YOUR word. No study is ever going to show that people, male or female, want a partner who does NOT have money And lastly, you are projecting your sexism onto me. What beliefs do I have that you’re arguing against? This entire conversation has been me arguing against your claim that women demand money. All I eve…
/r/PurplePillDebate20/01/24 03:23 AM

Basically this boils down to: causation does not equal correlation. You superimpose your own sexist beliefs onto research studies that you don’t understand and then say that it prove women “demand” money.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/01/24 11:56 PM
1

This wasn’t my study, someone else sent me a link. Believe me, I am CONSTANTLY trying to explain to red pill dudes that correlation doesn’t mean causation. The main point being, your personal anecdotes are not enough evidence to conclude that women aren’t good at life.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/01/24 11:53 PM
1

Basically all evidence is superior to anecdotal evidence. Literally another red pill guy a couple of days ago just showed me a research paper that showed that women are the ones who are having to date less successful men because more men aren’t getting a good education. So which is true for the general public? The research study? Or your personal dating experience? The logical explanation is that there’s some quality that you personally have that is giving you a bad dating experience. Because if…
/r/PurplePillDebate18/01/24 02:20 PM
1

This assumes there’s no other factors that are particular to you as a person that could be causing the women you THINK are “objectively” good enough for you to reject you. This is why the anecdotal evidence of your own personal life doesn’t allow you to logically draw any conclusions about “women” as a group. There are literally billions of women in the world.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/01/24 02:13 AM
1

Why do you think women are “objectively worse” than you?

That’s why I asked it as a question? “You’re going to… adopt a red pill dating strategy?” That’s what I asked literally. What’s your dating strategy? Purple pill? What does that mean. You clearly don’t think being yourself and meeting people casually is a viable strategy. So what will you do? “What I see in the people around me” is called “anecdotal evidence.” Not a good sample size and it will always be from your perspective with all of your inherent biases. You used “they” to refer to both TRP and women in the same sentence and it was too convoluted to be sure which “they” was which. Also you were vague about what “they” were doing. Not comprehensible. Again, TRP are notorious for not being able to read or interpret research. When you click on that link to a New York Post (not very reputable) story, did you click through to read the research? /r/PurplePillDebate17/01/24 12:45 PM

No, you wrote a sentence full of pronouns and I don’t get who the fuck you’re talking about. So it logically follows that if TRP believes the love of money is a major factor in how women choose partners, then they will make that part of their dating strategy. TRP encourages you to at least appear wealthy, right? So then you attract women who are looking for rich men. Then that reinforces the belief that “all women demand money.” Does the study say that women “literally ask” for money from their …

This is all very dubious and not based in facts. So instead you’re going to…. adopt a red pill dating strategy?

I’m sorry, could you say WHO you’re talking about? Who’s not “just attracting a certain type of woman to prove their point otherwise?” Whose point? What? I AM specifically talking about gold diggers. That study doesn’t tell you WHY women prefer a man who makes at least as much as them. You’re assuming they just “tend to demand more money.”

1

What in the world are you trying to say? Are you having a stroke?
/r/PurplePillDebate16/01/24 12:44 AM
1

I’m not seeing the logic behind this comment. Why would this “only” be true on podcasts? What studies are you talking about? How is a woman a gold digger if she is also making more money? That’s not what a gold digger is.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/01/24 12:43 AM
1

Obviously there are millions of women around the world who are married to men who aren’t rich, so the “non gold digger strategy” (not being red pilled) clearly is working for a lot of people. You aren’t supposed to do anything. Just live your life. Meet people. Form relationships. What else is there to do? The option the red pill gives is to adopt this warped “dating strategy” that definitely selects for a certain type of superficial person. It depends on what kind of person you want to be with.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/01/24 12:39 AM

It’s wild that you can always find a way to make it the women’s fault
/r/PurplePillDebate16/01/24 12:34 AM

This is oddly specific and definitely not what “most women” do. Where did you get this from?
/r/PurplePillDebate16/01/24 12:28 AM

Red pill is a self-fulfilling prophecy and that’s all there is to it. They come up with the red pill framework for how they think women work (as if they are a monolith) and then they only attract to subset of women who DO work like that. And then they say, “see, I was right, I went looking for a superficial gold-digger and that’s exactly what I found.”

No, I think if every time you picked up a woman you had to tell them straight up: “I don’t care if you have an orgasm,” you would definitely not be successful. You’re certainly not ever going to have a meaningful relationship if that’s your attitude. It’s very hard to explain to red pill guys exactly what is wrong with what they’re doing without insulting them. It’s like talking to a flat earther. But correlation doesn’t mean causation, so you don’t actually know if the vibrators are causing decreased sexual satisfaction (ON AVERAGE.) You’re assuming. It could be that the relationship isn’t compatible to begin with, so that’s why they tried using toys. Well, we know YOU don’t give a fuck about an equal sexual relationship. You obviously don’t understand that correlation doesn’t mean causation. Plus there are many, many confounding factors that you aren’t addressing. You have to actually be able to PROVE your point of you want to base a whole misogynistic worldview on it. Otherwise you’re just a bitter hater. YOU NEED TO TAKE CLASSE…

For starters, you’re personally insulting me, so that indicates you aren’t in control of your emotions. So this data says most (not all) women in the UK think a man shorter than 5’4” is “too short.” That height is the 7th percentile for grown men in the US (I assume it’s close to the UK numbers.) You do not get to assume the reason for a trend in data. You still have to support your reasoning. What you are doing is starting from the conclusion you want (“women are hypergamous”) and trying to twist other data to fit your conclusion. For example, you brought in a COMPLETELY UNRELATED study about young women making more money an…

So by “negotiate” you mean “control.” No, you cannot control whether or not women treat you like a world-famous pop star or not. Why the fuck would you be able to? Also, asking for a hug and a picture is NOT “carnal primal raw desire.” And finally, no. Most women would not have that reaction to Harry Styles. Only a fan girl would do that.

I’m not saying it’s not possible or there aren’t outliers. I’m saying “most.” I never said it’s impossible for a woman to be horny or to sexually assault someone. I’m not really convinced SA is about sexual pleasure, anyway.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/01/24 09:24 PM

Do you think it’s okay for one person in a relationship to expect sex but to not care if their partner enjoys it or not? Anyway, I’m not convinced that if they had better sex women would all be experiencing “visceral lust” the way a man does. I still think most women are never going to be controlled by their sex drive the way a lot of men seem to be. We don’t all work the same way. We are physiologically different in terms of sexual organs and experience different outcomes. If there’s any true d…

I’m sorry this makes zero sense. You encounter ONE psychopathic individual and you think they’re acting that way because ALL women have a hypergamous nature? Not because, you know, that one woman is a psycho. When you extrapolate ONE PSYCHO’s behavior to mean something about ALL WOMEN, you are committing a logical error and also being misogynistic.

Okay. Now imagine a world where very few men have your degree of understanding or interest in providing their partners pleasure. A lot of sex for a lot of women is just a waste of time in terms of physical pleasure. It’s more the emotional pleasure. Or just like putting it up with it because he wants to. I’ve been with men where I could have been scrolling on my phone the whole time and it wouldn’t have made a difference. And like you say, women tend to me more psychologically aroused and can ge…

I meet men like that all the goddamn time. After all, people with psychopathic traits tend to be men (like 75%.) What is “HL?” High lust? That’s so weird. Like I keep saying, I do not believe that these women are anywhere close to the majority. I know that some women have a much higher appetite than others and I assume they have an easier time orgasming without clitoral stimulation. For most of us, you either need a very attentive and generous partner (rare) or a vibrator. Women do better giving each other orgasms than men. And then there’s also a group of women with deep psychological issues who are hyper…

Women are very good at pretending to be porn stars and faking orgasms. I 100% guarantee to you that women have faked it for you. And then there are some outliers. Some women have personality disorders that make them act out for attention and filling deep psychological holes. Overall, like I said, MOST women are not those women.

No, my last paragraph does not support the idea that “women usually go for someone who is richer.” YOU would have to provide evidence that shows that the reason why men tend to make more money than their wives is due to the woman’s choice. There are too many confounding factors for you to ASSUME that’s the case. Young women in the cities making more money is probably related to a bunch of different factors. You assume that the only reason a woman would want casual sex is lust. I’d be willing to guess that some of these women who “want” to have a FWB are just looking for male approval and to be the “cool girl.” Some do it because they’re hoping FWB will turn into a real relationship.

See how you’re just pulling things out of your ass? This is what I mean when I say red pill isn’t based in reality. You don’t know how to read or interpret a research study. If the conclusions are something you don’t like, you just make shit up like “women are better at feigning empathy.” PROVE IT. You can’t. Because it’s not true. You’re just angry and irrational. Red pill ideology absolutely does NOT have any bearing in reality. It’s a bunch of misinterpreted data that gets warped into paranoid, misogynistic nonsense by pathetic men. Do I have proof? Yes. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC1963313/ The first line says: “Much research has shown that women are more empathic than men.” You can read the rest of it if you like.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/01/24 12:48 AM

Women do not have some magic ability to have sex with a desirable partner whenever they want. Women can get sex whenever they want if they have no standards. We get bombarded by sexual attention we don’t want. That is not something that you need to be jealous about because it’s not actually a positive thing. And even if it were, why are you MAD about it? Like boo-fuckin-hoo, it’s so unfair that women don’t want to be constantly having sex.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/01/24 12:43 AM

It says YOU think women are stupid and irrational. But then I see a lot of guys here on this forum who believe a bunch of stupid and irrational bullshirt. Red pill guys are the astrology fanatics of the male world.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/01/24 12:39 AM

You did though. You said hypergamy is “how everyone in a gender act.” Keep on backtracking bro Men earn more money than women on average. That is why husbands earn more than their wives on average. It’s slowly getting better as women have been fighting for equity since like the 70s or so. This does not support hypergamy.

Is there any research showing women fake empathy more than men or did you make that up just now based on your emotions? People who call themselves “empaths” are not what I’m talking about. I mean… there’s always going to be some people who take it too far. Does that mean all feminists hate all men? No. Probably just the most extreme ones. They’re like the female version of red pillers. If you have prejudice against half of the world’s population based on your own anecdotal observations and your emotions, that is prejudice and it’s wrong. You’re a misogynist. I’m not gonna coddle you and pretend like you’re not a misogynist just because it makes you upset.

Again, you assume what is really going on in their minds and with their feelings, but you don’t KNOW how they feel. Nope, it goes like this: Misogynist with poor social skills tries to pick up a woman and she rejects him -> man’s ego is hurt -> man refuses to self-evaluate and blames woman -> look for echo chamber -> find redpill -> misogyny intensifies -> man goes back out to pick up women with PUA skills and only attracts outlier weirdos who are totally superficial -> man falls further down the rabbit hole of misogyny

/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 07:09 PM

Lol I am going to think really hard about who it could be, but I won’t make you tell me
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 07:05 PM

What??? You didn’t even ask a question We feel sexual desire. Just not “visceral lust.” Why can you not wrap your head around this? Think of it like this. A woman enjoys eating food and loves to savor a fine dish. Men devour whatever they can get because they’re starving. I do not envy men.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 07:04 PM
1

I don’t think a woman is empowered for having casual sex. You’re using women because you are using them. You’re using them for sex. You think they’re sluts and you lie to them to get what you want. That is sociopath behavior. All of those concepts are real and apparently apply to you. You’re just upset because you feel uncomfortable being confronted with the fact that you’re a bigot.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 07:01 PM
5

No, dude. Like I said, do not assume that a woman is “viscerally lusting” when she thinks a guy is hot. If they laughed like they were joking, they were probably joking. Stop assuming you can read women’s minds. They don’t think like you.

/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 06:39 PM

I think it’s sad that incels exist and that some men literally lose control of their mental faculties because of a hormone overload. There’s no advantage to this, kiddo. To have self control is to be human.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 06:37 PM

You’re dangerous because you are using women for sex and potentially emotionally damaging them. Misogyny is a real thing that has a dictionary definition. If you are prejudiced against women, which you are clearly demonstrating, then you meet that definition. Take it up with Webster.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 06:36 PM

/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 06:25 PM

Wtf OP is clearly taking about dating app data. You are wrong. Have you ever heard of external validity? Appropriate design for a research study includes making sure a sample is random and representative and large enough, which dating app data is NOT. Because the majority of adults do not use dating apps. So you’re not getting ANY data on how the majority of adults date. So you cannot generalize the dating app data to the general population.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 06:16 PM

Like do you ever feel a viscerally physical desire to get fucked by someone? I don’t. If I am emotionally attracted to a man, I will develop physical desire for them. And in the moment, when things are happening, I get turned on and such. But I’m never like… receiving a dick pic and furiously masturbating like a guy might to nudes. I would never lose all sense of decency or time and place out of desperation to fuck someone. I have literally never seen a person who was so hot I instantly got turn…

You are projecting that onto the women. You don’t know how they felt, you’re assuming it was “visceral” (not viral, dude) lust because that’s how YOU feel when you’re attracted to someone. This is insecure and paranoid.

I don't think most women ever experience "visceral lust" in the way that men think
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 05:05 AM

Dude, I am NOT asking you for dating advice. I was asking you questions to draw out the flaws in your argument. I argue that women are not assuming all men are using them. They are doing exactly what you suggest. They are aware that there’s a chance they’re being used.

What do the aunt-niece pair think about all this?
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 04:46 AM

I choose to be single. Freedom for life!

Lmao
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 04:06 AM

Lol it’s a joke. Weed is green?
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 04:02 AM

Weed can only be a green flag for obvious reasons
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 03:59 AM

So it’s my responsibility to play games and withhold my own pleasure in order to outsmart the dudes who are using me for sex.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 03:53 AM
0

I know my evidence is just as anecdotal as yours. That’s the point. Your anecdote is sad, but means literally nothing in the big picture. There is no meaning to you saying your anecdote is “way worse” than my anecdote.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 03:50 AM

For real. If weed is trashy, then so is alcohol
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 03:31 AM

Lmfao
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 03:30 AM

Dirty fingernails? What if they just have a dirty job or they like gardening or something?
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 03:30 AM

Rudeness to service workers is a huge red flag!
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 03:29 AM

What do you mean by “trashy?” Because if the question were just like trashy as in bad taste, then neck tattoos and appearance things would be relevant. But if we mean trashy as in being a shitty person, that is 100% behavior. Trashy is as trashy does.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 03:28 AM
2

I won the argument hours ago, you just haven’t realized it yet. I’m just throwing sense at a brick wall.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 03:22 AM
2

Bro you have no reasoning skills.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 03:08 AM
3

Exactly. There’s literally no way to tell when you first start dating a guy if he’s a scumbag or not because he could always be pretending. I’ve had conversations with red pill guys here who have waited for months for the chance that eventually a girl would sleep with him. So even that doesn’t necessarily mean the guy you’re seeing actually gives a shit about you.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 03:06 AM
4

Or if men like… start thinking with their brains instead of their dicks. You probably hate arguing with liberals because you don’t enjoy looking like a fool
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 03:03 AM
3

Wooooow dude
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 03:01 AM
2

That’s very lazy analysis for a couple of reasons. First, it is widely accepted that rape is significantly under-reported. Second, the entire female population includes babies and elderly ladies and they’re obviously not all equally at risk of date rape in any given year.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 02:49 AM
1

The most common thing is to just have a random man make a sexual comment or cat call. It happens literally anywhere. I’ve been cat called in the hospital. Nobody around cares. Do you understand what “anecdotal evidence” is and why it’s basically meaningless on a large scale?
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 02:41 AM
4

Where is your brain, dude? You can control whether or not you sleep with a woman. If you don’t like hookup culture, then YOU SHOULD NOT HOOKUP WITH WOMEN. You have control over that.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 02:39 AM
3

Again: ONE IN FIVE WOMEN GET RAPED BY A DATE IN THEIR LIFETIME. That is a 20% lifetime risk. Math, dude. Jesus Christ.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 02:37 AM
7

I’m not. But I still want don’t want to be with someone who’s only interested in sex. So how do I weed them out?
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 02:36 AM
1

Did I want to have sex with him? Yes.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 02:33 AM
2

You pulled that straight out of your ass. Citation needed.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 02:32 AM
4

Only because men choose not to
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 02:30 AM
3

What if you don’t want to wait three months? Are you seeing the problem here?
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 02:28 AM
3

You are seriously comparing spending money on dates to the risk of getting raped. That’s silly.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 02:25 AM
3

I’m not a mind-reader, bro. And neither are you. Personally, I have never been much bothered by how “hot” my partners are. Whether or not I desire to have sex with them is not as basic as lust. The man that I loved the most was probably the least conventionally “hot” man I’ve ever been with. But oohhhhhhh boy did I ever want him. And the tallest man with the biggest dick was actually the worst partner and terrible in bed.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 02:19 AM
3

That’s a very misogynistic opinion. So women need to be held accountable, but we’re giving a pass to the men. Cool.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 02:18 AM
4

So men DO have the power to stop hookup culture, they’re just choosing not to. But you go ahead and keep pretending it’s all the women’s fault. 🙄
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 02:17 AM
1

And do you feel even the slightest twinge of guilt for lying in order to get sex? Because that’s what a terrible person would do.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 02:15 AM
5

What if you don’t want to wait six months?
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 02:14 AM
10

Lmfao oh really?? So if men stopped sleeping with women, hookup culture would continue anyway? That wouldn’t stop it?
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 02:10 AM
9

That would rely on the assumption that ALL women are going to completely shut down ALL access to sex without commitment. And then you’d have to assume that none of these men are going to pretend to commit and then just move on quickly to the next woman anyway. Your theory is just not realistic or plausible
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 02:08 AM
12

The estimate is that around 20% of women experience DATE RAPE in their lifetimes. I would LOVE for women to not have to worry about this. You’re just victim blaming by pretending like women are “in bad faith” by just being more careful to avoid GETTING FUCKING RAPED. It’s completely bonkers and delusional that you think men are the ones taking a risk here.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 02:04 AM
10

We’re not taking about random strangers, buddy. Women are more likely to get raped BY THEIR DATE. That is the risk. What risk do you take on?
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 01:57 AM
1

Has that one specific thing happened to me? No. That doesn’t mean I have not been sexually harassed in public by men like a zillion times. Use logic, bro
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 01:55 AM
4

I’m a pediatrician and I see married couples with kids ALL DAY LONG. Many, many, many couples are hot women with average-looking guys. Women tend to value things like sense of humor, competency, kindness, etc. So being hot is definitely not the only way men can attract hot women.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 01:53 AM
6

It was already there. Didn’t cause it like you originally said
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 01:50 AM
4

Why would women being more selective prevent them from sleeping with “Chad and Tyrone?” That would require the men to be more selective.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 01:49 AM
8

Trust issues and fear of commitment have existed loooooooong before “hookup culture.” If anything it’s the exact opposite. Hookup culture exists because people don’t want to commit.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 01:47 AM
3

It depends on how much weight you’re trying to lose and if you want to KEEP the weight off. Most people can temporarily lose weight. Very, very few of them are able to keep it off.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 01:44 AM
8

When I decided I wanted to make more money, I went to school and got a job that would pay me six figures. It was absolutely something I had control over.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 01:43 AM
7

I’m sure you aren’t looking for a woman who checks your boxes, huh?
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 01:42 AM
13

I’m sorry… women don’t assume any risk when they start dating a new guy??? We assume risk when we walk alone at night. There is a REASON why women are careful.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 01:42 AM
3

What if you don’t want to wait a year? Then how do you weed them out?
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 01:39 AM
5

In the sense that society values women for their appearance, so for a lot of women looking hot is the only way they feel like get any acceptance. Men are generally gonna be just fine being fat or bald or short or whatever.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 01:14 AM
5

Nice anecdote. Can confirm red pill guys are hella fucking creepy and all women experience sexual harassment. It’s not a “sometimes” thing.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 01:09 AM
1

Do you tell the women you sleep with that you think they’re degenerate sluts? Or do you lie?
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 01:08 AM
0

From a woman’s perspective, I have literally never met a red pill guy who didn’t say absolutely horrible, atrocious shit about women
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 01:06 AM
2

You’re not exactly a catch yourself with that attitude about women. Fucking gross.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 12:53 AM
1

Are you sure you’re a red piller? The general rule with these guys is they believe that women aren’t good friends. Like red pill = disrespecting women. That is obvious. So… I guess in that sense you only disrespect the women you date.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 12:52 AM
2

That isn’t what happened and you’re just being pedantic. Bye.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 12:50 AM
1

How is “escaping the red pill” materially different from escaping women is “the red pill” is just a description of women????
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 12:36 AM
1

Lmfao your point was that it’s an ANALOGY. You’re just being pedantic Either way, he is comparing being married to living on land you don’t own
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 12:33 AM
6

I know, right? It’s like he’s skipping the whole step where he actually has to convince some poor woman to marry him first
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 12:30 AM
2

It means that I can’t comprehend what you’re saying if you’re saying gibberish
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 12:29 AM
0

You’re the one who phrased it as “escaping” western women
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 12:26 AM
1

The laws are still based on that. And many people WANT the wife to stay home. And even when women DO work, their husbands still expect them to do the cooking and cleaning.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 12:25 AM
1

I think you missed the point that this system is based on the traditional view (espoused by many red pillers) that women are supposed to be homemakers and not work. If someone is supporting you with housework while you go get money, then you owe them
/r/PurplePillDebate30/12/23 11:47 PM
1

I love men. I just hate the red pill. You’re the one who is disgusting. Byeeeee
/r/PurplePillDebate30/12/23 11:44 PM
1

You’re the one who said something stupid, kiddo
/r/PurplePillDebate30/12/23 11:43 PM

Bahahahahahaha you are definitely wrong
/r/PurplePillDebate30/12/23 11:43 PM
1

Lol you think you have to escape western women
/r/PurplePillDebate30/12/23 11:10 PM
1

How did you reach that conclusion?
/r/PurplePillDebate30/12/23 11:10 PM
2

How do you think American women compare to other western women, though?
/r/PurplePillDebate30/12/23 11:09 PM
5

If your wife supported you while you “built things,” then she deserves some of your money. The concept behind it is that traditionally you marry a woman and she feeds you and takes care of you while you work. And during that time, she is not accumulating any wealth of her own. So when you get divorced, the woman is fucked. She gave you years of her life at her own expense and now has nothing and has to somehow support herself on her own now. So you legally have to pay her back for that.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/12/23 09:39 PM
1

Cool. No one wants to marry you anyway.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/12/23 09:34 PM
5

Oh, you’re probably right. Yeah, none of them get it. They just want to believe women are at fault for all of their problems.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/12/23 09:33 PM

You’re not very intelligent
/r/PurplePillDebate30/12/23 09:32 PM
1

Sometimes it’s just part of your job. I know I meet and speak to easily 10+ new people a day in my line of work. Not that I would date any of them. But still. I don’t think 1-3 is an unreasonable number at all.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/12/23 09:20 PM
2

Lovely to see a normal man posting here! Thank you for your mental clarity and common sense. Thank god most guys in the real world are more like you.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/12/23 09:18 PM
4

Then what are you complaining about?
/r/PurplePillDebate30/12/23 09:06 PM
6

Hmmmmm. So it seems like some women were murdering their husbands as a means to escape the marriage. And men kill their wives because… unclear
/r/PurplePillDebate30/12/23 09:04 PM
11

She can if you’re the one at fault
/r/PurplePillDebate30/12/23 09:03 PM
3

You’re projecting, son Like you literally just said she could CHEAT on you and take your money in a divorce. But, like you point out, the person at fault gets nothing. So the cheater gets nothing.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/12/23 09:00 PM
3

So you’re saying you deliberately wrote a poor metaphor so people would ask you to clarify? Seems… not smart
/r/PurplePillDebate30/12/23 08:59 PM
7

Perhaps you don’t understand the legal implications of marriage
/r/PurplePillDebate30/12/23 08:57 PM
2

Then take that up with the men who wrote the alimony laws. Changing the rules for divorce will just force you to stay with a partner you don’t want.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/12/23 08:55 PM
4

Many of us made exactly that choice. Fuck marriage.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/12/23 08:55 PM
5

So similarly, if a man wanted a divorce because he was unhappy… you don’t think he should legally be allowed to leave?
/r/PurplePillDebate30/12/23 08:54 PM
1

They obviously think they should be able to trap their wives
/r/PurplePillDebate30/12/23 08:53 PM
0

🙄 Right. So bring that to its conclusion. You want a woman who legally CANNOT leave you. So… like owning the land. Do see how the metaphor is fucked? No? Okay cool.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/12/23 08:52 PM
3

Huzzah! I wonder if domestic violence against women has gone down at all…
/r/PurplePillDebate30/12/23 08:50 PM
0

Durr. I’m not a goddamn idiot. The metaphor itself is questionable.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/12/23 08:49 PM
-12

Men are included in society. Men need to change = society needs to change
/r/PurplePillDebate30/12/23 08:14 PM
2

Is it true that people only wonder why women fail? I don’t think so
/r/PurplePillDebate30/12/23 08:13 PM
1

No, there’s a middle ground where some men aren’t fuck boys or desperate simps. Normal men just date and get married at some point.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/12/23 08:12 PM
1

BECOME unempathetic? More like some men never have much empathy to begin with. It just doesn’t occur to empathetic people to mistreat their partners.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/12/23 08:10 PM
0

Explain the sentence I quoted. Wtf do you mean by “living on land you’ll never own?” Why did you use that as a metaphor for marriage?
/r/PurplePillDebate30/12/23 08:04 PM
9

Is it beautiful when a person is in an abusive marriage and they can’t leave because their partner won’t give them a divorce? Because that’s how it worked before no-fault divorce. Also terrible for children. A single parent is better than being exposed to domestic abuse.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/12/23 08:02 PM
11

So you want to trap her instead
/r/PurplePillDebate30/12/23 08:00 PM
-4

You’re the one who made a questionable statement. Explain yourself.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/12/23 07:59 PM
8

Dating app data is fundamentally flawed. Your sample is biased because it only selects people who use dating apps, which is only like 30% of people. You cannot externalize or generalize the results. #geteducated
/r/PurplePillDebate30/12/23 07:57 PM
5

“Living on land you’ll never own?” Are you saying you want to own your wife?
/r/PurplePillDebate30/12/23 07:47 PM
17

So if you were unhappy in marriage, you want to be legally stuck in it?
/r/PurplePillDebate30/12/23 07:43 PM
1

It’s not that they have “lower standards,” they’re just less experienced and thus naive. It’s easier for shitty PUA guys to pick up naive, inexperienced women.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/12/23 12:53 PM

SOME women choose bad partners. Most women don’t.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/12/23 06:39 PM
1

Some people will never understand the difference between stats and anecdotes. One woman bad = all women whores
/r/PurplePillDebate29/12/23 01:28 AM
1

That’s two professionals in a studio. Prostitution would involve sexual contact with many members of the public. Part of the problem here is you’re trying to apply some sort of precise logic to morality laws. There’s no logic. It’s emotional. The lawmakers are looking at it from the point of view of they don’t want the general public having sexual contact with sex workers. Doesn’t have to make a ton of sense.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/12/23 05:01 AM
1

Probably because actual sexual contact with a prostitute is deemed more of a problem than just watching a video of them
/r/PurplePillDebate27/12/23 03:07 AM
1

I don’t think “we” do see them differently. I always see these same red pill manosphere guys calling porn stars sluts and whores. They’re not respected by any stretch of the imagination.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/12/23 02:07 AM
1

Could you imagine how the public would react if pornography were outlawed?
/r/PurplePillDebate26/12/23 10:42 PM
1

I always felt like it was more basic and puritanical than that. Even men who want to use prostitutes still look down on them. Women bad. Women having sex worse. Women having lots of sex and getting paid even worse!!!!
/r/PurplePillDebate26/12/23 03:05 PM
1

It feels really good to say “fuck you” to bigots. That’s why I do it. Just to give them a hard time.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/12/23 04:43 AM
1

No, “misogynists bad.” That’s it. I’m anti-bigotry of all kinds. So yeah, I tell people to their faces when they’re being a bigot. If you spout hate speech against women (which is like 90% of the boys here,) I will tell you to your face that you are a bigot. Because bigots should always get called out. I don’t give a shit what you think about it, bro.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/12/23 03:46 AM
1

Super ironic coming from a man on this forum, lmfao And yeah, I resent patriarchy and the oppression of women. Like any morally upright person should. I hope MEN get better.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/12/23 02:54 AM
1

Bahahahaha. Suuuuuuuure. Why do women NEED men to “give them” comfortable lives? We don’t actually need that anymore. We did IN THE PAST because men didn’t allow women into the kinds of jobs you need to support yourself. Women also used to not be able to own property or apply for a credit card. So men put women in a situation where they were dependent and then called that “traditional” and “right” when really it’s just a means to control women. Similarly, do we need men to protect us? From what,…
/r/PurplePillDebate25/12/23 02:43 AM
2

OP, you can apply all of these same conclusions to a lot of men as well. I would love to hear where you “studied” about this lmfao
/r/PurplePillDebate25/12/23 02:30 AM
1

Many married women I know have to take care of their husbands as if they were children. If that isn’t unconditional love, I don’t know what is
/r/PurplePillDebate25/12/23 02:25 AM
2

The basic situation: traditional values like this objectify women. It’s not a black pill for women, it’s just sociology
/r/PurplePillDebate25/12/23 02:24 AM
2

So all we have learned here is that OP still doesn’t understand women 🙄
/r/PurplePillDebate25/12/23 02:22 AM
5

“Avoidant” is probably the more psychologically accurate term for that
/r/PurplePillDebate25/12/23 01:30 AM
5

What does it fucking matter that old women used to be young? So they get used for sex when they’re young and then their partner leaves them for a younger woman when she gets too old for them. So she got treated as a sex object and abandoned. Hopefully she had more going for her than her family because it’s really hard for a stay at home mom to go back into the workforce after being out to raise kids and wipe her husband’s ass for like 18 years. Compare that situation with young men. So the fuck …
/r/PurplePillDebate25/12/23 12:46 AM
6

I like to specify “some men” or “red pill men.” There are tons of amazing men out there. Not in the red pill community, obviously. But there are way more normies out there who are great guys.

Except that’s ridiculous because there are also a lot of women out there who desperately want to settle down and get married and they can’t. They can find a hook up and have sex via online dating. But that doesn’t cure loneliness. They can’t find a partner. So… lots of women are lonely.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/12/23 12:36 AM
22

The point is that these red pill doofs are always saying “women do X” and it’s always completely made up nonsense. Like in the case of this thread “Women are disgusted by lonely men.” What a brain dead thing to say
/r/PurplePillDebate24/12/23 11:32 PM
9

When you look at the stats, it’s young men and older women who are lonely. Men have SO MUCH empathy for lonely women that older men just leave them and go after the young girls. That’s how they end up alone. Or you could be like me and decide that a man wouldn’t bring anything useful to the table and would only come with expectations of me taking care of them. I need that like I need a hole in the head. Being single makes me much happier with my life overall.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/12/23 11:23 PM

Lol self-sufficient as in like… doing your own laundry?
/r/PurplePillDebate24/12/23 11:18 PM

Lol what do you mean? Men are famously empathetic and understanding to lonely cat ladies! Lmao
/r/PurplePillDebate24/12/23 11:16 PM

Truth
/r/PurplePillDebate24/12/23 11:13 PM

As always, sweeping statements about men do X and women do Y are usually based on the poster’s personal life. Did a woman “turn her nose up” at OP’s loneliness? Then all women are guilty of this.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/12/23 11:09 PM

Women like compliments when they seem genuine
/r/PurplePillDebate24/12/23 06:46 PM

Are you saying things that are primitive can’t be gross? Because that’s definitely not true. The whole point of being a human is that we have some level of choice in our actions. You’re not a slave to your sexual urges dude. Don’t date children. HOW OLD ARE YOU. Because I will never respect your opinion on this is you are younger than like 25. If you’re a kid, you have no business talking about what old men are attracted to.

How old are you? Seriously. Because I have never spoken to another human who has not experienced this phenomenon. Age is relative. Your perception of age changes as you get older. When you’re ten years old, a 20 year-old seems like an adult to you. When you’re 30, the same age group seems like kids. So my question for you is: ARE YOU AN ADULT?
/r/PurplePillDebate24/12/23 12:43 PM
-1

Yeah, you keep telling yourself that. Unfortunately for you, it’s all true and this is what real people in the real world are thinking when you become an old man chasing after young girls. You’re an old perv.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/12/23 12:34 PM
0

I just did explain it. It’s gross because when you’re like 30, a 20 year-old seems like a teenager. And when you’re 40, a 20 year-old seems like a child. Do you understand?
/r/PurplePillDebate24/12/23 12:30 PM
2

Anything that starts with a “cold approach” is a mistake, imo. Nobody wants a telemarketing approach to dating.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/12/23 12:37 AM

Hahahahahaha. And men are okay with being ANY woman’s whore at any moment. So why exactly would we want to put in effort and emotionally invest in that?
/r/PurplePillDebate24/12/23 12:12 AM

Lmfao you think women are MORE shallow? As opposed to men who often times ONLY care about looks? At least women give a shit about the personality.

The compliments are always meaningless, so we use different criteria to pick from all of these dudes.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/12/23 12:09 AM

Like the ancient “I’ll bet you say that to all the girls” cliche. Women have always known a compliment from a man is worthless.

It depends on how young they are and how old you are. If you could be her father, that’s gross. It’s like saying you would be attracted to your own daughter. And obviously if you’re attracted to minors, that’s fucked up. Like as I get older, young people look younger and younger to me. An 18 year-old literally LOOKS like a child to me still. And it just gets worse as I get older. So it feels literally disgusting to me to think of guys (boys, really,) that age as potential sexual partners.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/12/23 11:56 PM

Lol no. I’m not saying there’s something wrong with them for getting a divorce. I’m saying there’s something wrong with AFTER getting divorced, going back and choosing women who are basically children compared to you. Gross. Creepy. Immature. Red flag. So you want a younger, hotter woman because she will be easier to control and not experienced enough to realize you’re a bad partner. She’ll figure it out at some point, she’ll leave you, and you’ll have to find someone young enough to be your gra…

It’s not that it’s harder for a man to date a woman his own age. The problem is they either couldn’t get a partner their own age when they were young (otherwise they would have an older wife already) or they are single again in their old age and are CHOOSING to go after what are basically young girls comparatively. It’s just like broadcasting that they want a fuck toy, not an actual partner. That’s why there’s something wrong with them.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/12/23 06:45 PM

Yeah, but why is a man that age not already in a long-term relationship with a woman his own age? If men are always attracted to young women, then you would think they would date and marry a young woman while they’re still young. If they couldn’t manage to do that, then you think there must be something wrong with them that they didn’t find a partner when they were young. So that’s a red flag. Alternately, they were already married at some point and are now old and back on the market trying to p…

don't you see the irony of that statement? "I don' hate cake. I just hate eating it, touching it and looking at it" Bro, getting sent a dick pic (which is crazy rude) is pretty clearly not the same thing as eating or touching a dick that you are having consensual sexual contact with. Don’t be fucking dense. why? Because the internet is full of examples of women gushing about how hot they find male bodies in various ways. They just don’t like dick pics. Why are traditional values what they are? Ask the patriarchy, bro. It didn’t get this way because of women’s opinions on men. This is like hundreds of years of patriarchy shaping these views.

What? What do you mean “openly misogynistic men don’t struggle with those traits?” Where are you getting that from? You are making an unsupported logical leap to go straight from “openly misogynistic” to “men in prison.” Those aren’t necessarily the same group of people. Besides, attractive men in prison might get attention from weirdos, but the vast majority of women are not into prisoners, so it’s not a good point. I don’t know wtf a “chadfishing experiment” is. Dude, this is so fucking dumb. …

That is not how logic works, bro. Correlation is not causation. If you look at the study YOU cited, they are NOT evaluating whether or not women are attracted to misogyny. They are evaluating whether being “involuntarily celibate” is associated with more misogyny. And as it turned out, it’s the Dark Triad, psychopath, PUA types who have lots of hook-ups are more likely to be extremely misogynistic than incels. Nowhere in here are they saying that misogyny is attractive to women. I swear, you man…

Right. Misogyny is unattractive. Correlation does not equal causation. That means that your data does not imply that these men are “more successful with women” BECAUSE they’re misogynistic. Have you been to school ever? Or learned anything about research or logic? Look at the study. How do they measure “success?” They’re NOT measuring success. They’re measuring number of sexual partners. So we’re not talking about success in relationships or attraction or anything. This is just saying that misog…

Pedantic. The point being: dating is NOT more fun for women. A huge number of allegedly grown-ass men act like sex-obsessed teenagers and try all kinds of uncomfortable (sometimes scary and/or threatening) things to get a woman to sleep with them. And women get sent unsolicited dick pics all the goddamn time. It sucks.

that is literally what it means, dicks are the most "sexual" part of the body, so if women are repulsed by dicks then what else would that mean? Women aren’t repulsed by penises. They don’t like dick pics. and it's not like they are into male bodies in any other way, so why would i assume anything else? Are you trolling? Seriously? You’re the one who’s fucking dumb. I literally just explained to you that not wanting dick pics DOES NOT MEAN A WOMAN ISN’T ATTRACTED TO MEN. Like you have to be genuinely mentally deficient to not understand this. Out of curiosity, let’s say you’re right (you are not right) and women aren’t attracted to men. WHAT THE FUCK DO YOU WANT TO DO ABOUT IT? It’s not like you can FORCE a person to be attracted to someone they’re not attracted to. So what’s your solution.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/12/23 11:36 PM

Why the fuck is this the woman’s fault? Just don’t send them dick pics. Why do you NEED to send dick pics?

So you’re definitely like 12 years old, right? Has it ever occurred to you that women find different things attractive? Like yeah, you want a picture of naked women. Men are more into visual stimulation. Women tend to read their porn. It doesn’t mean they are “attracted less.” They are just attracted DIFFERENTLY. So the problem is not that women don’t find your dick pics stimulating. The problem is that YOU are upset that no one wants your dick pics. Sorry guy. Figure out how to actually attract…
/r/PurplePillDebate21/12/23 10:10 PM

Yeah, obviously women don’t want dick picks. SO STOP SENDING THEM. It doesn’t mean women aren’t ever attracted to men. It just means that dick picks are insanely rude. Like maybe they don’t have “value” from a red pill point of view, but from a normal human point of view, there are many more ways a person is valuable. Or even that there is no such thing as a human without value. There’s no basic respect for humanity in TRP mindset

Okay, just please recognize that your entire post and title is complaining that the woman isn’t compromising, but now that we’ve talked it out, you are admitting that you are the one expecting her to compromise while you bring nothing to the table except demanding sex. Do you have an issue with women asking you to do “excessive” cleaning? This doesn’t seem like a real problem. It seems like you think if helping with cleaning is a chore for you, then a woman sleeping with you a chore for her. Like that’s the trade off. I just don’t understand where you are coming to the conclusion that the woman in this scenario is not compromising anything, but you are???
/r/PurplePillDebate21/12/23 02:06 AM

I’m sorry, I just don’t think you’re making sense. I genuinely don’t understand what part of this is a compromise you think the woman needs to make. It sounds like she’s the only one compromising and you will maybe help out with SOME of the chores but not all of them. So all you would have to do is a job and maybe some chores. Meanwhile, you expect her to have a job, put up with having sex with you, do most of the chores, and also raise the kids. What part of this is YOU compromising? What would…

/r/PurplePillDebate21/12/23 12:47 AM

It’s not “a young woman’s world,” OP. It’s A MAN’S WORLD. Always has been. None of this is under the woman’s control, it’s all about making women comply with men’s sexual appetites. Young women get preyed on by gross old men who could be their fathers and then they get abandoned for the newer model when they get “too old.” And men just expect us to coddle their wrinkled, sagging balls until they need Viagra to function and can only do one position. It’s always about what the man wants.

I’m confused. You’ll both do less what? Chores? So like if she doesn’t feel like sleeping with you, you’ll just let your house get dirty? Or are you saying that if she sleeps with you less, you will do fewer chores?

So you refuse to help with chores unless your wife pretends to like sleeping with you. That’s not crazy lmfao

Right. So women work these jobs which are difficult, make less money than their partners, then come home and are expected to also be primarily responsibly for housework and childcare. In what other way do you want them to compromise? After all of that work, you also expect them to give you sex on demand?

Generally, most women are not thinking about the patriarchy. They just exist within it. They are told they should want love and marriage and a family. And those things can be great. But ultimately the reason why women have needed marriage to survive in patriarchy is because otherwise they would be stuck with all of the burden of raising children alone. If …

The reason why women have needed men for resources is because of the traditional patriarchal system where the man works and the woman stays home and relies on him to provide. Up until the last century, women were basically not allowed to work jobs that would support them without a man. No bank accounts, no property, no job. Just get pregnant and make dinner. So if you want to understand WHO made women dependent on men, it was MEN. Probably because, as we’re currently finding out, if you actually…

/r/PurplePillDebate14/12/23 09:03 PM

That’s a fucking stupid way to approach women. How are you supposed to learn how to relax around them and treat them like normal humans if you only see them as potential sex? Nobody wants to be treated like a fast food item that men only want when they’re horny what the actual fuck.

Of course YOU think so
/r/PurplePillDebate14/12/23 08:39 PM

Regardless, it’s definitely not the woman’s fault. She’s just being normal and pleasant. And they always get all upset about it and act like it’s your fault for smiling when you say hi to them
/r/PurplePillDebate14/12/23 08:36 PM

I’ve seen a lot of weirdos on this very form complain about being settled for and at the same also have an insane list of requirements for women. So to me it seems like the exact same “manosphere” population. Because the guys who DON’T have insane expectations are definitely not the ones who think women are “settling for them.” Those are the sane, normal men. So… not this population here.

The point being: men also do this to women
/r/PurplePillDebate14/12/23 05:47 PM

It seems from my experience that part of the problem is that some men seem to catch “feelings” for any woman who is kind to them, so… it’s like maybe men shouldn’t approach every woman as a possibility for sex.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/12/23 05:43 PM
2

Or maybe you just can’t admit you’re wrong. Bye.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/12/23 07:09 PM
2

Do you not understand that the study’s conception of “sexual entitlement” (that is not the term the study is using) is defined by the way they measure it? OP posted a study that shows results from the FSSI, so the most accurate way to understand the results is to understand what questions they asked on the FSSI. Basically, they are not asking women “are you entitled to sex?” They are asking them if it would hurt their feelings if they were having sex with someone who neglected their sexual needs…
/r/PurplePillDebate12/12/23 06:52 PM
3

The thing is, the study is using the FSSI to measure “sexual entitlement” as you put it. So it DOES MATTER what the FSSI is actually measuring. I actually went back and READ the actual study that all of this is based on: https://0201.nccdn.net/1_2/000/000/0ab/0e7/pwq_paper.pdf They define “sexual pleasure” as “a sense of well-being derived from the experience of being sexual” on page 126. So more complicated than just “I am entitled to sex.” To understand the concept in the most relevant matter,…
/r/PurplePillDebate12/12/23 06:31 PM
3

The grammar of your question makes no sense. Again, I am not arguing on the definition of the word “entitlement.” I am saying the things that women feel entitled to are not what OP and you are assuming them to be. You answer my question: how does the study define “sexual pleasure.”
/r/PurplePillDebate12/12/23 06:03 PM
5

What do you think the study defines “sexual pleasure” as? Hint: it’s not orgasms. The point being, you have to actually READ the study. If the study is based on the FSSI, then you need to READ THAT TOO. Otherwise, you’re making assumptions like OP.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/12/23 05:53 PM
7

Loooool no. OP doesn’t understand what he’s talking about and clearly has never read the relevant questions in the FSSI. Sorry, you can’t just be science illiterate and make up the meaning of terms.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/12/23 05:41 PM

If you read the actual study, you would realize that the “entitlement” they’re talking about is not being entitled to “the use of another person for one’s sexual pleasure.” Sexual pleasure in this context of the FSSI (which is what all these studies use) is more about a feeling of well-being and positive intimacy with your partner. So it’s more like… women feel “entitled” to their partners giving a shit about their needs. Which is a very different thing from saying women feel entitled to use men…

You didn’t look it up though, did you? If you actually read the questions they ask on the FSSI about partner entitlement, it’s clearly NOT what you’re assuming it to be. They’re taking about stuff like whether women feel hurt if their partners don’t care about meeting the woman’s sexual needs. This is NOT like how you’re framing it like “women feel entitled to men.” That’s definitely not what any of these studies are showing.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/12/23 05:02 PM

What do you think the phrase “entitlement to partner sexual pleasure” means in the context of this research? Because it seems like you didn’t look into that part. It doesn’t mean what you think it does.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/12/23 04:58 PM

“Research shows that women feel more entitled to men than vice versa.” Wow, good job misunderstanding the study and leaping to the conclusion you want.

Even the poor male chumps had higher status then a woman. Sorry, kiddo. It is you who does not know shit.

The data kinda makes it look like “average” people have sex like once a week. Is that not enough for you? Anecdotal You’re talking about the 18-24 age group, who are still basically teenagers. It’s fine if some of them are not having sex. A good chunk of them are probably virgins.

Well, no. You’re wrong. Not everybody was oppressed in the same ways or at the same periods of time. “Men” as a group, have always been the dominant group. And they still are. You’re a whiny little bitch comparing your dating troubles to what women and POCs still deal with. You’re just naive and self-involved, so you don’t understand.

POC are in a very similar position to women in terms of historical oppression and bigotry.

No, I’m not saying that. I’m saying that it’s not just providing historical context. It continues to have actual effects on society. This is ultimately the difference between men and women’s relationship problems. Women continue to struggle with the effects of systemic misogyny and the constant threat of violence. Men’s problems are more emotional, learning how to work on themselves and develop empathy and such.

I got like halfway through a detailed response to your post. But then as I was deleting my own text from the copy paste, I must have hit something on my keyboard and it deleted the whole damn thing. I am not going to start over from scratch. But my main points: You are actually arguing that it’s reasonable for red pill guys to blame women for their relationship problems. The oppression of women is not a thing in the distant past. It’s intellectually lazy for you to just declare “it was changed” …

Do you not believe that you have to become a “high value man” because women only want hot rich guys?

Part of the reason why it’s hard to have empathy for red pill guys is because they don’t actually blame themselves for their state, they blame women. How am I supposed to be like “oh, poor baby” to someone who believes women are like evil, conniving, selfish manipulators? Even this post, while not explicitly saying there’s something evil and bad about women, it’s still blaming women. Like it’s OUR fault these guys are misogynists because when they complain and shit on women all day, we don’t res…

Humans are social animals, dude. They won’t like you if you can’t treat them with respect. It’s that simple. Go live in a cave if you don’t like it.

Okay and people make videos about all kinds of bullshit behavior. Videos about Karens yelling in public are a dime a dozen. This is the reality we live in. Sorry.

You’re delusional about your rationalization that it’s okay to be “glancing” at a stranger over and over again. It’s not. It’s creepy. No matter what label you put on it, it’s CREEPY.

I’m not trying to talk about the goddamn videos, dude. I’m talking about YOUR rationalization of repeatedly “glancing” at strangers. It’s creep behavior. I will not be responding to you anymore.

My comments in this thread have been about your claims in the OP that it’s not staring or rude to be ogling a woman at the gym as long as you look away every few seconds. You keep trying to talk to me about the social media aspect of it, which you are freaking out about, and I keep trying to tell you that I don’t care and that’s not my point.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/12/23 04:29 PM

I mean… you are the one getting all upset because I said the word “crisis.” So which is it? Do you think this is an important issue or not. I’ve certainly never told you not to discuss it. I’m just telling you that you are still staring even if you look away from time to time and you are apparently creeping people out.

What planet did you grow up on where nobody taught you that there are social expectations of not being a dick to other people? This is not me ENFORCING CONTROL over you. This is just normal human socialization. We try to encourage people not to be sociopaths who make everyone around them miserable. If you have an issue with that, that’s just you failing to be normal.

Okay, but I’m not arguing that point about the videos. I’m arguing that you’re crazy for thinking it’s okay to be checking women out at the gym and make them uncomfortable as long as you look away every few seconds. That shit is crazy.

What do you mean “y’all already got filming in the gym banned.” How the fuck am I responsible for that? My point has never been that these women are doing the right thing by filming these guys in the gym. My point is that OP is clearly delusional about whether it’s polite to stare at people in public (it’s not.)
/r/PurplePillDebate07/12/23 02:16 PM

Lol who’s a white knight? OP clearly doesn’t know what “innocuous” means because he thinks it’s okay to stare for a prolonged period as long as you look away for a few seconds. AS A WOMAN, I can promise you it comes of as creepy (sometimes even full on scary) and not innocuous

No, dude. We are on the level of like… not shoving past people on the sidewalk or burping in someone’s face when they talk to you. You’re being a dick and causing discomfort for someone. The so-called “social contract” is basically like saying “hey, if you act like this, we’re not gonna put up with your shit.” People may not like you or want to be around you or work with you if you can’t just behave like an adult human. And this includes ogling women.

You made an upset Reddit post about it, so….

They’re not CONTROLLING where you look. You are making a choice about what to do with your own eyeballs. You do not get to tell them they’re wrong to feel uncomfortable. You may suffer social consequences if you break the social contract by being an impolite creeper in public. The whole social media thing isn’t something I know about. I’ve seen one tiktok ever where this happened. And I also never made a comment about her behavior. That’s a specific situation.

No, but I never said that was polite
