They’re not all boring. Many of these red pill guys are like floridly insane, which is definitely interesting

I’m not convinced you know what a Motte and Bailey is either. Why don’t you try to spell out what you think is actually going on. Because right now it looks like you learned about this concept last week and now you’re just shouting “Motte and Bailey” because you think it makes you sound smart.

Feminism doesn’t preach hatred of men. It literally is just the belief that the sexes should be equal. If you’re against that, you’re morally wrong.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/03/24 12:29 PM
5

Bro, why don’t you Google the word “feminism” and tell me what the definition is
/r/PurplePillDebate12/03/24 12:22 PM
2

A lot of people are wrong
/r/PurplePillDebate12/03/24 12:15 PM
2

I DO believe in egalitarianism, which is why I’m a feminist There are unsavory feminists out there. Doesn’t change the fact that feminism is BY DEFINITION about equality between the sexes
/r/PurplePillDebate12/03/24 12:07 PM
8

Feminists speak frequently about how the patriarchy has negative consequence for men as well. You seem like you’re only familiar with feminism based on what red pillers and conservatives say it is, not what it actually is
/r/PurplePillDebate12/03/24 11:57 AM
2

That’s absolutely untrue.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/03/24 11:55 AM
3

Okay so you think it’s fine to consider women inferior to men? That’s still up for debate for you?
/r/PurplePillDebate12/03/24 11:52 AM
1

Waaaaaah! Blue pill women are bad!!!!!!!!
/r/PurplePillDebate12/03/24 11:49 AM
5

Kinda, yeah
/r/PurplePillDebate12/03/24 08:26 AM
5

There isn’t actually more to it. You don’t have to be a rad fem to be a feminist.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/03/24 08:14 AM
9

Again, why are you completely ignoring the part about them doing stuff they wouldn’t otherwise do?
/r/PurplePillDebate12/03/24 08:09 AM
2

The definition of feminism is belief in the equality of the genders. Why are you afraid to say you believe in that? I don’t agree with MRA approach to men’s rights. They tend to push concepts of toxic masculinity that I think hurts men. Both men and women should be against the patriarchy because its rigid expectations hurt everyone. Feminism.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/03/24 08:07 AM
4

So when you say “not all men are equal” does that mean you think some men are superior to other men? It’s total bullshit that there are “vast” differences between men and women’s mental abilities. Absolutely factually inaccurate. There are small average differences. Just like how there are small average differences in men’s heights. You’re just completely taking out of your ass. There’s no science behind what you’re saying. And it’s morally wrong to push these false and sexist beliefs.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/03/24 08:01 AM
5

Say more about why you don’t think women are mentally equal to men. So if one man is taller than another man, you don’t believe that all men are equal? You make no sense.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/03/24 07:47 AM
3

Why shouldn’t men and women be equal? Or are you just being pedantic about the wording?
/r/PurplePillDebate12/03/24 07:38 AM
5

My thought is that the unifying belief is gender equality and that is morally unquestionable. But that doesn’t mean I think everything that’s ever been associated with feminism is automatically correct. For example, I think TERFs are wrong. But that doesn’t take away from FEMINISM, belief in the equality of the sexes, being the only possible moral position.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/03/24 07:36 AM
3

Feminism isn’t siding with one gender. It’s explicitly the belief in gender EQUALITY
/r/PurplePillDebate12/03/24 07:25 AM
8

Does egalitarianism = equality of the sexes? Because if so, then by the transitive property, egalitarianism = feminism
/r/PurplePillDebate12/03/24 07:24 AM
6

Feminism = gender equality
/r/PurplePillDebate12/03/24 07:10 AM
6

Well, why would you not believe men and women should be equal? I have NEVER seen a “self-flagellating” male feminist
/r/PurplePillDebate12/03/24 06:59 AM
1

This question is irrelevant and not the gotcha you think it is. There are many, many types of pregnancy that are not optimal. That doesn’t mean none of those women can have children.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/03/24 06:58 AM
13

Yeah, if you don’t think women should be equal to men, that’s a moral fail
/r/PurplePillDebate12/03/24 06:57 AM
7

Men and women should be equal
/r/PurplePillDebate12/03/24 06:56 AM
-5

Many men are feminist because it’s morally correct
/r/PurplePillDebate12/03/24 06:10 AM
15

Do ALL heterosexual people ignore their own needs and preferences to be more attractive? I don’t think that’s true.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/03/24 06:09 AM

If you’re making life choices based on trying to make yourself appealing to the opposite sex instead of based on your own needs and preferences, you are a “pick me.”
/r/PurplePillDebate12/03/24 05:42 AM
3

but what about WOMEN???? They’re BAD! Waaaaahhhh
/r/PurplePillDebate12/03/24 04:25 AM
1

Okay, but the fact is that women don’t instantly become barren past 30 or even 35. If you want to limit your dating pool to only girls in their twenties (younger is also higher risk,) then that’s up to you
/r/PurplePillDebate12/03/24 04:19 AM
1

Maybe it’s important to you, but not necessarily everyone considering getting married
/r/PurplePillDebate12/03/24 01:13 AM
1

That’s exactly what the conversation is about. Is there a “wall” a woman hits at 30? No. At 35? No. At 40? No. You don’t know what you’re talking about. The risks are not severe to the point that women should like… structure their entire life around making sure they get pregnant before 30. That’s just conservative patriarchal bullshit. Not supported by science. Nobody is saying “don’t tell them the risks.” But the exact discussion people are having in this thread is: is there a wall? And the ans…
/r/PurplePillDebate12/03/24 01:10 AM
1

There is a difference, but it’s not so severe that I would tell them they CANNOT have kids past 30 because they’ll hit a “wall.” That’s fucking ridiculous.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/03/24 11:46 PM

Wow. What a petty, shit thing to say. You think test scores make you a good doctor? You just proved that it doesn’t make you a good person. So we agree that women can have babies into their 40’s. Great.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/03/24 11:17 PM
1

If that’s what they want to do, I can tell them about the risk factors and help them make their own decision about it.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/03/24 11:11 PM
1

According to who? I think you should leave that to the woman and her doctor
/r/PurplePillDebate11/03/24 11:10 PM
0

I’m a pediatrician. I have an MD. I doubt you’re telling the truth. Is it true or not that women can have babies past 40? Yes, it’s true. End of discussion.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/03/24 11:08 PM
1

If a woman’s only value to you is being a baby oven, perhaps
/r/PurplePillDebate11/03/24 11:06 PM
1

And yet we deliver babies to mothers over 35 every day in the hospital I work at
/r/PurplePillDebate11/03/24 11:05 PM

Women can get pregnant into their 40’s. There is absolutely nothing wrong with having a baby if you are able and want to. I’m currently in training to be a neonatologist.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/03/24 11:04 PM
4

Bro I am in training to be a neonatologist. It’s not anywhere near extreme. You’re just uninformed.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/03/24 01:40 PM

And yet many women have babies into their 40’s
/r/PurplePillDebate11/03/24 01:39 PM

Women can have babies into their 40’s. Source: I am a medical doctor.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/03/24 01:38 PM

Lmfao okay you can’t take it seriously when a MAN makes a post insisting they know how women feel. None of the men on this forum know what the fuck they’re taking about.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/03/24 06:58 AM
6

This is a wild exaggeration. Women can have babies into their 40s, but loser guys in the manosphere still want to say they’re worthless after 30. It’s just bitter crazy talk.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/03/24 06:56 AM
2

If that’s the real wall, it definitely doesn’t happen at 30
/r/PurplePillDebate11/03/24 06:54 AM
8

Only someone in their 20’s thinks 30 is old. Lack of experience and perspective
/r/PurplePillDebate11/03/24 06:53 AM
4

They just want to find a way to diminish the value of these women’s lives
/r/PurplePillDebate11/03/24 06:51 AM
4

Definitely cope. They’ve upset themselves by deciding that young women are getting a “free ride” and so they want to punish them by pretending they lose all human value at 30. It’s just pure mental illness and misogyny.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/03/24 06:51 AM
2

Apparently red pill dudes have never heard of a pick me girl
/r/PurplePillDebate11/03/24 05:59 AM

The problem is the undocumented status that lets employers in the US pay them unfairly low wages. Not that immigrants are “accustomed to slave labor” what kind of racist bullshit is that?
/r/PurplePillDebate10/03/24 05:53 PM
1

WTF? Did you have sex with they kid while they were doing your lawn? If a person goes into sex work out of desperation, then they’re not ACTUALLY willing to sleep with you, they’re financially coerced into sleeping with you. And you take advantage of that because it’s the ONLY way you can get sex. It’s expensive rape with extra steps and literally ZERO normal people will have respect for you if you do this shit.
/r/PurplePillDebate10/03/24 05:50 PM
2

That’s the “undocumented” part that’s driving down wages, not the availability of workers, imo

Eyes on the prize!

You can’t get a woman here. Because you don’t measure up. You have to leave the country to take advantage of foreign sex workers. It’s very pathetic.
/r/PurplePillDebate09/03/24 10:28 AM
6

A guy on here once proudly bragged to me that he was able to have sex by spending 2K to travel to another continent to sleep with someone he met online. And it’s just like… how do they not see how utterly pathetic that is?
/r/PurplePillDebate09/03/24 10:27 AM

If someone has to be coerced into sleeping with you, it’s rape

I feel like when we’re talking about these women who go after men who look like models or athletes or something, we’re taking about a subset of women overall. Not everyone’s social circle involves like scoping out bodies at the gym or trying to look hot at a club or whatever the fuck these people are doing. And it’s a subset of men involved, too. There’s just like a “scene.” A subculture of people who think being some sort of greased up, plastic, hard body who drives a fancy car is like super co…
/r/PurplePillDebate08/03/24 02:38 AM

What do you mean? There’s plenty of men out there who give the same kind of advice to other men. 2XC is probably like a kind of female version of red pill. You’re gonna get upvotes on that kind of content in both circles.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/03/24 02:30 AM

I think it’s all pretty simple, but we gotta listen to all of these wild TRP conspiracy theories and paranoia and sexism

Brad can be older. He’s just not you, I guess. Sorry.
/r/PurplePillDebate08/03/24 01:14 AM

I think part of it is that younger women, for various reasons, are looking for committed relationships at an earlier age than young men. So it kinda works out that they’re at the same place in their lives as men who are bit older than them and are starting to feel ready to settle down a little later in life.

That is called victim blaming. I don’t believe ANYBODY should be blamed for getting mistreated by their partner, man or woman. Nobody deserves that. Full stop.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/03/24 08:54 PM

Yep! When you look at the stats on which ages groups are single, it all makes way more sense than the convoluted red pill stuff
/r/PurplePillDebate07/03/24 07:05 PM
1

The single women are old. That’s where the surplus goes. Old guys go after the barely legal women and take them off the dating market. Thus not enough young women for all the young men. Simple.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/03/24 06:59 PM
16

Actually this is completely stupid. If you look at the distribution of who’s single based on age group, you can see that it’s young men and older women that are more single. So the obvious explanation is that the “surplus” women are old. Young men can’t get dates because women their age are dating older guys. Has as much to do with men going after the youngest women as it has to do with women going after older men. Red pill likes to ignore how men are contributing to the situation, though, becau…

One lackluster sexual experience causes you to bail on a person immediately? As if they lose all value to you once the sex is over?

Do you even read your own posts?
/r/PurplePillDebate07/03/24 06:14 PM

Okay, you’re going with the “I am rubber, you are glue argument.” Bold choice. I’m just pointing out the obvious red flags your posts are giving off.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/03/24 06:13 PM
3

Nope, not a typo. This is so disingenuous. Do you tell women up front before you fuck them that if they don’t perform to your standards on the first sexual encounter, then you’re gone?
/r/PurplePillDebate07/03/24 06:11 PM
3

Nope. You are victim blaming.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/03/24 06:05 PM

It’s really interesting how you criticize women for NOT being able to take care of themselves, but then when someone like me comes along, you STILL want to find a reason to criticize me
/r/PurplePillDebate07/03/24 06:05 PM

Or maybe she’s insecure about her own choices and feels invalidated if she sees someone making different choices than her. It’s her problem, not mine

Red flags on you, dude. You can want a monogamous relationship and still be using women for sex

I know what DHT blockers are, bro I am not talking about hair plugs and erectile dysfunction happening at the same time to the same person. If you follow the conversation we were having, you would realize those are just examples of things men do to avoid the effects of aging

/r/PurplePillDebate07/03/24 10:45 AM

Are you single and childless? Because I can tell you from experience that other people bring it up ALL the time. Everyone assumes you’re just like them and asks about it like I give a shit. I do not. I’ve had friends try to tell me that I’m wrong and that I really do want to get married deep down.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/03/24 09:02 AM

Yeah, no biggie, they just care enough to have SURGERY to fix their hair. Clearly a sign of not giving a shit. And yeah, men are famously not neurotic about getting older. I guess you could lie and manipulate your way into sex instead. But that would make you a shitty person.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/03/24 03:18 AM

Because you’re being fake. Being fake is bad. Most people value honesty in relationships. This is not rocket science.

Bingo
/r/PurplePillDebate06/03/24 06:43 PM

The study is “astonishing” because only 60% of women are interested in men over 6 feet. That implies that 40% of women are NOT interested in men over six feet. Make it make sense, genius.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/03/24 02:27 PM
1

And that study also implies that 40% of women don’t want a guy taller than 6 feet. You’re just cherry picking.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/03/24 02:26 PM
1

I also find super tall guys to be gawky and unattractive
/r/PurplePillDebate06/03/24 02:24 PM
2

Bahahahaha your solution is we just can’t make this argument anymore? But it’s fucking TRUE. The world is overflowing with average dudes who get married and have kids. Obviously they aren’t all millionaire chads. Red pill is OBVIOUSLY stupid.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/03/24 02:19 PM
1

So what you’re saying is… there are different types of guys that are attractive
/r/PurplePillDebate06/03/24 02:13 PM
1

THEY’RE SHORT AND NOT MUSCULAR OR MASCULINE
/r/PurplePillDebate06/03/24 02:12 PM
1

So this study also shows that 40% of women are NOT interested in men over six feet tall. What do you make of that?
/r/PurplePillDebate06/03/24 05:39 AM
1

Do you have a citation for that? Also, you said UNDER 6 FEET. Why the fuck are you talking about a man under 4’5”, which is literally in the 0th percentile for adult male height in the US?
/r/PurplePillDebate06/03/24 05:27 AM
1

How do you know that?
/r/PurplePillDebate06/03/24 05:22 AM
1

Same thing
/r/PurplePillDebate06/03/24 04:05 AM
7

No, I am not neurotic as fuck and I have normal adult social skills, so I guess I don’t understand what it feels like to be SO WRONG about women and confused and sad about it.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/03/24 04:04 AM
2

What are you basing this on? How do you know it’s literally a deal breaker for 99% of women?
/r/PurplePillDebate06/03/24 04:01 AM
1

No. Stop with the misogynistic “women are a hive mind” lies. Even if most women find height attractive, that also doesn’t mean that it’s a deal breaker if you’re shorter. It’s like maybe you think blonde hair is sexy, but other hair colors are also totally cool.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/03/24 03:17 AM
-3

Women. Are. Not. A. Monolith. Jesus you guys really can’t fathom that just because there is an AVERAGE TENDENCY towards liking certain qualities that you see in a research study, that does not mean that ALL women are exactly the same. You’re all like… science illiterate or something. Wtf. The problem here is not that women can’t introspect. The problem is that OP has poor reasoning skills.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/03/24 03:13 AM

Red pill guys often say on here they think women are a hive mind. So I don’t know if they can wrap their heads around this concept

Thank you for being rational, bro
/r/PurplePillDebate05/03/24 10:40 PM

Here’s what happens. We meet a guy and he seems really nice. And then later we find out he’s a psycho red pill guy that was putting on an act the entire time and actually has no interest in us as people but just wanted to get laid. That’s how it happens. The problem is exactly the type of dudes who hang out on this kind of sub and hate women all day long but are still trying to trick them into sex.
/r/PurplePillDebate05/03/24 10:35 PM
12

I cannot believe you just implied that all women want to date six foot tall MURDERERS. What the actual fuck. Do you even think about the things you type?
/r/PurplePillDebate05/03/24 10:31 PM
5

That would be the only logical conclusion based on what he “knows”
/r/PurplePillDebate05/03/24 10:29 PM
4

Masturbate
/r/PurplePillDebate04/03/24 07:51 PM
1

Lmao exactly
/r/PurplePillDebate03/03/24 08:45 PM
2

If you don’t care about me, then why the fuck did you reply to a post that was explicitly about what MY personal preferences are? I didn’t ask for your opinion on it. Get lost.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/03/24 06:02 AM
1

If a man’s argument is prejudiced against all women, then it’s misogynistic. It has nothing to do with my personal opinion of it. I’m sorry you can’t handle the definition of a word.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/03/24 07:26 PM
1

Incels and femcels are little niche communities. Those weirdos aren’t “dominating” anything
/r/PurplePillDebate02/03/24 07:23 PM
1

Does Jesus approve of prejudice? Is he into sexism? Would Jesus say that ALL men are murderers just because more men murder than women? No. That’s an obvious logical failure and clearly prejudiced against men. That would be misandry. So saying ALL women are XYZ is also sexist.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/03/24 05:32 PM
1

You think because I pointed out misogyny in someone’s argument as part of a debate, this somehow means I’m… what? Disagreeing with someone? In a debate? What is your point?
/r/PurplePillDebate02/03/24 05:27 PM
1

Pendulums swing back and forth. They do not swing in one direction for thousands of years. That’s not a cycle.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/03/24 05:24 PM

Yes, actually
/r/PurplePillDebate02/03/24 05:23 PM
1

Lmfao. That’s in YOUR mind. Women are not a hive mind. This is a straight up sexist point of view. Jesus would not approve.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/03/24 07:21 AM
1

Okay, so then you’re openly misogynistic and disgusting. Any woman who rejects you is 100% correct.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/03/24 07:18 AM
2

Don’t tell me what matters to me
/r/PurplePillDebate02/03/24 07:16 AM
1

That’s just a bunch of assumptions
/r/PurplePillDebate02/03/24 07:15 AM

Do you think he was a misogynist before the manosphere? I think he probably was. Also… the manosphere is clearly dominated by people with mental illness. It’s mentally ill dudes and teenage boys who don’t know any better.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/03/24 07:14 AM
1

That ONLY applies to women on apps (which is a minority of all women)
/r/PurplePillDebate02/03/24 07:12 AM
1

Are dating sites the only place where women exist? No. Obviously not. So you can’t draw conclusions that 80% of ALL WOMEN are looking for casual sex because the majority of women aren’t even on dating sites.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/03/24 07:11 AM
1

What is wrong with you? That was a goddamn joke.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/03/24 07:04 AM
2

Mega crazy sexist. Do you have data that shows all women are exactly the same? No. You don’t. Because it’s completely false. What kind of moron looks at a TREND and thinks “this applies to ALL WOMEN?”
/r/PurplePillDebate02/03/24 07:03 AM
0

Remind me of the time in history when men were not dominant… oh right. It didn’t happen. You made it up.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/03/24 07:01 AM
2

Hahahahahahahhahahaha. “Men don’t miss red flags.” Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahhahaha
/r/PurplePillDebate02/03/24 07:00 AM

Just because I don’t want to sleep with a man doesn’t mean I think he has “low value” as a human being. I can even actively dislike a person and still think they have value. It’s the manosphere that’s fucked up by devaluing human beings for not being hot enough.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/03/24 06:58 AM

Toxic masculinity is a big part of why they’re lonely. Sexism hurts everyone. Nothing in my comments ever implied that I don’t care about these guys. It’s not alarming, you’re just trying to put words in my mouth. Quit it.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/03/24 06:54 AM
2

There is zero logic behind that statement
/r/PurplePillDebate02/03/24 06:28 AM
2

Only if you assume all women are exactly same and all in the wrong (which is misogynistic)
/r/PurplePillDebate01/03/24 09:31 PM
2

No I fucking don’t. Don’t tell me what I think.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/03/24 09:22 PM
1

This is a DEBATE sub. If you can’t take a little disagreement, I think you need to go bad to the kiddie pool.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/03/24 09:21 PM
2

When the fuck did I say that sweeping generalizations about men are okay?
/r/PurplePillDebate01/03/24 09:21 PM
2

Women are not a monolith. Same for men.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/03/24 09:20 PM
2

All men who are in relationships make a choice. If they treat their girlfriend like shit, then you seem to think that’s her fault. You seem to think men have no responsibility for their own behavior.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/03/24 09:19 PM
0

That’s just you being sexist. Women are NOT a hive mind. That’s a completely irrational thing to think.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/03/24 09:18 PM
1

No, I do care a lot about boys. I’m actually a pediatrician, so 50% of my job is about protecting the health and wellbeing of boys. I think misogyny and toxic masculinity are a very bad for everyone.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/03/24 09:16 PM
2

I don’t use Tinder
/r/PurplePillDebate01/03/24 09:15 PM
3

You think it applies to the vast majority of women with only a few exception? Like out of the billions of women in the world, there must theoretically be a few exceptions?
/r/PurplePillDebate01/03/24 07:47 AM
3

I don’t view any humans as “low value.” These dudes are tragic.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/03/24 07:44 AM
3

And I guess you never got horny and missed a woman’s obvious red flags. You’re above all that, huh? You don’t get attracted to women.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/03/24 07:09 AM
3

ALL women? You think this applies to ALL women?
/r/PurplePillDebate01/03/24 07:08 AM
5

That’s a tautology
/r/PurplePillDebate01/03/24 07:07 AM
15

Okay. Women are not a hive mind. You’re saying a lot of very sexist stuff here. Truth is: there just aren’t as many women out there looking for casual sex. You should still be honest about what you want. You just have to look harder to find the rarer woman whose interests line up with yours. Because your only other option is to be a manipulator like these women who manipulate “situationships.” If you think they’re in the wrong (and I agree that they are wrong,) then don’t be a hypocrite. Always …
/r/PurplePillDebate01/03/24 06:48 AM
2

All of that is bad
/r/PurplePillDebate01/03/24 06:42 AM

Sexism.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/03/24 05:48 AM
0

What do you mean, why do we care? Do we care that there’s a bunch of dudes out there aggressively promoting misogyny to teen boys? We don’t need more Elliot Rodgers.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/03/24 05:03 AM
1

Sure why not? I like an open-minded man.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/03/24 04:55 AM
4

So… no experiences
/r/PurplePillDebate01/03/24 04:50 AM
7

I love how you just believe all women are exactly the same way and men would never be as stupid as them. It’s so insanely sexist.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/03/24 04:50 AM
1

Logical fail. You’re making too many assumptions.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/03/24 04:49 AM
4

Sense of humor, kindness, intelligence = positive emotions Arrogant, pushy, mean, bigoted, dishonest = bad emotions That’s how it works for me. Stop assuming all women are looking for the exact same thing. They are not.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/03/24 04:48 AM
8

So instead you conclude ALL women have bad criteria for picking partners. That’s just sexism. Total double standard. We “know” men aren’t bad, so it has to be the women’s fault every time. Lmfao
/r/PurplePillDebate01/03/24 04:45 AM
5

And you know this because you’re a woman and have felt the tingles and know that you only get those because he’s tall and rich? Wow.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/03/24 04:42 AM
2

Sure, yeah. You know the initiate details of EVERYONE’S relationships. You probably know EVERYTHING. You are definitely qualified to judge this. 🙄
/r/PurplePillDebate01/03/24 04:41 AM
6

Yeah, women famously only have emotions when it comes to height and money. They are otherwise soulless bots.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/03/24 04:39 AM
2

Get out of here, John Stamos. Everyone knows you’re a hot actor and women come to you.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/03/24 12:44 AM

This comment is way too reasonable for this forum. You’re supposed to make sweeping negative statements about the inherently flawed nature of all women.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/03/24 12:43 AM
3

So you’re assuming there’s only one reason why a woman would be a single mother
/r/PurplePillDebate01/03/24 12:42 AM
12

Human nature. No need to be sexist about it. Everyone is swayed by feelings.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/03/24 12:40 AM
8

But the men here always insist it’s not about feelings, it’s about him being tall and rich lmfao
/r/PurplePillDebate01/03/24 12:39 AM
17

Why the fuck do you guys always have to make it all about women being in the wrong? This is misogynistic
/r/PurplePillDebate01/03/24 12:37 AM
3

Where did I say that?
/r/PurplePillDebate01/03/24 12:35 AM
3

That’s only inside your own head. That’s your anxiety talking. Nobody actually thinks you failed as a man because one girl isn’t interested in you. That’s crazy.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/02/24 09:20 PM
2

Are you an alien from another planet that you need me to explain what facial expressions and tone of voice are?
/r/PurplePillDebate29/02/24 09:19 PM
0

Lmfao that’s hilarious. You are upset that I didn’t give more specific description of how body language works, and you think I’M the one who can’t communicate 🤣
/r/PurplePillDebate29/02/24 09:14 PM
3

If you don’t pick up on their social cues, they’re not gonna want to have sex with you
/r/PurplePillDebate29/02/24 04:07 PM
2

You just made my point. Picking up on social cues is NOT difficult. There is no game strategy to it. You can do it passively without having to harass any strangers. Why can’t you do that? Why is that so hard for you?
/r/PurplePillDebate29/02/24 04:06 PM

Do you always have shit in your anus? You might be constipated.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/02/24 04:03 PM
3

Again, being able to pick up on social cues is not “game”
/r/PurplePillDebate29/02/24 03:54 PM
0

You might be beyond help
/r/PurplePillDebate29/02/24 01:21 PM
2

This is completely disconnected from just like… being a normal human. Sounds like you don’t have as much game as you think
/r/PurplePillDebate29/02/24 01:20 PM
0

There isn’t an instruction manual. If you’re an adult and you don’t understand what I mean when I say “body language,” I don’t think I can help you without therapy. You have a much deeper problem to fix.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/02/24 12:40 PM
3

Lol no. If he gets it wrong, you just are like “sorry, not interested.” And then he goes into some sort of rage spiral and goes to Reddit to cry with the other fragile egos about how WOMEN ARE THE PROBLEM! Waaaaaaaaaaah
/r/PurplePillDebate29/02/24 12:37 PM
1

Solid answer to what? Your lack of social skills?
/r/PurplePillDebate29/02/24 12:35 PM

I do not agree
/r/PurplePillDebate29/02/24 12:33 PM
3

I’m not talking about “game.” This is super basic human interaction stuff. We are all constantly communicating with each other through nonverbal cues. If you’ve only met two women in your entire life who you thought could communicate well, I think that’s a you problem.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/02/24 12:32 PM
0

You’re just wrong. If you have to rely solely on language and can’t pick up on anyone’s nonverbal cues, that’s a YOU problem. Are you on the spectrum?
/r/PurplePillDebate29/02/24 12:29 PM
2

I’m not talking about cues like signal flags or secret handshakes or something. I’m talking about like facial expressions, tone of voice, eye contact, spoken words. Just straight up normal human stuff. People give this stuff off constantly without making any kind of conscious effort. Properly socialized humans can also pick up on these cues often subconsciously. I’m sorry you apparently struggle with social cues, but they definitely still exist.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/02/24 06:34 AM

No. Scat is things that involve literal shit. Like eating it. Think two girls one cup
/r/PurplePillDebate29/02/24 06:28 AM

You keep photographs of your girlfriend’s friends to masturbate to? Red flag!!!
/r/PurplePillDebate29/02/24 01:23 AM

Yeah, that’s a red flag!
/r/PurplePillDebate29/02/24 01:23 AM

Also like… pedophilia is not okay
/r/PurplePillDebate29/02/24 01:21 AM
4

Then it’s up to you to learn how to pay attention to cues
/r/PurplePillDebate29/02/24 01:19 AM
5

No. I’ve met lots of hot men who are assholes who make my skin crawl.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/02/24 01:18 AM
0

Getting better at something does not mean you can completely remove all obstacles and challenges. Jesus Christ. Way to be deliberately obtuse.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/02/24 08:54 PM
1

Be clean. Don’t smell. The basics.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/02/24 08:52 PM
8

If she’s not giving you any cues, she doesn’t want you to directly ask. That’s what she’s not giving cues. You have to remember that it’s possible for a woman to find you attractive and STILL not want you to ask her out.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/02/24 08:50 PM
1

No, that’s a prejudice you have against them.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/02/24 08:48 PM
2

The things she says and does. Her body language. Just like with all human interactions.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/02/24 08:46 PM
42

I don’t care unless it’s like super egregious like children or animals or scat or snuff.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/02/24 08:37 PM
4

They never really understand that women are attracted to non-physical qualities as well. Like you can be tall and hot and rich, but if you seem like a snob or arrogant or something I’m not gonna give a shit how tall and hot you are
/r/PurplePillDebate28/02/24 05:16 PM
9

Wtf why are you just generalizing that women are a lot more shallow than men?
/r/PurplePillDebate28/02/24 05:14 PM
9

If a woman is not giving you cues that she is attracted to you, then you can expect her to not want you hitting on her
/r/PurplePillDebate28/02/24 05:13 PM
22

The reality is that not every single one of your female friends wants to date you. It’s not like you make friends with them and after a certain amount of time it’s okay to start hitting on them. You’re missing the whole step of like… you got to know this woman and you have picked up the social cues that she is also interested in you. And no, just talking to you is not romantic interest.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/02/24 05:11 PM
1

You could have everyone in the world making the best possible financial decisions for themselves, but there’s still wealth inequality because why wouldn’t there be? Richer people can still hoard money and exploit others. This is a terrible analog you’re forcing, by the way. Your personal social skill deficits are not comparable to global wealth distribution. Wtf 😆
/r/PurplePillDebate28/02/24 05:07 PM

Then they’re not trad wives. Do those women have unimpeachable trad husbands?
/r/PurplePillDebate28/02/24 05:02 PM

It’s really wild. I can only really speak from the dynamic that I have seen in couples I know personally. I think it’s like whatever environment a person grew up in, they just seem to expect to fall into that. Like I know men who never had to lift a finger at home when they were kids. Mom did everything for them. So it’s just like… not a thing they feel like they are responsible for. And then they get married and expect their wife to take over being their mother. But then there are also men who …
/r/PurplePillDebate28/02/24 04:59 PM
0

All you have to do is not be gross.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/02/24 04:52 PM
0

You can get better at accumulating wealth through practice. That’s true. Individual people might be able to better their own financial situations by practicing better financial planning. 100% correct. Changing the entire world does take more than one individual practicing. Don’t be obtuse.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/02/24 04:51 PM

What is your problem?
/r/PurplePillDebate28/02/24 04:45 PM
0

Maybe there’s something else about you that needed fixing. You just said you dated people. Sounds like you got better at social skills, but there was still something else wrong. Have you been to therapy?
/r/PurplePillDebate28/02/24 04:44 PM
9

To get a woman to give up ALL of her independence to wait on you hand and foot and raise you children? You think that’s mediocrity??? You don’t think that woman deserves a good husband who pays the bills and doesn’t cheat on her?
/r/PurplePillDebate28/02/24 07:02 AM
4

Preach!
/r/PurplePillDebate28/02/24 06:57 AM
1

But like… why not do literally anything normal? Like go to a new place or pick up another hobby and just… talk to women without hitting on them? That post is about a guy who kept pursuing her after she turned him down. Just don’t do that.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/02/24 05:16 AM
1

That is literally the most passive dating tactic I have ever heard. Like please tell me that you did ANYTHING else in this six years.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/02/24 05:00 AM

“Individual actions as a group.” What does that actually mean, though? If you can’t preach, what are YOU, as an individual man, going to do about the situation? Just refuse to approach women? Okay. That’s not going to do anything to get women to approach you.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/02/24 04:56 AM

So you’re going to put social pressure on women to start pursuing men? How does that work? What argument will you make to them. “Hey, I know you don’t want to date these guys, but please come talk to them so they don’t feel like losers! Women of the world: men want your pity!!!!”
/r/PurplePillDebate28/02/24 04:37 AM
-1

So you just sit there for six years like a venus fly trap, just passively waiting for a girl to walk in so you can ask her out? SIX YEARS of this only yielded TWO dates?
/r/PurplePillDebate28/02/24 04:35 AM
0

You’re the one making a nonsense claim about blue pill women without any supporting evidence. I’ve already given your comment more consideration than it deserves.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/02/24 04:32 AM

Okay, but individuals are already choosing to do things however they want. So. What are you gonna do?
/r/PurplePillDebate28/02/24 04:25 AM
2

Socializing is a skill. You can get better at ANYTHING through practice.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/02/24 04:17 AM
1

How is this relevant? People give “just be yourself” advice to people who are trying to meet people. If you want advice for once you are already married, that’s a different conversation.
/r/PurplePillDebate28/02/24 04:14 AM
-4

What they naturally have is the ability to socialize normally. You might just need to practice more.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/02/24 09:11 PM
5

Where did you get this information?
/r/PurplePillDebate27/02/24 09:09 PM

You’re saying this like you think there’s an official system being used. What are you going to do about this? Write a law that says women need to chase men? You can’t force people to date in a certain way.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/02/24 08:52 PM
-1

Sounds like you didn’t get out of your comfort zone, though. You left the house and then sat there for six years and waited for a girlfriend to walk in? For a single woman to just walk into a D&D store and pick you?
/r/PurplePillDebate27/02/24 08:32 PM
1

Being “blue pill” only means that I disagree with red pill ideology. I’m not trying to explain every interaction through a delusional framework. That’s what the red pill does. You’re just projecting.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/02/24 08:26 PM
2

So let me get this straight: you think ALL women are a homogenous group that always sides with patriarchy? And MEN are the only ones that challenge the patriarchy?
/r/PurplePillDebate27/02/24 08:14 PM
3

Yes, I deny all of those things. Can you prove that any of that is true? If you use made up “facts” about women to exaggerate their power in society and paint them as a hive mind, that’s hateful.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/02/24 06:38 PM
5

Men also dominate all of the power structures in business and government, so they ARE the status quo
/r/PurplePillDebate27/02/24 06:37 PM
-2

Listen… how do you expect to meet people if you refuse to try? You don’t have to be an extrovert but wtf… do you just expect a girlfriend to fall into your lap without stepping out of your comfort zone at all? Be a man and pull your pants up.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/02/24 06:29 PM
3

First of all, you’re begging the question. Is it actually true that EVERYONE has an inherent bias TOWARDS women? I seriously doubt it. Seems obviously incorrect on its face. You have to prove that point first before you can use it as the basis of your argument. Is it innate? How do you know? Does it benefit women? How do you know? If you’re going to use this dubious reasoning to argue that all women have a hive mind and are unfairly being given benefits of some kind, that’s misogyny. Maybe bigot…
/r/PurplePillDebate27/02/24 06:20 PM
5

You also have to recognize that statistics don’t tell you anything about individual people. Women ON AVERAGE prefer taller men. This does NOT mean that all women (or even most women) are going to reject you if you’re under 5’8”. Height is also NEVER the only thing that gets factored into attraction. One of the ugliest, least appealing dudes I ever knew was well over 6 foot. You ARE that young. You have experience dating other children. And your brain isn’t even fully developed until your mid twe…
/r/PurplePillDebate27/02/24 05:06 PM
-1

The reality that most red pill dudes are probably psychos or autistic? You’re welcome…
/r/PurplePillDebate27/02/24 04:45 PM
5

Okay. Blasting misconceptions about life and knowledge in general. You CAN read studies and see what the data shows. Basing everything off of ONLY your own personal experiences is a really good way to develop unfounded prejudice. You know ONE guy. That means nothing. Look at the statistics. Do you think ALL men under 5’8” have to pay for sex? That’s OBVIOUSLY not true. So your personal experience is limited. You’re a kid, for fuck’s sake. You have barely even had time to have personal experience…
/r/PurplePillDebate27/02/24 04:40 PM
5

That’s not very smart. What you’re talking about is anecdotal. You cannot make assumptions about all of the women in the world based on only your own personal experiences.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/02/24 04:35 PM
9

You’re a no pill virgin and you know from OBSERVING YOUR SHORT FRIENDS that all women can only be attracted to tall men? What are you 12 years old?
/r/PurplePillDebate27/02/24 04:02 PM
5

Wait… are you saying you AGREE with the statements that women are point blank telling you are false?
/r/PurplePillDebate27/02/24 04:01 PM
9

Psychopathy is higher in men. (https://link.springer.com/article/10.1007/s11757-023-00765-9 ) What conclusions do you draw from that?
/r/PurplePillDebate27/02/24 03:58 PM
9

The general consensus is wrong and invented by butthurt dudes who don’t know what they’re talking about.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/02/24 03:55 PM
7

Ooooooooh, please do say more about the secret evil messages in insane women’s eyes. That sounds reeeeeeally interesting.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/02/24 03:54 PM
4

Yeah, it’s weird how when you say bigoted, hateful things about half the population, people think you’re a crazy person….
/r/PurplePillDebate27/02/24 03:52 PM
9

Woooooooow. I think my favorite part is “men generally challenge the status queue.” Hilarious.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/02/24 03:51 PM
11

THIS. This is the problem. Sweeping generalizations that make out ALL WOMEN to be hypergamous psychos. In a word: misogyny.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/02/24 03:49 PM

OP, I feel you. Some of the people here approach dating like robots. Like a woman is a slot machine and if you know the right code, jackpot! You get sex! Most people with normal socialization and empathy do not look at it that way. Just from observing the opinions and thought processes of guys on this forum, I’d have to guess there’s a disproportionate number of red pill men with personality disorders and/or autism. They need therapy, not an online echo chamber.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/02/24 08:17 PM

This is so wild because you’re straight up admitting that a woman is a status symbol and that it’s all about calculation and “getting ripped off.” Like of this is a financial transaction instead of a human relationship based emotions. It’s almost sociopathic.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/02/24 11:27 AM

You don’t have to be a specific type of person. You just have to not be a shitty type of person.
/r/PurplePillDebate26/02/24 01:15 AM
5

You’re romanticizing it. Being drunk is not like a magic truth serum or something. You just make bad decisions.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/02/24 03:29 PM
6

It also makes them easier to take advantage of. I would say from personal experience that I am more likely to be like “fuck it, whatever” and sleep with a guy that I DON’T feel “burning sexual desire” (lmfao) for when I’m drunk. And then later it’s like “gross…”
/r/PurplePillDebate25/02/24 03:25 PM

“A lot of people” is not an answer. Do you have data? If not, you’re just assuming.

Breaking news: you can adopt at any age and you can also freeze your eggs, so none of this really matters
/r/PurplePillDebate24/02/24 06:53 AM

Who says that’s the reason most of the time?
/r/PurplePillDebate23/02/24 09:50 PM

Immaturity, lack of emotional intelligence, narcissism. The red pill dudes here just seem completely unwilling to accept that they might be at fault for their own relationship failures. Blame all the women!!!!
/r/PurplePillDebate22/02/24 12:02 AM

Yeah, they make up a lot of 100% fictional complaints about female behavior
/r/PurplePillDebate22/02/24 12:00 AM

What exactly are you trying to say?
/r/PurplePillDebate21/02/24 01:05 AM

Marriage is a social construct. Does it occur naturally? No, it’s a legal thing. Laws are social constructs, too.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/02/24 01:03 AM

Hi, this is in your head and made up. I think you’re conflating anything you’ve ever heard or seen any woman do and just lump it all together as something “modern feminism” is doing. Like how do you know that all sex workers are feminist? How can you blame all sex workers for everything that happens anywhere in the sex work industry? What makes you think that feminists are not okay with a woman choosing to be a housewife? I’ve never seen a feminist say that.
/r/PurplePillDebate21/02/24 12:16 AM

Are you going to make a point? No?
/r/PurplePillDebate20/02/24 11:56 PM

It only comes down to the first point, really. Men are bigger and stronger and much more aggressive, on average. Men run society by force. It’s not because there’s any particular “hard work” women couldn’t do if they really needed to.
/r/PurplePillDebate20/02/24 08:05 AM

I’m assuming you’re a human having trouble interacting with other humans

I think what’s being conveyed is that a lot of red pill men seem to not have a lot of emotional intelligence or social skills. I don’t know how to explain this exactly, but the whole mindset of looking for an actionable list of recommendations for “treating women like humans” is exemplary of what you’re doing wrong. An adult shouldn’t have to ask for specific advice on how to treat another human like a human. Why does it not already come naturally to you? TRP seems to encourage a kind of paint-b…

No, the entire point of the “dad bod” meme is that women DO find it sexy. You are vastly overestimating how important looks are to women. Whatever dating issues you are having are NOT because you’re 5’8”
/r/PurplePillDebate16/02/24 05:13 PM

Most men don’t realize that the “natural” look they like actually does require make up 🙄
/r/PurplePillDebate16/02/24 05:05 PM

So all you have to do is keep slim? Seriously? You’d date a girl who has no social skills and smells like garbage as long as she’s not fat?
/r/PurplePillDebate16/02/24 05:04 PM

Those two statements aren’t contradictory
/r/PurplePillDebate16/02/24 04:56 PM

Okay, you win. You have suffered more than any woman could possibly comprehend. lmfao
/r/PurplePillDebate16/02/24 11:26 AM

And all of that shit these men are complaining they have to do is for THEIR insecurities. Nobody is gaslighting you.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/02/24 11:24 AM

I think you are VASTLY underestimating how much work women put into their appearance. While simultaneously exaggerating your own suffering. Boo. Hoo. Do you think there are women out there who haven’t had to deal with hair loss? Or women who don’t have to spend hours at the gym every week to keep slim? Or women who spend thousands of dollars on cosmetic surgery? Or makeup? You clearly have no clue.

if black women are fucking drug dealers at those rates so are other women No. That is not how any of this works. Your conclusion is ONLY valid for “young adult African American females in socially disorganized communities.” So you can’t even say if it’s true for all black women, much less ALL OTHER WOMEN. Go back to school.
/r/PurplePillDebate13/02/24 06:47 AM

This is about a very specific subgroup of women. Not generalizable to women who aren’t in that group. Next please!

/r/PurplePillDebate13/02/24 06:00 AM

It’s not a problem if you’re not bothered by it. Not everyone is obsessed with sex and that’s fine. Not everyone who isn’t obsessed with sex is asexual. You could be demisexual, for example
/r/PurplePillDebate13/02/24 01:32 AM

So is this like… reality shows about dating? Bro, I would not base ANY of my real world opinions on shit that got cooked up for a reality dating show
/r/PurplePillDebate13/02/24 01:23 AM

Bro, there is a difference between neck tattoos and motorcycles, which are a little risky, and aggression and law breaking, which are signs of a personality disorder. I think some women are hoping that a “bad boy” with a rebel aesthetic will not actually be a psycho. Or that she will fix him with the magic of true love or some bullshit. Think Beauty and the Beast.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/02/24 10:52 PM

I don’t think these quite fit what OP is asking about. They gave examples basically of areas that are specifically free of men to keep women safe. But is there a similar thing where we have to keep women out because they pose some sort of risk?

/r/PurplePillDebate07/02/24 09:23 PM

Who is “feminism?” Who said that? Where? Point me to it.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/02/24 09:21 PM

/r/PurplePillDebate07/02/24 02:31 PM

It’s prejudice.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/02/24 02:29 PM

“Women are very shallow” is a prejudice against 50% of the population. Prejudice against women = misogyny. This is not complicated.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/02/24 09:39 AM

Sexuality and attraction are very subjective things. Any approach that tries to objectively determine what traits and in what context, etc. is just fundamentally missing the point that many people couldn’t tell you exactly why they are attracted to a certain person but not another. Btw, I don’t consider myself to have an kind of “pill ideology,” I just have this flair so I can make top level comments

This is a very stupid question. Everybody is living their own individual life. You can’t make huge generalizations like this

Jesus dude. Why are you obsessed with making this about Catholicism? The Federalist Society is probably MOST responsible (they put those judges on their list for Trump to choose from.) It’s just not a good point. Modern feminism has been desperately trying to PRESERVE Roe. Clinton is pro-choice. Maddow is Catholic, yes, but she’s also pro-choice and a lesbian. Literally neither of those women have worked towards overturning Roe. It just sounds like YOU don’t like those women and don’t like “mode…

There are also literal children in gen z, so…:
/r/PurplePillDebate02/02/24 07:56 PM

Not entirely by themselves, no. There’s the Federalist Society, republicans, and evangelicals have also all been fighting for it for decades. Can we agree that “modern feminism” has NOT been working to overturn Roe?
/r/PurplePillDebate02/02/24 06:59 PM
1

I’m sorry but it’s still not the fault of “modern feminism.” What a wild stretch. Has absolutely nothing to do with Hillary Clinton and Rachel Maddow wtf
/r/PurplePillDebate02/02/24 06:42 PM

I think the whole approach of listing a person’s pro’s and con’s to determine if they are “average” is misguided. No woman is choosing men based on a rubric. Attraction doesn’t work like that. The men on this sub evidently have terrible personalities and misogynistic opinions, so of course they don’t do well with normal women.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/02/24 06:01 PM
2

How are you going to blame “modern feminism” when clearly it was due to a decades long right-wing evangelical effort to overturn Roe?

How does that reasoning work? A woman can only give birth every 9 months or so at a bare minimum. So if a woman had sex like once a year and times it right, they could have lots of kids without having much sex. So how does that prove they’re as horny as men?

You used “they” to refer to both TRP and women in the same sentence and it was too convoluted to be sure which “they” was which. Also you were vague about what “they” were doing. Not comprehensible. Again, TRP are notorious for not being able to read or interpret research. When you click on that link to a New York Post (not very reputable) story, did you click through to read the research? No, you wrote a sentence full of pronouns and I don’t get who the fuck you’re talking about. So it logically follows that if TRP believes the love of money is a major factor in how women choose partners, then they will make that part of their dating strategy. TRP encourages you to at least appear wealthy, right? So then you attract women who are looking for rich men. Then that reinforces the belief that “all women demand money.” Does the study say that women “literally ask” for money from their …

I’m sorry, could you say WHO you’re talking about? Who’s not “just attracting a certain type of woman to prove their point otherwise?” Whose point? What? I AM specifically talking about gold diggers. What in the world are you trying to say? Are you having a stroke?
/r/PurplePillDebate16/01/24 12:44 AM

I’m not seeing the logic behind this comment. Why would this “only” be true on podcasts? What studies are you talking about? How is a woman a gold digger if she is also making more money? That’s not what a gold digger is.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/01/24 12:43 AM
1

Obviously there are millions of women around the world who are married to men who aren’t rich, so the “non gold digger strategy” (not being red pilled) clearly is working for a lot of people. You aren’t supposed to do anything. Just live your life. Meet people. Form relationships. What else is there to do? The option the red pill gives is to adopt this warped “dating strategy” that definitely selects for a certain type of superficial person. It depends on what kind of person you want to be with.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/01/24 12:39 AM

It’s wild that you can always find a way to make it the women’s fault
/r/PurplePillDebate16/01/24 12:34 AM

/r/PurplePillDebate16/01/24 12:28 AM

Red pill is a self-fulfilling prophecy and that’s all there is to it. They come up with the red pill framework for how they think women work (as if they are a monolith) and then they only attract to subset of women who DO work like that. And then they say, “see, I was right, I went looking for a superficial gold-digger and that’s exactly what I found.”

No, I think if every time you picked up a woman you had to tell them straight up: “I don’t care if you have an orgasm,” you would definitely not be successful. You’re certainly not ever going to have a meaningful relationship if that’s your attitude. It’s very hard to explain to red pill guys exactly what is wrong with what they’re doing without insulting them. It’s like talking to a flat earther. You don’t know what the word euphemism means, guy
/r/PurplePillDebate03/01/24 02:38 PM
2

What euphemism do you think I used?
/r/PurplePillDebate03/01/24 02:19 PM

This is a terrible post. “All women are the same.” Greeeeeeeat. We’re just gonna start of the bat with a bunch of prejudice.

“It 100% reflects real life” So prove it. 70% of adults don’t use dating apps. It’s an artificial environment. It’s like playing a dating video game. The circumstances are not reflective of real life human interaction.

I’m sorry… is this in reference to my comment?

Maybe you’re just out of touch?
/r/PurplePillDebate03/01/24 12:36 PM

I’m not surprised you don’t meet a lot of women while boxing. Or at concerts where it’s like impossible to talk to other people.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/01/24 12:36 PM
1

Not true. Average people find each other all the time without having to go to a bar or use a dating app.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/01/24 12:32 PM

Dating apps are not real life. 70% of adults don’t use dating apps. Some people are just nice, polite humans. Not simps.
/r/PurplePillDebate03/01/24 12:32 PM

No, most adults do not meet through dating apps. 70% of adults don’t use them. I said “make friends.” Because that’s how most people meet people.

Gaming and hiking don’t have to be solitary activities. People do have hobbies. If you don’t have any hobbies and you don’t spend time with other people, why are you interesting or fun enough for another person to want to spend time with and date? If you are offering literally nothing beyond “please have sex with me, I’m lonely,” then you’re not gonna attract anyone because it’s like… why would they?
/r/PurplePillDebate03/01/24 12:28 PM

You are assuming everybody else’s relationships are transactional.

Tinder isn’t real life

Lol didn’t you know that back in the day women had NO CHOICE but to throw themselves at any man who would buy them a drink? /s
/r/PurplePillDebate02/01/24 06:35 PM

Yeah, pick up culture is lame. Bars and clubs are where you go if you wanna find someone trashy. Only about 30% of adults use dating apps. Be a real person. Go and pursue your interests and hobbies. Meet people. Make friends. This is how it’s done if you are an adult. Anyone else is desperate.

Very few men experience it because very few women feel it
/r/PurplePillDebate02/01/24 06:30 PM

Says who? YOU? “Simping” is pathetic and not normal. If that’s what you think you have to do to meet a suitable partner, you are definitely on the wrong track.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/01/24 06:27 PM
2

What do you mean “back then” or “decades ago?” I’m a pediatrician training to be a neonatologist. These aren’t old people. It’s young millennials having babies right now. I see zoomers too. There are definitely teenage short guys knocking up their girlfriends left and right. Doesn’t mean they aren’t attracted to their husbands. You’re just making assumptions.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/01/24 05:03 PM
1

I don’t care. My point is that there are lots of normal men out there who aren’t fuckbois or simps.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/01/24 05:01 PM

So this data says most (not all) women in the UK think a man shorter than 5’4” is “too short.” That height is the 7th percentile for grown men in the US (I assume it’s close to the UK numbers.) So we are talking VERY short. And the same study indicates that if you are over 6’3” (96th percentile) is actually TOO TALL. So…. This data does not support your conclusion that most short men struggle to date.
/r/PurplePillDebate02/01/24 04:20 AM

You aren’t providing any statistics yourself here, so I’m just gonna discard your opinions
/r/PurplePillDebate02/01/24 01:44 AM

Based on what data?
/r/PurplePillDebate02/01/24 01:44 AM

So by “negotiate” you mean “control.” No, you cannot control whether or not women treat you like a world-famous pop star or not. Why the fuck would you be able to? Also, asking for a hug and a picture is NOT “carnal primal raw desire.” And finally, no. Most women would not have that reaction to Harry Styles. Only a fan girl would do that.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/01/24 09:26 PM

I’m not saying it’s not possible or there aren’t outliers. I’m saying “most.” I never said it’s impossible for a woman to be horny or to sexually assault someone. I’m not really convinced SA is about sexual pleasure, anyway.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/01/24 09:24 PM
1

Do you think it’s okay for one person in a relationship to expect sex but to not care if their partner enjoys it or not? Anyway, I’m not convinced that if they had better sex women would all be experiencing “visceral lust” the way a man does. I still think most women are never going to be controlled by their sex drive the way a lot of men seem to be. We don’t all work the same way. We are physiologically different in terms of sexual organs and experience different outcomes. If there’s any true d…

Okay. Now imagine a world where very few men have your degree of understanding or interest in providing their partners pleasure. A lot of sex for a lot of women is just a waste of time in terms of physical pleasure. It’s more the emotional pleasure. Or just like putting it up with it because he wants to. I’ve been with men where I could have been scrolling on my phone the whole time and it wouldn’t have made a difference. And like you say, women tend to me more psychologically aroused and can ge…

What is “HL?” High lust? That’s so weird. Like I keep saying, I do not believe that these women are anywhere close to the majority. I know that some women have a much higher appetite than others and I assume they have an easier time orgasming without clitoral stimulation. For most of us, you either need a very attentive and generous partner (rare) or a vibrator. Women do better giving each other orgasms than men. And then there’s also a group of women with deep psychological issues who are hyper…

Women are very good at pretending to be porn stars and faking orgasms. I 100% guarantee to you that women have faked it for you. And then there are some outliers. Some women have personality disorders that make them act out for attention and filling deep psychological holes. Overall, like I said, MOST women are not those women.

I don’t think when people say “bum” they mean gaining some weight or whatever. Giving anyone shit for that is toxic. Being a “bum,” imo, is more about just sitting on your ass and expecting your family to do all the housework for you.

The top of the social hierarchy for sure
/r/PurplePillDebate01/01/24 02:53 AM

/r/PurplePillDebate01/01/24 02:52 AM

Maybe it’s because complimenting these things kinda implies you’re staring at someone’s ass or whatever. Like why are you doing that if it’s not sexual? Good rule of thumb is just to not make unsolicited comments about another person’s body. Nothing good can come of it.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/01/24 02:51 AM

Oooooookay. You’re the one who said you know from first hand experience that being a short man is a “miserable existence.” Good to know repeating your own statement back to you would piss you off this much.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/01/24 02:36 AM
1

You assume that the only reason a woman would want casual sex is lust. I’d be willing to guess that some of these women who “want” to have a FWB are just looking for male approval and to be the “cool girl.” Some do it because they’re hoping FWB will turn into a real relationship.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/01/24 02:19 AM

It’s not a broad generalization of men. It’s a generalization about red pill guys on this forum. That is not the same thing as you saying shitty things about women as a whole gender. You’re in the wrong and are being misogynistic.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/01/24 02:07 AM
2

Do you understand the difference between a personal anecdote and data? Do you understand why I told you these STATISTICAL FACTS that the heavy majority of stalkers and rapists are men? This isn’t about you, personally, needing therapy and a restraining order. You made an unfair, misogynistic generalization about women based on your personal bad experiences. But the reality is that women are not all stalkers and rapists just because you got stalked and raped. Use logic.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/01/24 01:56 AM
3

What?
/r/PurplePillDebate01/01/24 01:51 AM

Anecdotes. Data does not show that women are all stalkers and rapist. Data actually shows that men do the majority of stalking and raping.

/r/PurplePillDebate01/01/24 12:49 AM

Women do not have some magic ability to have sex with a desirable partner whenever they want. Women can get sex whenever they want if they have no standards. We get bombarded by sexual attention we don’t want. That is not something that you need to be jealous about because it’s not actually a positive thing. And even if it were, why are you MAD about it? Like boo-fuckin-hoo, it’s so unfair that women don’t want to be constantly having sex.
/r/PurplePillDebate01/01/24 12:43 AM
1

You did though. You said hypergamy is “how everyone in a gender act.” Keep on backtracking bro Men earn more money than women on average. That is why husbands earn more than their wives on average. It’s slowly getting better as women have been fighting for equity since like the 70s or so. This does not support hypergamy.

Again, you assume what is really going on in their minds and with their feelings, but you don’t KNOW how they feel. And the longer this conversation goes, it’s becoming clear that you are talking about ONE woman who made a raunchy comment about this guy and then laughed about it and said it was a joke, nothing ever happened between them. It’s not profound passion. It’s a biological urge. Like if you desperately needed to take a shit. It’s a generalization, but there you go. Some men are not starving freaks. They are normal, not red pill guys. They have self control. They have sex with normal women. Red pill guys are desperate and twisted.

Nope, it goes like this: Misogynist with poor social skills tries to pick up a woman and she rejects him -> man’s ego is hurt -> man refuses to self-evaluate and blames woman -> look for echo chamber -> find redpill -> misogyny intensifies -> man goes back out to pick up women with PUA skills and only attracts outlier weirdos who are totally superficial -> man falls further down the rabbit hole of misogyny
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 07:35 PM

Lol I am going to think really hard about who it could be, but I won’t make you tell me
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 07:05 PM

What??? You didn’t even ask a question We feel sexual desire. Just not “visceral lust.” Why can you not wrap your head around this? Think of it like this. A woman enjoys eating food and loves to savor a fine dish. Men devour whatever they can get because they’re starving. I do not envy men.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 07:04 PM
5

No, dude. Like I said, do not assume that a woman is “viscerally lusting” when she thinks a guy is hot. If they laughed like they were joking, they were probably joking. Stop assuming you can read women’s minds. They don’t think like you.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 06:57 PM

Women don’t only date up. Discussion is moot.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 06:39 PM

I think it’s sad that incels exist and that some men literally lose control of their mental faculties because of a hormone overload. There’s no advantage to this, kiddo. To have self control is to be human.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 06:37 PM

So you’re sexually obsessed with a woman and her niece even though you barely know them? How did this happen??
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 06:34 PM

Durr because we obviously don’t care as much about getting laid
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 06:27 PM

Would it make you TRASHY if you had a little dirt under your nails? Really?
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 06:25 PM

This has nothing to do with what I just said. You got owned in this argument. Women have been shown in studies to be more empathetic than men.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 06:24 PM

That we’re not crippled and distracted by an uncontrollable physical urge? I’ve never been sad about it. You guys are the ones who think it’s a crime against humanity if no one wants to sleep with you.

/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 06:19 PM

I’m sorry YOUR existence is horrible, but that’s because you suck. Not because you’re short. All of my favorite boyfriends were short guys. Short kings for the win. Just not red pill guys.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 06:19 PM

Wtf OP is clearly taking about dating app data. You are wrong. Have you ever heard of external validity? Appropriate design for a research study includes making sure a sample is random and representative and large enough, which dating app data is NOT. Because the majority of adults do not use dating apps. So you’re not getting ANY data on how the majority of adults date. So you cannot generalize the dating app data to the general population.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 06:16 PM

It’s not the current state of affairs. It’s a paranoid delusion that you red pillers share. You’re misogynists. You do not have an objective view of reality.

So many other women in the thread said the same thing.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 06:08 PM

Lying about your misogyny in order to manipulate a woman into letting you fuck her is not a white lie, bro. It’s disgusting and predatory. Like I would warn other people about you because you’re literally dangerous.

Like do you ever feel a viscerally physical desire to get fucked by someone? I don’t. If I am emotionally attracted to a man, I will develop physical desire for them. And in the moment, when things are happening, I get turned on and such. But I’m never like… receiving a dick pic and furiously masturbating like a guy might to nudes. I would never lose all sense of decency or time and place out of desperation to fuck someone. I have literally never seen a person who was so hot I instantly got turn…

/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 06:00 PM

You are projecting that onto the women. You don’t know how they felt, you’re assuming it was “visceral” (not viral, dude) lust because that’s how YOU feel when you’re attracted to someone. This is insecure and paranoid.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 05:59 PM

I don't think most women ever experience "visceral lust" in the way that men think

What do the aunt-niece pair think about all this?
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 04:46 AM

I can’t be sure, but I’m pretty sure most women are not “determining” which men to pursue in some sort of conscious way. This is a matter of emotion.

I know my evidence is just as anecdotal as yours. That’s the point. Your anecdote is sad, but means literally nothing in the big picture. There is no meaning to you saying your anecdote is “way worse” than my anecdote.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 03:50 AM

For real. If weed is trashy, then so is alcohol
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 03:31 AM

Dirty fingernails? What if they just have a dirty job or they like gardening or something?
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 03:30 AM

Rudeness to service workers is a huge red flag!
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 03:29 AM

What do you mean by “trashy?” Because if the question were just like trashy as in bad taste, then neck tattoos and appearance things would be relevant. But if we mean trashy as in being a shitty person, that is 100% behavior. Trashy is as trashy does.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 03:28 AM

The most common thing is to just have a random man make a sexual comment or cat call. It happens literally anywhere. I’ve been cat called in the hospital. Nobody around cares. Do you understand what “anecdotal evidence” is and why it’s basically meaningless on a large scale?
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 02:41 AM
7

I’m not. But I still want don’t want to be with someone who’s only interested in sex. So how do I weed them out?
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 02:36 AM
3

What if you don’t want to wait three months? Are you seeing the problem here?
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 02:28 AM
3

I’m not a mind-reader, bro. And neither are you. Personally, I have never been much bothered by how “hot” my partners are. Whether or not I desire to have sex with them is not as basic as lust. The man that I loved the most was probably the least conventionally “hot” man I’ve ever been with. But oohhhhhhh boy did I ever want him. And the tallest man with the biggest dick was actually the worst partner and terrible in bed.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 02:19 AM
1

And do you feel even the slightest twinge of guilt for lying in order to get sex? Because that’s what a terrible person would do.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 02:15 AM
5

What if you don’t want to wait six months?
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 02:14 AM
10

Lmfao oh really?? So if men stopped sleeping with women, hookup culture would continue anyway? That wouldn’t stop it?
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 02:10 AM
9

That would rely on the assumption that ALL women are going to completely shut down ALL access to sex without commitment. And then you’d have to assume that none of these men are going to pretend to commit and then just move on quickly to the next woman anyway. Your theory is just not realistic or plausible
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 02:08 AM
12

The estimate is that around 20% of women experience DATE RAPE in their lifetimes. I would LOVE for women to not have to worry about this. You’re just victim blaming by pretending like women are “in bad faith” by just being more careful to avoid GETTING FUCKING RAPED. It’s completely bonkers and delusional that you think men are the ones taking a risk here.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 02:04 AM
10

We’re not taking about random strangers, buddy. Women are more likely to get raped BY THEIR DATE. That is the risk. What risk do you take on?
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 01:57 AM

Has that one specific thing happened to me? No. That doesn’t mean I have not been sexually harassed in public by men like a zillion times. Use logic, bro
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 01:55 AM
4

I’m a pediatrician and I see married couples with kids ALL DAY LONG. Many, many, many couples are hot women with average-looking guys. Women tend to value things like sense of humor, competency, kindness, etc. So being hot is definitely not the only way men can attract hot women.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 01:53 AM
6

It was already there. Didn’t cause it like you originally said
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 01:50 AM

Why would women being more selective prevent them from sleeping with “Chad and Tyrone?” That would require the men to be more selective.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 01:49 AM

Trust issues and fear of commitment have existed loooooooong before “hookup culture.” If anything it’s the exact opposite. Hookup culture exists because people don’t want to commit.

I’m sorry… women don’t assume any risk when they start dating a new guy??? We assume risk when we walk alone at night. There is a REASON why women are careful.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 01:42 AM

What if you don’t want to wait a year? Then how do you weed them out?
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 01:39 AM

In the sense that society values women for their appearance, so for a lot of women looking hot is the only way they feel like get any acceptance. Men are generally gonna be just fine being fat or bald or short or whatever.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 01:14 AM

Nice anecdote. Can confirm red pill guys are hella fucking creepy and all women experience sexual harassment. It’s not a “sometimes” thing.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 01:09 AM
1

Do you tell the women you sleep with that you think they’re degenerate sluts? Or do you lie?
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 01:08 AM

From a woman’s perspective, I have literally never met a red pill guy who didn’t say absolutely horrible, atrocious shit about women
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 01:06 AM
2

You’re not exactly a catch yourself with that attitude about women. Fucking gross.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 12:53 AM
1

Are you sure you’re a red piller? The general rule with these guys is they believe that women aren’t good friends. Like red pill = disrespecting women. That is obvious. So… I guess in that sense you only disrespect the women you date.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 12:52 AM
2

That isn’t what happened and you’re just being pedantic. Bye.
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 12:50 AM

How is “escaping the red pill” materially different from escaping women is “the red pill” is just a description of women????
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 12:36 AM
1

Lmfao your point was that it’s an ANALOGY. You’re just being pedantic Either way, he is comparing being married to living on land you don’t own
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 12:33 AM

It means that I can’t comprehend what you’re saying if you’re saying gibberish
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 12:29 AM

You’re the one who phrased it as “escaping” western women
/r/PurplePillDebate31/12/23 12:26 AM

I love men. I just hate the red pill. You’re the one who is disgusting. Byeeeee
/r/PurplePillDebate30/12/23 11:44 PM

Bahahahahahaha you are definitely wrong
/r/PurplePillDebate30/12/23 11:43 PM
1

Lol you think you have to escape western women
/r/PurplePillDebate30/12/23 11:10 PM
1

How did you reach that conclusion?
/r/PurplePillDebate30/12/23 11:10 PM
2

How do you think American women compare to other western women, though?
/r/PurplePillDebate30/12/23 11:09 PM
5

If your wife supported you while you “built things,” then she deserves some of your money. The concept behind it is that traditionally you marry a woman and she feeds you and takes care of you while you work. And during that time, she is not accumulating any wealth of her own. So when you get divorced, the woman is fucked. She gave you years of her life at her own expense and now has nothing and has to somehow support herself on her own now. So you legally have to pay her back for that.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/12/23 09:39 PM
5

Oh, you’re probably right. Yeah, none of them get it. They just want to believe women are at fault for all of their problems.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/12/23 09:33 PM
1

Sometimes it’s just part of your job. I know I meet and speak to easily 10+ new people a day in my line of work. Not that I would date any of them. But still. I don’t think 1-3 is an unreasonable number at all.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/12/23 09:20 PM
2

Lovely to see a normal man posting here! Thank you for your mental clarity and common sense. Thank god most guys in the real world are more like you.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/12/23 09:18 PM
6

Hmmmmm. So it seems like some women were murdering their husbands as a means to escape the marriage. And men kill their wives because… unclear
/r/PurplePillDebate30/12/23 09:04 PM
11

She can if you’re the one at fault
/r/PurplePillDebate30/12/23 09:03 PM
3

You’re projecting, son Like you literally just said she could CHEAT on you and take your money in a divorce. But, like you point out, the person at fault gets nothing. So the cheater gets nothing.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/12/23 09:00 PM
3

So you’re saying you deliberately wrote a poor metaphor so people would ask you to clarify? Seems… not smart
/r/PurplePillDebate30/12/23 08:59 PM
7

Perhaps you don’t understand the legal implications of marriage
/r/PurplePillDebate30/12/23 08:57 PM
2

Then take that up with the men who wrote the alimony laws. Changing the rules for divorce will just force you to stay with a partner you don’t want.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/12/23 08:55 PM
4

Many of us made exactly that choice. Fuck marriage.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/12/23 08:55 PM
5

So similarly, if a man wanted a divorce because he was unhappy… you don’t think he should legally be allowed to leave?
/r/PurplePillDebate30/12/23 08:54 PM
1

They obviously think they should be able to trap their wives
/r/PurplePillDebate30/12/23 08:53 PM
0

🙄 Right. So bring that to its conclusion. You want a woman who legally CANNOT leave you. So… like owning the land. Do see how the metaphor is fucked? No? Okay cool.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/12/23 08:52 PM
3

Huzzah! I wonder if domestic violence against women has gone down at all…
/r/PurplePillDebate30/12/23 08:50 PM

Durr. I’m not a goddamn idiot. The metaphor itself is questionable.

/r/PurplePillDebate30/12/23 08:13 PM

No, there’s a middle ground where some men aren’t fuck boys or desperate simps. Normal men just date and get married at some point.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/12/23 08:12 PM
1

BECOME unempathetic? More like some men never have much empathy to begin with. It just doesn’t occur to empathetic people to mistreat their partners.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/12/23 08:10 PM
0

Explain the sentence I quoted. Wtf do you mean by “living on land you’ll never own?” Why did you use that as a metaphor for marriage?
/r/PurplePillDebate30/12/23 08:04 PM
9

Is it beautiful when a person is in an abusive marriage and they can’t leave because their partner won’t give them a divorce? Because that’s how it worked before no-fault divorce. Also terrible for children. A single parent is better than being exposed to domestic abuse.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/12/23 08:02 PM
11

So you want to trap her instead
/r/PurplePillDebate30/12/23 08:00 PM

Dating app data is fundamentally flawed. Your sample is biased because it only selects people who use dating apps, which is only like 30% of people. You cannot externalize or generalize the results. #geteducated
/r/PurplePillDebate30/12/23 07:57 PM

“Living on land you’ll never own?” Are you saying you want to own your wife?
/r/PurplePillDebate30/12/23 07:47 PM

/r/PurplePillDebate30/12/23 07:43 PM

It’s not that they have “lower standards,” they’re just less experienced and thus naive. It’s easier for shitty PUA guys to pick up naive, inexperienced women.
/r/PurplePillDebate30/12/23 12:53 PM

SOME women choose bad partners. Most women don’t.
/r/PurplePillDebate29/12/23 06:39 PM

Some people will never understand the difference between stats and anecdotes. One woman bad = all women whores
/r/PurplePillDebate29/12/23 01:28 AM

Probably because actual sexual contact with a prostitute is deemed more of a problem than just watching a video of them
/r/PurplePillDebate27/12/23 03:07 AM

I don’t think “we” do see them differently. I always see these same red pill manosphere guys calling porn stars sluts and whores. They’re not respected by any stretch of the imagination.
/r/PurplePillDebate27/12/23 02:07 AM
1

Could you imagine how the public would react if pornography were outlawed?
/r/PurplePillDebate26/12/23 10:42 PM
1

I always felt like it was more basic and puritanical than that. Even men who want to use prostitutes still look down on them. Women bad. Women having sex worse. Women having lots of sex and getting paid even worse!!!!
/r/PurplePillDebate26/12/23 03:05 PM
1

No, “misogynists bad.” That’s it. I’m anti-bigotry of all kinds. So yeah, I tell people to their faces when they’re being a bigot. If you spout hate speech against women (which is like 90% of the boys here,) I will tell you to your face that you are a bigot. Because bigots should always get called out. I don’t give a shit what you think about it, bro.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/12/23 03:46 AM

Super ironic coming from a man on this forum, lmfao And yeah, I resent patriarchy and the oppression of women. Like any morally upright person should. I hope MEN get better.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/12/23 02:54 AM
1

Bahahahaha. Suuuuuuuure. Why do women NEED men to “give them” comfortable lives? We don’t actually need that anymore. We did IN THE PAST because men didn’t allow women into the kinds of jobs you need to support yourself. Women also used to not be able to own property or apply for a credit card. So men put women in a situation where they were dependent and then called that “traditional” and “right” when really it’s just a means to control women. Similarly, do we need men to protect us? From what,…
/r/PurplePillDebate25/12/23 02:43 AM

OP, you can apply all of these same conclusions to a lot of men as well. I would love to hear where you “studied” about this lmfao
/r/PurplePillDebate25/12/23 02:30 AM

Many married women I know have to take care of their husbands as if they were children. If that isn’t unconditional love, I don’t know what is
/r/PurplePillDebate25/12/23 02:25 AM
2

The basic situation: traditional values like this objectify women. It’s not a black pill for women, it’s just sociology
/r/PurplePillDebate25/12/23 02:24 AM
2

So all we have learned here is that OP still doesn’t understand women 🙄
/r/PurplePillDebate25/12/23 02:22 AM

“Avoidant” is probably the more psychologically accurate term for that
/r/PurplePillDebate25/12/23 01:30 AM

What does it fucking matter that old women used to be young? So they get used for sex when they’re young and then their partner leaves them for a younger woman when she gets too old for them. So she got treated as a sex object and abandoned. Hopefully she had more going for her than her family because it’s really hard for a stay at home mom to go back into the workforce after being out to raise kids and wipe her husband’s ass for like 18 years. Compare that situation with young men. So the fuck …
/r/PurplePillDebate25/12/23 12:46 AM

I like to specify “some men” or “red pill men.” There are tons of amazing men out there. Not in the red pill community, obviously. But there are way more normies out there who are great guys.

Except that’s ridiculous because there are also a lot of women out there who desperately want to settle down and get married and they can’t. They can find a hook up and have sex via online dating. But that doesn’t cure loneliness. They can’t find a partner. So… lots of women are lonely.
/r/PurplePillDebate25/12/23 12:36 AM

The point is that these red pill doofs are always saying “women do X” and it’s always completely made up nonsense. Like in the case of this thread “Women are disgusted by lonely men.” What a brain dead thing to say
/r/PurplePillDebate24/12/23 11:32 PM
9

When you look at the stats, it’s young men and older women who are lonely. Men have SO MUCH empathy for lonely women that older men just leave them and go after the young girls. That’s how they end up alone. Or you could be like me and decide that a man wouldn’t bring anything useful to the table and would only come with expectations of me taking care of them. I need that like I need a hole in the head. Being single makes me much happier with my life overall.

How old are you? Seriously. Because I have never spoken to another human who has not experienced this phenomenon. Age is relative. Your perception of age changes as you get older. When you’re ten years old, a 20 year-old seems like an adult to you. When you’re 30, the same age group seems like kids. So my question for you is: ARE YOU AN ADULT?
/r/PurplePillDebate24/12/23 12:43 PM

I just did explain it. It’s gross because when you’re like 30, a 20 year-old seems like a teenager. And when you’re 40, a 20 year-old seems like a child. Do you understand?

The compliments are always meaningless, so we use different criteria to pick from all of these dudes.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/12/23 12:09 AM

Like the ancient “I’ll bet you say that to all the girls” cliche. Women have always known a compliment from a man is worthless.
/r/PurplePillDebate24/12/23 12:07 AM
1

It depends on how young they are and how old you are. If you could be her father, that’s gross. It’s like saying you would be attracted to your own daughter. And obviously if you’re attracted to minors, that’s fucked up. Like as I get older, young people look younger and younger to me. An 18 year-old literally LOOKS like a child to me still. And it just gets worse as I get older. So it feels literally disgusting to me to think of guys (boys, really,) that age as potential sexual partners.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/12/23 11:56 PM

Lol no. I’m not saying there’s something wrong with them for getting a divorce. I’m saying there’s something wrong with AFTER getting divorced, going back and choosing women who are basically children compared to you. Gross. Creepy. Immature. Red flag. So you want a younger, hotter woman because she will be easier to control and not experienced enough to realize you’re a bad partner. She’ll figure it out at some point, she’ll leave you, and you’ll have to find someone young enough to be your gra…

It’s not that it’s harder for a man to date a woman his own age. The problem is they either couldn’t get a partner their own age when they were young (otherwise they would have an older wife already) or they are single again in their old age and are CHOOSING to go after what are basically young girls comparatively. It’s just like broadcasting that they want a fuck toy, not an actual partner. That’s why there’s something wrong with them.
/r/PurplePillDebate23/12/23 06:45 PM
5

Yeah, but why is a man that age not already in a long-term relationship with a woman his own age? If men are always attracted to young women, then you would think they would date and marry a young woman while they’re still young. If they couldn’t manage to do that, then you think there must be something wrong with them that they didn’t find a partner when they were young. So that’s a red flag. Alternately, they were already married at some point and are now old and back on the market trying to p…

Why are traditional values what they are? Ask the patriarchy, bro. It didn’t get this way because of women’s opinions on men. This is like hundreds of years of patriarchy shaping these views.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/12/23 03:00 AM

Nope, most women would probably just be laughing and/or uncomfortable at a male strip club. Like you go as a joke for a bachelorette party or something, not out of horniness.

/r/PurplePillDebate21/12/23 07:17 PM

Right. Like the whole point is that the “low value” thing is red pill framing and normal people don’t look at dating that way. More just like is this person compatible with me or not. Like maybe they don’t have “value” from a red pill point of view, but from a normal human point of view, there are many more ways a person is valuable. Or even that there is no such thing as a human without value. There’s no basic respect for humanity in TRP mindset

It’s not “a young woman’s world,” OP. It’s A MAN’S WORLD. Always has been. None of this is under the woman’s control, it’s all about making women comply with men’s sexual appetites. Young women get preyed on by gross old men who could be their fathers and then they get abandoned for the newer model when they get “too old.” And men just expect us to coddle their wrinkled, sagging balls until they need Viagra to function and can only do one position. It’s always about what the man wants.

Right. So women work these jobs which are difficult, make less money than their partners, then come home and are expected to also be primarily responsibly for housework and childcare. Personally, I agree. I have no need for “protection” or “resources” from a man. I will never get married and I’m very happy with that choice. Generally, most women are not thinking about the patriarchy. They just exist within it. They are told they should want love and marriage and a family. And those things can be great. But ultimately the reason why women have needed marriage to survive in patriarchy is because otherwise they would be stuck with all of the burden of raising children alone. If …

The reason why women have needed men for resources is because of the traditional patriarchal system where the man works and the woman stays home and relies on him to provide. Up until the last century, women were basically not allowed to work jobs that would support them without a man. No bank accounts, no property, no job. Just get pregnant and make dinner. So if you want to understand WHO made women dependent on men, it was MEN. Probably because, as we’re currently finding out, if you actually…

It’s funny because I see these manosphere dudes making sweeping false statements about “women” like they’re a hive mind every single day. So….
/r/PurplePillDebate14/12/23 08:29 PM
7

Do men “settle?” Yes. I don’t know wtf “providing a greater share of the the household expenses” has to do with anything
/r/PurplePillDebate14/12/23 07:48 PM
5

I’ve seen a lot of weirdos on this very form complain about being settled for and at the same also have an insane list of requirements for women. So to me it seems like the exact same “manosphere” population. Because the guys who DON’T have insane expectations are definitely not the ones who think women are “settling for them.” Those are the sane, normal men. So… not this population here.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/12/23 07:46 PM

You mean like how women feel when men use them for sex?
/r/PurplePillDebate14/12/23 05:50 PM
-3

“Hypergamy” is a paranoid delusion, red pillers
/r/PurplePillDebate14/12/23 05:49 PM
11

Do you have stats on that or are you just making a convenient assumption?
/r/PurplePillDebate14/12/23 05:49 PM
25

No, OP’s question was why do men get mad at this when they do the exact same thing to women
/r/PurplePillDebate14/12/23 05:48 PM
16

The point being: men also do this to women
/r/PurplePillDebate14/12/23 05:47 PM
-1

It seems from my experience that part of the problem is that some men seem to catch “feelings” for any woman who is kind to them, so… it’s like maybe men shouldn’t approach every woman as a possibility for sex.
/r/PurplePillDebate14/12/23 05:43 PM

If you read the actual study, you would realize that the “entitlement” they’re talking about is not being entitled to “the use of another person for one’s sexual pleasure.” Sexual pleasure in this context of the FSSI (which is what all these studies use) is more about a feeling of well-being and positive intimacy with your partner. So it’s more like… women feel “entitled” to their partners giving a shit about their needs. Which is a very different thing from saying women feel entitled to use men…
/r/PurplePillDebate12/12/23 05:06 PM

You didn’t look it up though, did you? If you actually read the questions they ask on the FSSI about partner entitlement, it’s clearly NOT what you’re assuming it to be. They’re taking about stuff like whether women feel hurt if their partners don’t care about meeting the woman’s sexual needs. This is NOT like how you’re framing it like “women feel entitled to men.” That’s definitely not what any of these studies are showing.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/12/23 05:02 PM

What do you think the phrase “entitlement to partner sexual pleasure” means in the context of this research? Because it seems like you didn’t look into that part. It doesn’t mean what you think it does.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/12/23 04:58 PM

“Research shows that women feel more entitled to men than vice versa.” Wow, good job misunderstanding the study and leaping to the conclusion you want.
/r/PurplePillDebate12/12/23 03:20 PM

The data kinda makes it look like “average” people have sex like once a week. Is that not enough for you? Anecdotal You’re talking about the 18-24 age group, who are still basically teenagers. It’s fine if some of them are not having sex. A good chunk of them are probably virgins.
/r/PurplePillDebate11/12/23 01:28 PM
3

No, I’m not saying that. I’m saying that it’s not just providing historical context. It continues to have actual effects on society. This is ultimately the difference between men and women’s relationship problems. Women continue to struggle with the effects of systemic misogyny and the constant threat of violence. Men’s problems are more emotional, learning how to work on themselves and develop empathy and such.

I got like halfway through a detailed response to your post. But then as I was deleting my own text from the copy paste, I must have hit something on my keyboard and it deleted the whole damn thing. I am not going to start over from scratch. But my main points: You are actually arguing that it’s reasonable for red pill guys to blame women for their relationship problems. The oppression of women is not a thing in the distant past. It’s intellectually lazy for you to just declare “it was changed” …

/r/PurplePillDebate09/12/23 07:12 PM

Part of the reason why it’s hard to have empathy for red pill guys is because they don’t actually blame themselves for their state, they blame women. How am I supposed to be like “oh, poor baby” to someone who believes women are like evil, conniving, selfish manipulators? Even this post, while not explicitly saying there’s something evil and bad about women, it’s still blaming women. Like it’s OUR fault these guys are misogynists because when they complain and shit on women all day, we don’t res…

You’re delusional about your rationalization that it’s okay to be “glancing” at a stranger over and over again. It’s not. It’s creepy. No matter what label you put on it, it’s CREEPY.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/12/23 07:53 PM

What do you mean “y’all already got filming in the gym banned.” How the fuck am I responsible for that? My point has never been that these women are doing the right thing by filming these guys in the gym. My point is that OP is clearly delusional about whether it’s polite to stare at people in public (it’s not.)
/r/PurplePillDebate07/12/23 02:16 PM
1

Lol who’s a white knight? OP clearly doesn’t know what “innocuous” means because he thinks it’s okay to stare for a prolonged period as long as you look away for a few seconds. AS A WOMAN, I can promise you it comes of as creepy (sometimes even full on scary) and not innocuous
/r/PurplePillDebate07/12/23 03:18 AM
2

They’re not CONTROLLING where you look. You are making a choice about what to do with your own eyeballs. You do not get to tell them they’re wrong to feel uncomfortable. You may suffer social consequences if you break the social contract by being an impolite creeper in public. The whole social media thing isn’t something I know about. I’ve seen one tiktok ever where this happened. And I also never made a comment about her behavior. That’s a specific situation.

No, but I never said that was polite
/r/PurplePillDebate07/12/23 12:50 AM

Nobody is controlling others
/r/PurplePillDebate07/12/23 12:18 AM

No, they do get to decide if they feel that one guy is creepy and another guy isn’t. It’s definitely still all about YOU needing to understand that you don’t get to control how women react to you.
/r/PurplePillDebate07/12/23 12:16 AM

Okay, goal post-mover. 🙄 You said they “don’t get to arbitrarily decide if it’s ok.” WTF is that talking about if not their feelings about whether you looking at them is ok?
/r/PurplePillDebate07/12/23 12:04 AM

And I’m guessing you think there are a lot of women out there who would do that?

Your OP literally said, “if you look attractive, you will get this kind of innocuous attention and you don’t get to decide it is ok for some people to do it and others not. And you don’t get to change the definition of staring…” and so on. Clearly, you don’t think it’s acceptable for women to feel uncomfortable with male attention. Why do YOU get to decide what makes a woman uncomfortable? She’s the one who has to put up with it.
/r/PurplePillDebate06/12/23 10:39 PM

Disagree. Most men I have met in my life have not been awkward speaking to people, including women. The small subset is the people who need PUA self-help stuff because they don’t know how to be normal. The PUA stuff sucks, bro. It’s a self-help system. It’s not true confidence. OP, if you’re really a “professional,” you should have at least some kind of self-control to set aside your horniness to do your job. Regardless of what anyone is wearing. Seriously, in medicine we see people doing all kinds of insane shit and dressing crazy and no doctor is ever going to be like “I’m too distracted by this woman’s boobs to do my job.” If we can do it, so can you. It’s 100% a you problem.

It’s like you need to pass that initial threshold of being normal.

I would definitely agree that libido is a liability for some men. Obviously this is only true for some of them, but there are guys who just seem to lose all rationality. I feel like all of these dudes who don’t think we live in a patriarchy are all like 30 years old, tops. Like they have no sense of the human history. Women got rights yesterday, basically. I specifically asked if the woman you’re looking for “can’t have had sex with anyone else,” i.e. a virgin, and you said yes. So the conclusion is you want commitment free sex with virgins. In your dreams

Man or woman or otherwise, if you are significantly obese and appear greasy and/or unhealthy, you are gonna have a harder time getting the majority of people to be interested in you physically. It all kinda depends on what kind of people you’re socializing with and how superficial they are. This is gonna sound rude, but it isn’t meant to be: there are a lot of couples out there who are frankly physically gross to me, but they still managed to find love with each other and that’s awesome. I didn’t say to disregard daring app data. If that’s the only thing you’re looking at, you’re getting a very biased sample, so your data is bad. Men like to date younger women. It’s overblown.

If your “data” is numbers from dating apps, then you don’t have good data

And yet, there's literal hard statistics proving that's the case and that not just dating but life in general is harder for shorter men. Okay, so show me the “literal hard statistics” that there’s a height requirement to date women. But it can’t just be data from dating apps because that is not an unbiased sample. Bro, I have h…

For example, many women (way more than men) choose to work as teachers, nurses, house cleaners, child care, etc. All of those jobs are relatively low-paying and often extremely difficult AND dirty. You wanna be a …

I don’t know where you live, but we don’t vote on going to war here. The federal government doesn’t ask our opinion. And the federal government is dominated by men. And many democrats are sterilizing children and putting chemicals in the water that make the friggin frogs gay So you’re a conspiracy theorist who believes in right wing fantasies. Cool. Good to know you don’t have any reasoning skills or intelligence.

We haven’t had a draft since 1973. Left wingers have been actively working to extend the participation of women and LGBTQ folks in the military. But of course, right wingers fight back against it. And, of course, women are still significantly underrepresented in government and don’t have the ability to make unilateral changes of any kind. Our political system is primarily run by men. For example: Supreme Court justices are selected by the President, who is ALWAYS a man. And those men chose justi…

If you want to have a real debate, then the burden of proof is on you because you are the one claiming that men provide things to women and not vice versa. When you say that men only get what they want by force, what specifically are you talking about? Because it sounds like you’re saying men have to rape women to get what they want and women never willingly have sex. Is that what you mean?
/r/PurplePillDebate25/11/23 05:25 PM

The fact remains that women are not in ANY WAY responsible for men going to war and up until very recently men didn’t allow us to participate. No, those women are horrible.

Hey, wake up. This IS real life. If you actually hold these whiny-ass opinions, then you ARE whiny. Some women are afraid to leave their violent partners. Leaving is actually when they’re most likely to be murdered. I’m not saying you’re WORSE than an abusive rapist. But that doesn’t change the fact that WOMEN ARE NOT ATTRACTED TO RED PILL WHINING AND MISOGYNY. It’s repulsive and a a huge red flag.

This thread is explicitly comparing men’s troubles to women’s troubles. Guess who sends men to war? MEN. They didn’t allow women to go to Vietnam. And you are getting drafted anymore, so don’t come crying to me if you chose to enlist. If I had any choice in the matter, I wouldn’t send ANYBODY to war. You’re very ignorant about these issues. Many republicans are actively trying to make abortion illegal federally. There are people who are trying to take away birth control, as well. And there are M…

It’s the realist perspective. Circumcisions prevent against STI’s and serious hygiene issues. Stress and depression comes from a multitude of factors that are not down to relationship problems only. There are a lot of stressful aspects of men’s lives that are the result of a patriarchal system (you did it to yourselves) Being single is not exclusive to men. It’s also not a hardship. Stop crying. Did you know that I graduated from a university that didn’t even allow women a few decades ago? Funny…

Men who are bothered by things like “being overweight, dressing provocatively, high body count, etc” should absolutely make it known that they hold these opinions and stop hounding women for dates. We don’t want you!!!!

Lol, no. Physically healthy, strong, and capable does not mean “dysfunctional.” It just means they’re less likely to die. Do you want the person taking care of your child while you’re out hunting to be fragile and tiny? No. That is stupid. It benefits NOBODY to select for physically weak and incapable humans. Those people get killed easier across the board. Just because you can find woman physically attractive, that doesn’t mean it doesn’t stroke your ego when a woman pretends to need your help.…

“It’s hot when women go with nature” is not the reason. What evolutionary advantage would it benefit humans to select for weak, incapable women? That doesn’t help you stay alive and reproduce at all. Like it’s actively detrimental to your family’s survival. So somewhere along the way, what women were supposed to act like to attract men changed. So why do modern creeps like yourself think it’s hot? It’s because it flatters your ego. If she emphasizes being weak, then you get to feel macho. This i…

Yeah. The reason why it’s considered “attractive” is because of all of the millennia of oppression and brainwashing. You don’t need his help, stop pretending just to flatter his ego

Because men are bigger and stronger and the rape us and deprive us of our own money and property. If you oppress women, it’s harder for them to fight back. Even more so when society is misogynistic and men believe subjugating women is the “natural” thing to do. It took until literally the 20th century for women to begin to make gains for themselves. And what do we get in return? Red Pill assholes who want to force us back into the kitchen again.

I know this is hard for you to understand, but they’re NOT different. You never had sisters. You didn’t have step daughters until you were an adult, presumably. You don’t actually have much experience with being close to women. You didn’t grow up in an environment that would let you get comfortable with a girl as your equal or peer, so they seem “different” to you. But they are actually also humans with some minor differences in socialization because too many people out there think girls are “di…

Benevolent sexism is still sexism. It’s not fun to be trying to mind your own business and have some strange guy come up and try to hit on you. Women don’t enjoy being constantly hounded for sex.

You’re not attracted to all women, are you? So you’re gonna be lenient to attractive women and then… what are your feelings about women you’re NOT attracted to? And being lenient towards someone doesn’t mean you’re treating them like a human. You might be lenient towards your favorite pet.

If you look at Donald Trump and think “yes, he knows what he’s talking about,” then I wouldn’t date you if you paid me. Certain opinions like racism, fascism, sexism are unacceptable and are an absolute dealbreaker for me. For example, would I date Donald Trump? Fuck no, absolutely not. Would I date Elon Musk? Fuck no, absolutely not. Would I date Andrew Tate? Fuck no, absolutely not. And I wouldn’t date anyone who emulates or agrees with any of these people either. Bottom line: money and a hot body do not make up for a rotten worldview.

Lmfao “clearly.” No, they do not. Unless by “long after” you mean like a few years tops. Humans reach physical maturity at completion of puberty. In your teens. You are pretty much done growing around 18. Your frontal lobe isn’t fully myelinated until your mid-twenties, but that’s it. Any “growing” that happens after that point is just getting fatter.

The things you said came out of your ass. You clearly have no medical knowledge. Like to start with, where the hell did you come up with the gibberish about reaching physical maturity at 30 something? That’s wildly inaccurate. Also, your sperm count doesn’t make any difference at all about STI’s. It’s the other way around. An STI could lower your sperm count, but that only affects pregnancy chances. Certainly doesn’t have to do with cleaning your midsection what the actual fuck??? And women’s bo…

Talk to women in real life. Somehow humans managed to reproduce for thousands of years before Tinder existed.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/11/23 11:00 PM

I mean… women are not “paralyzed by choice” or “always looking for something better.” They’re just bombarded with desperate men who pull weird stunts like unsolicited dick picks and cringe pick-up lines. You gotta wade through all of the insincere, sex-obsessed creeps to find anyone worth dating.

Gimme the data. And then respond to my critique of your completely unfounded claims that women don’t want to work or do dirty jobs.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/11/23 10:48 PM

What are you even talking about? I addressed points 3 and 4 directly. The first point is obviously true. The second point is only true because women are expected to do all of the housework and childcare.
/r/PurplePillDebate22/11/23 10:06 PM

Where the hell do you get the idea that women don’t want to work? I’m a physician, I work my ass off and I love it. The nurses I work with are primarily women and they also work their assess off. And it is a VERY dirty job. I know plenty of lazy men, both at work and in my personal life. You’re just prejudiced against women.

/r/PurplePillDebate21/11/23 08:24 PM

The problem is men ideally want to have sex as often and/or with as many women as possible, but they don’t want a woman who “have been ran through,” as you put it. That’s not idealizing women. That’s a double standard.
